We transferred from a 1 bed to a 2 bed (the one bed was in phase 2 and there were ZERO issues....but phase 1? Holy hell. On move in day they gave us the keys and the apartment had never been cleaned. There were some half empty soda cans, nails on the floor, a piece of the fridge missing, a shelf missing. And we ended up having to pay our movers for 2 extra hours and started cleaning it ourselves bc they were working on finding someone to clean. This was unacceptable and their answer to some sort of compensation was a $65 credit. We dealt with roaches for at least 6 months and they were spraying but not enough- we had to go out on our own and pay for someone to come - it took the ppl who lived there before who moved below us moving out in order for them to go away. We were poolside and they wld leave pool music on 24/7 so you cld always hear it in our place- 2am-6am pool music. When I complained they turned it down a little but I cld still hear it. They suddenly started charging us toward the end of our lease a $35 fee monthly for breaking a lease requirement- no one ever reached out to us to explain the issue. I called and emailed several times - someone finally told Me it was bc we didn't have renters insurance- but we did the entire time. When we showed proof that we had it they refused to reimburse us the $170 bc the policy didn't say it was for Mark on Conquest. We loved our apartment but it was bc of how we made it our home. Oh I want to add the maintenance guys have always been amazing even though they changed frequently they have always been so helpful and friendly.

You're still close enough to town too that nothing is too far. Landscaping is always well kept. It's just a very nice place to be and great place to be if you have a pet. Even though I don't have a pet, I love seeing all of my neighbors taking their dogs to the dog parks. I think it's a great place to live for pet owners because there is just so much space for your pet if you have one. And pretty much everyone picks up after their pets which is greatly appreciated. It keeps the property looking nice. When moving here, one thing that I'd ask questions about is guest parking. Just to see if you're okay with the way it works and parking availability for your guests. At some apartments you're able to have your guests register their vehicles online, but here you have to go into the office or get in touch with them somehow in order to get a tag for your guests to hang in their car. If you don't they have to park at the office which is very limited when it comes to parking spaces. Not a deal breaker to me though! I have only experienced one issue and it mainly has to do with maintenance. I have had an issue for 2 months now and have only had one person come to check it out and have not heard anything as far as updates on it since. I have even reached out to maintenance 4 times and the office 1 time with no responses which is pretty upsetting considering what it is that I need to be fixed. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Overall though, I highly recommend the Mark on Conquest!

The staff is kind and truly quick to help, you can tell this place is run by people who take pride in their work. All of my neighbors seemed kind and respectful as well! The apartments themselves are also gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. As someone who has a very high standard for clean and safe living spaces, North Grove was the perfect home for the time I was able to live there. I only recently moved because of life circumstances that took me out of state. If I ever move back to the area, I'll be renting here again in a heartbeat! It is also worth noting that this property is surrounded by a new neighborhood full small parks and gorgeous new homes that felt quite inviting and safe for families. Having space to take morning runs and evening walks through was 100% a highlight of this location. They then determined that the other individual needed to pay a new deposit after he moved in and they mailed me the deposit after the 30-day Texas code and blamed us because we did not fill out paperwork that they never sent. They removed monies for urine-stained carpet but did not identify this via the move-out inspection. I would recommend that you find another apartment complex within Mansfield. Not worth their poor management.

It is currently 109 outside and none of us here at Park Place can enjoy the pool in the Texas heat. My rent is around 1600$ give or take, I feel like all of the residents here pay enough to keep up the amenities here. But that clearly isn't the case. About 98% of the time the pool is a disgusting green color with a film on top of the water. Nobody wants to swim in that. The other 2% it's clean, but that is very rare. It seems as if maintenance lets the pool get very nasty and then cleans it, only for it to last a couple of days. I understand that there are many people who live here and maintenance can only handle so much.. that being said I don't think they have the full knowledge nor supplies to clean the pool. As much money as we are paying in rent, there should be a professional pool cleaning service hired. I don't not feel comfortable swimming in this disgusting pool. I really do think this is a health violation to the residents here.

The…read moreleasing agents and the management really didn't care about much and I thought it was cool until bad things started happening. I loved my apartment when I first moved in I overlooked a lot of the bad things prior to moving in that I didn't catch at the time I was viewing the apartment. First the tub in the 2nd bedroom was stopped up when I checked to see what it was it was like somebody had a whole wig down the drain. I was cooking dinner for my family like the second night in and I was using the oven, and I pulled to open the oven and one of the side panels came off and cut me. I was like what the heck I didn't even pull the oven hard and when I looked at it, it wasn't plastic it was aluminum when I opened it up it was a red bull can. The plastic sides were missing on the oven, and they bent up a red bull can I guess to make it not noticeable that the sides on the oven were missing. When I called to let Leah know what I seen because I didn't want to be charged at move out, she wasn't surprised and said that's what they do. Next the water pressure was super low in building 6. I would wash dishes and it would take me FOREVER!!! I called maintenance out to check to see what was going on all he did was change the washer and said the water pressure was low because the construction was across the street and it was nothing he could do. Mind you I moved in before they even started digging and the water was still the same. Every time you see maintenance they are either smoking or just riding the golf cart around. The younger man they recently hired they had him doing everything while the others just watched, smoked and instructed him on what to do. Summer months people would always be soooo loud at the pool all night even the leasing agents that live in the community partakes in the all-night drinking and loud music it's like as soon as they clock out from work they head straight to the pool and do it every and all weekend. When you're late on rent if you need a filter changed, anything fixed, or if you signed up for the concierge service they don't do it until they receive a payment. And apartment manager feels like she has to enter your home while you're not there to deliver the letter inside your apartment. Lord knows what she does when she goes in. I had to start putting cameras up inside my apartment. One night I witnessed at around 3AM I was going to work I seen two guys in all black with mask on one was pulling on the door handle of my car, and the other was going through the trunk of someone else's car. When they saw me coming around the corner, they took off running. I called the police they took my statement and said they would inform the front office. When I returned from work, I noticed the apartments did not have any cameras only the leasing office. I went to the front to let them know that I was the one that witnessed what happened that morning and that they should let everyone know to make sure to lock their cars before they go inside. Me and a couple of other neighbors witnessed some trunks being open a few mornings while taking our dogs on a walk, but we thought nothing of it. We would just close the trunks down thinking they hit the trunk button on accident or something. Until I witnessed what happened that night. I figured this probably happens often while everyone is sleeping or at work overnight. They told me they would send out a mass message on the neighborhood portal which they never did. And that many people come over to rob this area because its right off the highway. Which did not make the situation any better. So, a couple of nights later I've seen the same build of young men out walking around this time with only hoodies no mask and one of the young men looked like the leasing agent's son. And I wondered if this is why things are not being reported or taken seriously when it comes to theft or anything going on in the apartments because they are aware of what's actually happening. But in my experience if you just need somewhere to move in quick and somewhere that doesn't do snappt you can live here. But if you want to be somewhere safe where you know you won't be robbed or your paying rent every month and things are going to be good this is not the place for you. I love Mansfield but these apartments was not it.
