Callie, Daniela and Shawanda, made our experience great here. We visited several places in the area and Bexely on Main gave us a 5 star treatment as we toured the property and all its amenities. From a state of the art weight room, to a semi-private mailing area to a beautiful pool and outdoor area, the Bexely felt like luxury. Immediately Callie and Shawanda made my husband feel greeted and heard when he toured on his own and then Daniela was knowledgeable when we brought our whole family to see the place. Our unit is still being power washed before moving in, which I appreciate the extra effort to make the place as new as possible before we start living there! I had a 9-month lease with another individual. I moved out. The other individual moved to another apartment in the complex. First, they transferred the deposit to the new apartment which I did not agree with. They then determined that the other individual needed to pay a new deposit after he moved in and they mailed me the deposit after the 30-day Texas code and blamed us because we did not fill out paperwork that they never sent. They removed monies for urine-stained carpet but did not identify this via the move-out inspection. I would recommend that you find another apartment complex within Mansfield. Not worth their poor management. read more

Now that I have been here a couple of months I can say I can leave a honest review. 1) The apartment itself is amazing and compared to other apartments in Mansfield these are some of the more affordable apartments. 2) The move in process was easy and fast! 3) Staff: Honestly the staff here is amazing and very friendly. When putting in maintenance tickets they were quick to evaluate and fix the problem! Shawanda and Kaly: These two are amazing! Always quick to answer emails I may send, super friendly and quick to solve any issues or questions I may have. I recently got a puppy and not only is the apartment dog friendly but the staff are welcoming to them. They have fur treats and water bowls when walking into the office and honestly that is something I appreciate more than anything. These two get to know the residents and make a welcoming space to all. I recommend these apartments due to staff, apartment space, and the community around them. If you like being outside they have nearby trails, parks, and downtown Mansfield! read more

Every rating greater than one star is from the beginning OVER A YEAR AGO, BEFORE they decided to sell and new management took over! The only way this place ever receives greater than a 1 star rating today is because the staff is rating it. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst place to rent! We have been here for one year and have given our notice to move the day our lease expires! Lets start with the basics: 1. This place last summer was the happening place! The reason we moved here was because everything was GREAT! Then one day, everything overnight turned to HELL! Staff do not enforce the rules and tenant guidelines! 2. On more than two occasions, one of the leasing agents closed off the entire pool and common area for her private party, excluding tenants who pay rent here from using any of the facilities! 3. Said leasing agent then started inviting her friends, who are not tenants, to use the facilities, without authorization. 4. People started moving in who had zero respect for the property and other people! It's almost as if they lowered the rent to fill the empty units with people who have no sense of value or respect for property and other people. 5. Tenants are LOUD and disrespectful to the neighborhood. 6. Dogs are allowed to stay on balconies and bark all night long! 7. People do not pick up after their dogs resulting in dog crap all over the common areas! 8. Mansfield police are called to the property at least three times each week dealing with noise levels after 10pm, crime and criminal complaints! 9. An entire building garages were broken into and people lost thousands of dollars in property and damages. Several other vehicle and property thefts have occurred throughout the year. 10. The elevators are constantly breaking down and out of service! 11. The parking is a joke! There is NO ROOM for any vehicle to park! 12. We have had several door dings, our mirrors have been hit and, twice, someone has hit our vehicle enough to dent and cause noticeable damage! 13. The gates which are supposed to be opening and closing (as gates are designed to function) have NEVER worked for an entire year that we have been here. 14. We have never had a gate code assigned to allow visitors access, they simply wait until someone is exiting and they enter (just like the people who don't live here and criminals do to access the pool, common amenities and break into the garages!) 15. The staff are so busy trying to replace the tenants who are moving out that they are never available! 16. When staff is available, they simply listen to an issue and basically say we are trying our best and hopefully things will get better. 17. The common areas are often filthy with cigarette butts everywhere! 18. The outdoor television and audio speakers have never functioned longer than an hour or two and then it takes more than a month to fix whatever the issue. 19. The grills in the pool area are constantly having issues and not working! Lately, they are now missing knobs or not able to turn on at all. 20. Children are often left unsupervised at the pool and unruly and disrespectful to everyone else! 21. The thermostats have never functioned from day one! Multiple service orders and constant maintenance requests have resulted in extremely high electric bills for over a year! 22. The hot water heaters are set too low. Multiple service requests still have not corrected the problem! If you are thinking of leasing here, I would seriously reconsider! So many people are leaving because this place has been run into the ground. There is NO WAY I would ever recommend someone move in here! You have so many other options and the rent would be much lower somewhere else! We thought we would be paying for new and better experiences than other places we considered. We were WRONG! We were misled about the quality of what we believed we were paying! Hopefully this will help you prevent making the same mistake we and others made when we thought this place would be worth the higher price we paid! We were WRONG! read more

