Not now b/c he was in a meeting. He would email a release for me to sign "Okaying us to discuss my Medicare needs". I was to print it, sign it & email it back to him. Yes, I can do that, was my reply. By 7 pm no email from Joel, only a text confirmation of our appt. I replied that I hadn't received email & confirmed my email address. Thurs morn, still no email from Joel so I call The Medicare Store, Two rings & I was forwarded directly into his voicemail. I explained that I didn't receive form & could he please send or call me so I can be ready for our 1 pm appt. No reply at all, NOTHING! One o'clock comes & goes & not a word from Joel. This is very RUDE & Unprofessional. He had many ways to contact me but instead stood me up. Do Not use The Medicare Store, they have wasted my time & won't care about yours either.

Imagine three years ago you had BCBS health insurance and were on a amazing infusion for your arthritis, gut issues, and psoriasis. It had made you feel like a person again. You go move and go about your day. Then your husbands billion dollar company wants to use CIGNA. WORT MISTAKE THEY HAVE MADE. They completely took me off my infusion and would not cover it. They made me get on a NEW MEDICATION for a kick back i am sure, because we all know it still happens despite it being illegal. Then sent me a bill for monies they should have collected from my primary insurance company. I'm paying them $888.00 a month so I can do their paperwork. Now I have to pay them $400.00 for a mistake on their end and seek reimbursement from my primary insurance. Good thing I can float 400 between insurance companies. This seems unethical. I feel bad for seniors who have to deal with this company. The customer service people were awesome and wonderful. But this is not a customer service company. It's a billing company. They botched the billing and blaming the customer. This brings up a medical term "Gas Lighting". Do not be tricked in to their home delivery. They outsource to a very invasive system. I had to get an invoice adjusted after they sent meds by billing only themselves (Cigna) as my primary insurance. I spent an hour and 10 minutes on the phone being transferred 5 times. I had to talk to Cigna, Cigna Pharmacy Order, Cigna BIling , Accredo, Accredo Billing and back to Cigna all during the same call on the same invoice. Do your self a favor and fill your prescriptions locally from a non-profit pharmacy. This place is a dumpster fire. Express Scripts / Cigna mentioned by murder.
