I can't say enough great things about 3Sixty Flats! The maintenance team is amazing. Someone always shows up within a day for regular requests, and emergency maintenance arrives within minutes. Every time I've needed help, they've responded quickly and kindly. The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies I've ever met in an apartment office, they truly make you feel at home. The apartment itself is spotless. The bedroom carpets look brand new, and the wood-patterned floors in the main areas are super cute. The kitchen and bathrooms are definitely my favorite parts. The kitchen has a large granite island with overhead lighting, under-cabinet track lights, and all modern, updated appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful. They have huge, clean tiled tubs, double sinks in both bathrooms, and more cabinet space than we even know what to do with. We also love the community amenities. Playing pool, corn hole, and swimming in the large pool has been so much fun. But honestly, the best part of living here is the welcoming atmosphere. From the maintenance team to the office staff, everyone is genuinely friendly, and that makes us feel at home. read more

I loved living here, evrything was great however the biggest downside was that the prices for these apartments are wayyy above what they should be for the size that they are. I understand it's a "luxury" apartment but I don't really see the luxury in anything bc every other apartment offers the same thing. Of course they're nice on the inside but the prices aren't worth it. I hated that I had to move out of here bc I really did love it but I just couldn't get w the prices. The experience I'm having here is terrible. I'm barely home and I am always gets calls about BS. I have called, emailed and when in personal to make complaints, I feel no one has handles but these issues still exist. 1. There is always dog poop on the concrete. The dog owner don't respect the property. The poop will stay there for days. 2. People here take up two parking spots mostly when there is no parking spots for visitors. Oh yeah be prepared to have damages done to your car. 3. Beware if you ever use the grilling area you will get fined for generated too much trash in the garbage can. 4. When I first moved here, I requested maintenance. I left my passport on the closet, I haven't seen it since. My closet, refrigerator door and the laundry door was left wide open. & my toilet was up. I reported it twice and didn't hear anything back on the situation. 5. There was two times I received a call stating that they heard music coming from my apt and I wasn't in the state. & they still bothered to say this is a warning call, but told me they wasn't able to verify it! 6. Beware of the dog park. I brought my dog here twice and both time he tested positive for worms. Owners and maintenance do a poor job of keeping it clean. As well as the other green areas in the complex. 7. Next door dog barking literally all day. Upstairs stomps are random time of the day and night. Mainly night. Called leasing office and police on multiple events. Still is an ongoing thing. 8. People throw garage any and everywhere, even out their car window. The dumper is always packed or broke. Trash left on the street, carports, stairs, hallways, etc. I literally watched one of the staff hit my car with a futon frame and tell me there didn't. Now I have dents and scratches and have filed a civil suit again the office. 9. I maintenance check my electricity because I was out of town for 16 days and my bill was way too high. They came back and said that it looks like everything is fine. Since I moved here, I have not heard or experienced anything good. Save your money. I have requested to speak with the property manager or owner by phone, email and in person and still nothing. I feel this is the only way to get their attention. How sad! Shall I continue . . . ? Leaves to say. . . Don't move here! I heard the complex (Aura 3 Fifty-One) next door is much better! read more

No longer Aura 3Sixty. 3Sixty Flats is under new management! And definitely better! I legit had a whole list of complaints and problems starting before the move in date. But today I came in and spoke with Z to unfortunately do an early termination due to family problems. Z was super understanding and so accommodating. The new management only came in yesterday and they're really on top of their things. They also gave me the option from the previous management terms. So they definitely abide by their own rules and respect the previous management's conditions. They're new billing portal is also a lot easier to use and understand. And they don't charge you a fee to pay rent!! Unless it's a credit card but if you owned a business before you know how the credit card charges work and such. I was worried about the whole situation and Z and Taylor made it much easier for me to do the whole process. Z also confirmed that as long as I pay my dues correctly then it won't go on my credit report. Only their second day here and my mind is literally at ease! read more

I would like to take the time to say thank you to the 3Sixty Property Management for quickly taking action! They sent out an email to the entire resident community, followed up with me on Facebook, responded on Yelp and invited me to meet with them. I know it's not easy managing a huge establishment as this one but I am very pleased with the GREAT customer service and resolution. I'm aware of some things that out of your control but we are very, very close! As I mentioned before, if you decide to create a team of to help with things such as this issue, community meet & greet, etc., I would like to be a part of that team. I don't mind at all. stay away from this place at all cost. they have all kinds of hidden fees and charges when its time to move out. the property is unsafe there has been vehicle break in's several times at this property. ive also witnessed fights between group of girls and nothng was done about this. the money they are charging to live here its not worth it. the apartments are built cheap and poorly. ive had to call maintenance on several occasions. you can hear your neighbors around you talking and slamming doors and cabinets. although you pay pest control you will still see roaches in the unit read more