My husband and I wrote a review for this apartment complex 11 months ago (Under his email) and gave it 5 stars. Since we are not allowed to update our past review, I would like to let everyone know how things have gone downhill since we rented (under my email). 1) Vastly differing policies for different people. The same apartment floor plan in the same building was rented after we were already living here. They asked to be let out of lease early and were quoted $3000 for the fee while we asked for fees on moving out early and they literally quoted us double - $6000. 2) since new management took over, they let go most of the previous staff, including the cleaning person. The previous cleaning person was mopping the entire building - including elevators - every single morning. The new company took over two weeks to get a new cleaning person and you could hardly tell they have one - we counted 5 days before they cleaned up the mysterious stains and same 5 leaves from the elevator. Four days the same wasp nest was on the floor and counting - it's still there. 3) when I reported a wasp nest in the hall way it took them over a week to get it down and I had to tell staff about it three times before they did anything. 4) I just called to speak to the manager - I gave my name and apartment number - about using the kitchen/game room or conference room areas for my daughters birthday because the apartments are too small to have family over, and I was on hold for 34 minutes then they hung up on me (see attached photos). 5) If you have allergies do not move here! We were told they would be changing AC filters every month and they have been changed twice since we moved in over a year ago. Additionally, they lock you out of your HVAC/Water heater closet so you can't even change it yourself. When you ask them to come change it, it takes five or six requests until they come. There is also an over one inch slit on the bottom of this closet that is constantly sucking up my kids toys and such and we have no access to get them out - and since it takes over five requests to get them up to the apartment for anything, we've lost hope of recovering those items until we move at the end of our 14 month lease in August. The end of that lease can't come soon enough as far as we're concerned. 6) there isn't enough parking for everyone to park near their own building. If you aren't home by 4pm and don't want to pay $100+ a month for a garage (which might not even be available in your own building) be prepared for a long walk when you get home. 7) the locks to the buildings don't always work with your electronic key. You might have to walk around to the other side of a building to go in another door. It is for all of these reasons that we do not recommend this complex. The complex looks good but if you look closer you will see it is dirty and residents are treated poorly. read more

We moved into the Bexley while our home is being built and haven't regretted our decision! Shawanda and Keara are super responsive and helpful! A few days ago our A/C stopped cooling. We filled out a maintenance request through the online resident portal. Within 2 hours the office called to see if we were home so maintenance could gain access. Maintenance showed up 15 minutes later, determined the condensation line was clogged and fixed the issue. We have not had any issues since. The responsiveness of the staff at this community is a breathe of fresh air! Highly recommend this property. read more

