We got their bid a few days later, which was substantially better than the other bids we received. Then, they brought block and paver samples to our house so we can see which ones we liked best for our new retaining wall. Holly kept in constant contact throughout the job making sure that everything was satisfactory. Manuel and his brothers started working on the 8th. By the end of the day they had tore down and cleared out most of the old retaining wall. The crew had the first wall complete by the 11th and were preparing the ground work for the second wall. By the 16th, they had finished the job, about 1 week faster than they quoted! The site clean up was done with the same care as if it were their own backyard. Then Holly and Manuel set up a final walk-through to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. Manuel was amazing and responsive to our questions throughout the process. He took special care to address our concerns about the trees that would be near one of the retaining walls. He walked us through how they were doing the walls and stairs.
