When I brought it to management's attention, I was told this member had multiple complaints logged against her. Even though the member did not deny she put her hands on me, I was told repeatedly by management that the gym does not "take sides". How is that acceptable? I have to say this is one of the most troubling customer service experiences I have ever had. It is sad that I had to cancel a membership I very much enjoyed because the gym does not seem to care if a member feels safe and comfortable. There are certain members of this gym who are abrasive and think the rules don't apply to them - they're disrespectful to the instructors and do things like save equipment for their friends when that's against the rules. I always ignore their behavior but when it becomes problematic on this level where another member feels uncomfortable, it should be addressed with more than just a "talking to". On the positive side, Rosemary is a phenomenal instructor and community-maker. I loved taking her classes. Karen was my personal trainer and I would highly recommend her for anyone considering training. I also loved Mike Thompson's spin class. I will miss those three instructors as they're great assets to the gym. I will not miss the turning of a blind eye to bad member behavior just because it's inconvenient.

Lovely gym. Clean. Pleasant. Great staff. Love the drinks!…read more My only dislike: in the free weights, weights, and mat area the music is really blasting. It's way too loud. Only the managers can fix this. The first time I asked, the manager fixed it, but then the next time I came in the volume was way up again. It's uncomfortable to repeatedly ask this and the managers aren't always there, anyway. Why such loud music in that area? Please lower it. The other areas are very pleasant! I hope you will fix this! Thank you!

I can't speak more highly of the first class I took at YogaFlex last night. I booked a Monday 8 PM…read moreclass through ClassPass. Expect to pay about $25 for each class without a package. You can rent or buy items you forget (towel, mat, water). Expect to store shoes at the front and other personal items in large cubbies. Though it's smaller than other studios I've visited, I think they make good use of the space. i appreciated the environment in the room, accommodations in the studio and the instructor overall. Especially gained a lot from her level of attentiveness to each person there. She gave a lot of helpful cues to improve form and endurance throughout the class. It's clear she's been doing this a long time I embarrassingly almost collapsed from dehydration after I finished my first class (which was my fault for over dressing and under hydrating). I felt safe and accommodated because of instructor and fellow students so that really added to my impression of the studio

I attended a Wednesday night hot yoga boot camp class, which was so crowded that people's towels were practically touching each other! The instructor could not walk around for corrections as there was no room between people. This was an exercise class where people were moving around (jumping, etc) and of course sweating a lot as it is hot yoga, and sweat was flying. I was next to a man who was shirtless (all the men were) and it was gross to have a sopping wet person literally inches away. Other places limit the # of people in each class - I highly suggest one of those...