We moved in here while we're building a house and I will be sad to leave. Absolutely beautiful apartment complex and apartment. Apartment complex is constantly kept clean, cute dog park, very nice residents, very nice & helpful office staff. Amenities are great, including the spotless gym that's never busy and has great equipment, the clubhouse with games and coffee bar is so fun and the pool area is beautiful and very spacious. My review will be long enough so I can put every detail I can ! If I could give it no star I would , but I have to leave a 1 Star so I can write this review . Everything was good when I moved here really no one living in the building yet , let's start with the first problem I had here after only living here a few months it was a complete night mare !!!!I could hear rats on the walls I even recorded the sound of them moving around so I can show joe and he assured me there was nothing ! It's was every night I couldn't sleep , a fews weeks later we had more tenants having the same problem , I kept complaining to the office they would not do a single thing not even send out pets control . There's a creek near building 4 so rats easily can get in thru the drainage, Me and my son ended up seeing a dead rat by are building door 2 weeks before moving out . Told Joe and he they were taking care of the problem . I finally had it when my son started getting bug bites & rashes ! Bugs coming in threw the air vent in his room and a hole in the wall in the guest restroom that took them 2 months to fix ! They finally sent pets control after I gave my 60 notice after my son had ugly rashes and scars on his body my son was in so much pain every night and his doctor told me there must be something in were he sleeps clearly there was , pets control found fleas , roaches all types of bugs that came in threw the hole of the restroom. I didn't care about my lease at this point , Emailed Joe my 60 days notice , he didn't call me or try to make things right he literally ignored my email ,I went up to the office waited outside at 8:55 because they open at 9 am so I can personally give him the 60 notice ! He said I couldn't break my lease , 2 weeks later l had enough because nothing was being done there was still bugs I wasn't going to keep my son in that kind of Environment ,the health of my son was my main Priority . That's the main reason I would not recommend this place they don't care about you they care about your money !! But other reasons are police was always getting called because people wouldn't follow rules about being out at the pool after a certain time . Apartments aren't safe at all ! A girl almost got kidnapped waiting for the school bus right outside the apartment complex . Not enough parking ! People don't respect your property either don't leave nothing out in your car!! I'm also planning to sue my son will have scars for life now! Don't rent here !!! read more

She explained the process and the leasing terms to me, which left me at peace knowing my family will still have a place to stay after experiencing a terrible loss with buying our dream home. We have lived here a year. Under both sets of ownerships. I will TRY to sum it up quickly: Cars get broke into-a lot "Secure gates" never work-never are fixed Gates to drive in/out of the complex work half the time Constant LOUD neighbors (yes we complain-nothing ever gets done) Garbage is left anywhere/everywhere(stair cases, elevators, streets)-but you have the "luxury" of paying $30 a month for each apartment to be picked up....smh Maintenance is slow Water leaks outside constantly They allow individuals to work out in facility that do not live here Horrible loud street noise(all hours of the night) This was a fairly ok apt/community to live in; it has went DOWNHILL fast with the new mgmt. Many of our neighbors have moved out-or are not renewing their lease(yet, they continue to raise the prices) Once, I had to have my child's biologic medicine (an injection) delivered here- they put it in the back, in a locked storage facility that I could NOT get into. It had PERISHABLE written on all sides of the styrofoam box. Once again, mgmt team here is incompetent and has philosophy "not my job-don't care". read more

I've made serval complaints since my time here. We are approaching the end of our lease in Spring, we will not be renewing. I've had issues from both 2nd and 3rd-floor neighbors dumping dirty water over their balconies. Once while I was sitting outside on my very expensive MacBook, another time with my daughter playing outside. If I'm not getting an involuntary shower from the neighbors upstairs. I'm dealing with barking dogs every morning from my next-door neighbor. Another issue that I have personally gone to the rental office about and still no resolve. I'm understanding that dogs do bark, but every day at 7 am - 10 am is unexpectable and disturbing my peace. I can only assume that we no longer have landscaping with this new management team. The same dead bird, shampoo bottle and a piece of carpet are laying in the bushes and grass surrounding my balcony area since the summer it's now November. When asked about this issue it also went unresolved and the trash remains. There was such a big deal made about the pool area and wrist bands were issued to residents. Instead of hiring young kids to police the pool area and harassing residents about a pool band. Let's clean the dead crickets from the hallways and mops the floor more often for the paying residents. Not just for your weekend showings for new residents. It's embarrassing to bring guests into our home because they have to walk through a graveyard of dead insects. The final nail in the coffin is the extremely narrow parking spaces. You can't open your car door without hitting the car next to you. If you have any respect for the person's car next to yours, you have to open your door gently and squeeze out of your car. Many don't have that same respect, ask the dents and scratched paint on my new car. There are 50 parking spots properly spaced and you are lucky to get those spots. the parking lot it completely full by 7:00 pm. I have come home late with my daughter and have had to create a parking spot. Or hopefully, find a park near a completely different building from which I live and walk. No, I did not enjoy living here and I would not recommend this place to my enemy. read more

