This is probably the worst property management company there ever could be. If you call the office…read moreto talk to someone, no one will be there EVER. If you leave a message, you will never get a call back. Not only was our rent ridiculously high for the house we lived in, but we had a leak in the bathroom, that flooded the floor everytime you ran the bath/shower that lasted 6 months, not due to anything we had done. but because of terrible plumbing and zero maintenance. we put in a working order and no one ever came out. Finally after 3 tickets they send a "plumber" out on a Friday afternoon to drill an access route (put a big hole in the wall) and he was to return Tuesday (since Monday was a holiday) and fix the issue. he never came. The water caused damage to the cheap lanoliem & cabinet. we had also put several tickets in for the dead tree in the front yard that was bound to fall on the house anytime there would be a storm. I'm sure it is still there, it is ate up by termites at the base and is weak. When we moved out we left the house spotless, my husband and I cleaned for two days, we bleached everything and left NOTHING besides a Coax cord behind. they charged us $400 to "clean" and remove the coax cord. They also charged us to "exterminate" like it was our job to seal the house off & maintain properly. there were bugs from the day we moved in and my husband routinely treated around the house, seeing as though all of our money was put into rent. We were not smokers, did not have any pets. we kept up the house and fixed the shower head when we moved in and we still only got a few hundred bucks from our deposit back. Luckily, before putting in our notice I let them know we WOULD NOT be charged for the damage done in the bathroom, since it was now our duty to fix it & we put multiple tickets in. I'm 100% positive they would have tried to charge us for the black mold/damaged floor if I had not forewarned them. Avoid this property management if you can. They're a huge rip off, and should not even be in business.

They were really concerned about the safety of any prospective renter as well as me. They sat with me to put a great plan together. I quickly discovered they had a long history in Dallas and really knew the market. They assessed the property with me and advised on small repairs and landscape improvements that made a big difference. I feel my property is secure because of their knowledge and experience. When they advised on appropriate rental values for the area and my property I felt they were being very fair finding a great balance between owner's goals and a tenant's expectations. Ruthie was so efficient, she moved quickly to help me get my property ready and communicated with me regularly as applicants came in. I never could have rented so quickly without her! They moved fast, professionally and continue to be responsive and on top of every detail. Highly recommend!

The places she found not only fit our budget, but had all the desired perks we had been looking for (good sized kitchen, and enough square footage for all of our STUFF!). We eventually rented a place in Oak Lawn that she found for us -- the other realtor (representing the owner) was a bit of a tricky snake in the grass, but Venessa did everything she could to keep him from screwing us over. One day, when it comes time to be big kids and buy a house... we know which realtor we will be calling!