I used to live at this establishment. everything was good at first but my finances started to take a hit and it became an issue where I had to pay my rent late.. one of the biggest issues that I have with this place is that they are not willing to work with you when it comes to paying rent.. I have tried to reason with them and pay in portions, but they were not willing.. another issue is the $199 late fee, which is extra money that a person might not have.. the way that I see it, as long as you are living with very good finances, and a very good income, you are able to reside here, but if you come across any financial issue, they do not care and will evict you the first chance that they get.. As an apartment complex, 3Sixty Flats has great apartments, a gym with excellent workout machines, and a beautiful pool. The best word to describe this place is accommodating, as it is an apartment complex that has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is engaging, and friendly. Work orders are done swiftly, as the staff is also responsive. On several occasions they have offered and thrown events to bring us as a community together. The staff is also fair, and goes through a great amount to make compromises. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone, I am thoroughly impressed. read more

OBSESSED! I have never felt so welcomed at an apartment complex before! We moved from California and walked in after a LONG day of looking at multiple complexes. Right when we walked in, we met a wonderful gentleman named Ryan. We knew immediately this was the place! He was so nice and knowledgeable. It was pouring outside during the tour and he gave us umbrellas to borrow and hot coffee when we got back! We signed that day! Everyone here is super sweet, but Ryan is hands down THE BEST! Our neighbors are also very nice, and it's a very pet friendly complex with an amazing dog park in the community! read more

The property is really awesome and they have corn hole! I mean who doesn't like drinking some beer and hanging out and playing some corn hole with your boys. I absolutely don't know where to begin! In general, I was under contract with selling my home and I applied for an apartment. I was so excited for my move in date and 1 week prior to my move in date, my contract fell through. I was absolutely devastated, to say the least! Two weeks later, I go back under contract and two weeks after that, the contract falls through, yet again and I'm not able to close and move into my apartment. I am horrible with names, but I feel as though, each and every staff member, has become family to me! From the time that I stepped foot on their property, they answered every single question, I toured every single available unit I was interested in, management went over and beyond trying to accommodate my situation so that I would not lose money with so much humility, kindness, patience, professionalism and respect! Customer Service is extremely rare theses days and I am very appreciative to their entire staff!!! Aria and Iselle are the only names I can actually remember, certainly not because they're unforgettable, but because I'm just simply bad with names!!! This has been the worst emotionally and physically exhausting process, but this gracious staff went over and beyond empathy and understanding!!! I am forever grateful and extremely appreciative! The office staff is still kind and the mantenance staff is extremely kind and timely. I complained a couple of times about the heat and after 2 complaints, they finally replaced the filter and now the air works fine. I've made at least 4 complaints regarding the noise and at least 4 non emergency number complaints. The apartment above me, they cionsistently run, jump, bump..sometimes all throughout the day and consistently throughout the night. They have a nouse policy that they're afraid to enforce or address. A gentlemen police officer suggested to me that I buy something to drown out the noise on top of the $1800 plus rent that I pay...that was his solution! I also have someone either on the 2nd or 3rd floor who dumps food, trash or water over they're balcony and any residual onto mine...go figure! You can not escape the tackiness or inconsiderate people..however, you can enforce the rules that you have in place and hold your remnants accountable. I've prepared my statement for the Better Business Bureau so I will await their response to them, because they certainly have not addressed my concerns at all! Regretful Tenant! read more

I've lived here for a couple of months and this month they changed me rent for two months instead of one and when I tried to fix it after calling them multiple times and asking how to fix it, they piled on fees and charges saying it was my fault for returning a check. Would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I had more issues with management and residents. Currently having to get a lawyer to fight false accusations with false photos provided of an apartment complex that was not mine nor anywhere near the location of where my unit was located, stating they had to REPLACE the entire carpet in bedroom (mind you I was the first person to live in my unit as I moved in when they were brand new) secondary to "excessive pet stains.' I vacuumed AND shampooed my carpet before I moved out, literally looked brand new with vacuum lines in carpet and everything. My pets weren't allowed in bedroom for the very reason no accidents would be able to be made. Paid a deposit when complex was still called Aura 3Sixty of $131.25 specifically stating (this covers any damages done during your lease term) yet that magically "can't be found and isn't documented" the fee 3Sixty Flats is trying to charge me in over $200. They are not honoring my deposit and threatening to turn me over to collections due to non payment of this fee. Absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE read more