I have lived here since September 2019. I love the staff and all the crew. I request something, within 5 minutes they are here. I absolutely love my neighbors it is great to live here with a legendary past of "old Mansfield" The maintenance is outstanding, the leasing coordinators are awesome and they genuinely care about each resident. If you are truly looking to move to a beautiful new home, go by and see the office and meet the maintenance crew all team members greet you its like family. I do not think I will be leaving my beautiful home for a long time. I feel secure, love the parks and bike trails. The leasing office always has invitations for something to celebrate. I personally feel safe and secure I personally have had no issues with anyone vandalizing my car, if the gates act up they fix it immediately. It is a warm and secure place to call home and I truly enjoy a smiling face greeting me from the office and maintenance employees every time they see me which is awesome. So glad I sold my home and starting a new adventure here. Did I mention you can hear the outside music from the outside concert area near fire station no it nots loud, you can hear it from your patio and is within walking distance and a great time. The location offers shopping in new restaurants and shopping! Allows easy access to all freeways. read more

I moved into this apartment complex about 2 months ago and so far everything has been amazing. The office staff is so helpful if you have any question or need anything. The community is very quiet and clean. The move in process for me went very smoothly from paperwork to actually moving in. If I could rate 0 stars I would. This complex was great before Bexley took over. I started my lease here when it was still the "Main Street Lofts" and that ownership was fabulous! Bexley on the other hand has ensured the destruction of this property that used to be clean and nice and filled with neighbors that were friendly and cared about the complex. They started by firing all staff from here, no maintenance, groundskeeper, nothing. The apartments slowly started to get trashed. As new people moved in the trash continued to build up. It now reeks of dog piss on the property all the time. The people that have moved in throw their trash wherever and management doesn't seem to care. When they put in temporary dumpsters last summer one damaged my car and they REFUSED to acknowledge it or do anything about it when brought to their attention. Numerous times I've gone to staff about the cleanliness of common areas and the grounds and they always say "okay well look into it we hired groundskeepers" but nothing happens. Children run around unsupervised at all hours and they allow the teen pool attendants to throw after hour parties at the pool without repercussion even though I brought it to there attention several times. People's dogs are always running around off leash and no one cleans up their dogs poop it's unsanitary to say the least. All of a sudden since their new management, people have been smoking and stinking up the hallways with marijuana which I've brought to their attention and again nothing has been done. I see crops out here multiple times a week, this property seems to be increasingly unsafe. There's now no parking which previously was never an issue, teens run around the property at all hours, and they have strange people who park on property and sit in their cars for long periods of time and don't get out... it's creepy! Definitely don't feel safe living here. Most recently I brought to managements attention people parking on property at night and sitting in their car and taking pictures as I was walking inside from my car (their flash went off) and they never addressed the problem back to me (yes I filed a report with PD). Same time there was someone sleeping in the common area!!!!! How is that safe?? Who is squatting in the common area? These buildings should be locked.. frankly all around an unsafe property. And again management refused to address this problem. I don't feel safe here and I don't recommend renting here especially with children. I can't wait for my lease to be up but frankly I should be allowed to cancel early since management doesn't take precautions to ensure residents safety. This is not the same property I originally signed with and seeing it's destruction has been quite sad. read more
