I stopped into the main squeeze today and grabbed the PBJ smoothie. The weather was nice, and I had time to kill, so what better way than grab a smoothie and stroll around Belle Hall. The smoothie was good, and very affordable compared to other juice places in Charleston. I got the kids size bc I just wanted a little pick me up. The place was clean, the menu was huge, and it had more of a local feel than other juice spots. My only pet peeve is I wish they had some kind of nutrition info available on their products. I would have liked to know how much of each ingredient was in each product to track the macros. But that's just minor. All in all, amazing! I'll be back! read more

I. Am. Obsessed. This place is my go to whenever I need a fresh juice or smoothie!! One of the employees was so friendly. She spent 30 minutes chatting with me about the ingredients, where they buy from, great combos for different drinks and even suggested throwing in a vegetable I never thought to for added energy! (I think it was beets but it was in a drink I never thought would be good with beets) My favorite is the banana baby smoothie with a shot of greens. A little pricey so I could probably make the same smoothie at home for much cheaper .....but worth trying different things there first. read more

I agree with others in saying that my smoothie was excellent and everything is absolutely fresh to death. I love how they have the fruit out all over the counters so you know exactly what you're getting. I ordered the Perfect Ten (Juiced celery, ginger, green apple, lemon,lime, parsley and spinach then blended with blueberry, pineapple and strawberry) which was one of their specials. My only complaint is the price. After a $1 tip, my total came to $9.28 for a 160z. I understand that they have to pay their rent and by no means is fresh produce cheap, but nobody else in town is charging prices that high (including downtown with a King St location) and they all seem to be getting along just fine. read more

So many great tasting and healthy smoothies to choose from. My personal fav is the Garden Blast. Wish all the juice chains would stop using sherbet, yogurt and ice cream and let us enjoy the main ingredients. This is, by far, the best smoothie shop I've ever been to. This is a great spot. Found it today & decided to give it a try. I loved it & yes the smoothies are pricey but I feel you pay for what you get. The freshest of ingredients with no crap. Loved it. I had the Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie. What I loved is you can change out or add ingredients as you wish. They have a huge healthy selection. I opted to skip the banana & syrup. Wish I found out about this place sooner! Delicious, fresh smoothies and juices. The food looked good as well. Always have a specials board with good combinations to try. I can't say enough about this place. The smoothies are amazing. I had a 'Perfect 10' and my nephew had an 'Arnold Schwarzenvegan'. Both were fantastic. What put this place over the top was the person working there. She was not only friendly and helpful, but allowed us to sample smoothies that were being made ahead of us in line so that we were sure to like whatever we ordered. A great place to come get a smoothie after working out. They have a discount for Crunch members which was a pleasant surprise and many great smoothies to choose from. Love it! I have now been trying to locate something similar back home in Tucson and nothing exists quite like it. They use actual greens in their smoothies and juices and not just powders. This place is pretty good. We were in the mood for a smoothie so we looked up places on Yelp and found this spot. You can see them make your smoothie with fresh fruits and you can choose what to put in them. I enjoyed mine, though I don't remember what I had. Fresh, Fresh, and Fresh. If you want something off menu, just ask. They are happy to customize a drink for you. In fact, they will name it after you and put on their unpublished menu. My favorite is the Green Energy juice. And if I want a little more substance, I ask for a "Shawna"(off menu), Green Energy juice base made into a smoothie with added fruit. They have carried every fruit you can imagine including papaya, mango and cantaloupe, which you don't see often. Kids sizes are offered and prices are so reasonable you won't want to juice at home. read more

I love the flu shot when I'm sick and the kitchen sink smoothie. Customer service could be better. The smoothies and juices are great.

The smoothies we got here were excellent and super fresh. Unfortunately, the owner or manager, whoever she was, was extremely rude to the employees working there. As one employee was chatting with the customer he was ringing up she cut them off and yelled at him to pour a wheatgrass shot. This effectively ended all conversation in the place and made for an uncomfortable experience for the patrons waiting for their drinks. Although the drinks were tasty, we're not excited about going back since her behavior was so unprofessional. read more
