I would consider adding a coffee machine and a water machine. The vending machine choices suck. It would be a nice touch. Lastly, the place wouldn't be anything without the staff!! They have an attendant on site that handles drop off laundry and is happy to answer any questions. There were a few machines out of service, but still had enough to handle several customers at any one time. I could tell by watching that they are very efficient and caring in handling the loads for the wash & fold customers. You are near a main street in Oneonta, so if you need to grab and go some food, coffee or drinks this location is very convenient. absentee owner, broken + filthy machines, attendant present 11 hours a week per posted sign…read more the washers that do work are filthy... the place smells like weed and mildew... my experience: i came here because it is coin-less. after washing 3 loads i take my wet clothes to the dryers that also have card readers but they are ALL covered in blue tape and only take coins. so now i have wet clothes and there is no atm on site. extra fees: 1. they put a 2-3 day hold of $14 per credit card swipe per signs. guess im not buying groceries or gas for 3 days. 2. $.50 cents additional charge for card use broken equipment: - 12 of 25 washers were broken and taped up. some missing doors. - 28 of 28 dryers had broken credit card readers and many dryers not working whatsoever
