So I'm definitely overdue -- and they deserve a great one! First off, the menu is HUGE. If you can't find something you want to eat here, I'm not sure anybody can help you. They have an incredible variety of sandwiches, build-your-own options, breakfast items, burgers, cheesesteaks and so much more. You could probably eat here every day for a month and still keep trying something different. My personal favourite is the Fusion sandwich. Let me tell you... after eating that thing, you walk out of Mozzo with a circus in your mouth! There's so much flavor going on, and somehow it all works together perfectly. It's the sandwich I keep coming back for. And then there are the CHIPS. I'm a bit of a chip fanatic, and Mozzo understands me. They have all kinds of unusual flavours -- Maui Onion, Funky Fusion and plenty of others. Grab a different bag every time and pair it with your sandwich. The Funky Fusion chips with the Fusion sandwich might be flavour overload, but I'm willing to take that risk. They also have a great selection of iced teas, a coffee station and refrigerators packed with cold drinks, so there are plenty of choices to go with your food. But what REALLY makes Mozzo special is the team. This place can get busy -- and for good reason -- but even when there's a line, these guys absolutely crank. There always seems to be a whole crew working behind the counter, and they operate like clockwork. Orders are moving, food is coming out, everyone knows what they're doing, and somehow they're still friendly while doing it. That says a lot about how well this place is managed. The manager is absolutely fantastic, the staff are always friendly, and after coming here for years, my wife and I are always treated like family. To me, that kind of service is every bit as important as the food. Great food. Huge selection. Fast service. Awesome staff. Great atmosphere. So this one is LONG overdue! This has easily become one of our favorite places to eat. We probably come here twice a week, and there's a reason we keep coming back. THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Everything tastes incredibly fresh, authentic and flavorful, and it's one of those places where you can eat a big meal and still feel like you ate something healthy. And I have to specifically mention the tzatziki. My wife and I have traveled throughout Greece and visited several of the Greek islands, so we've had the real thing plenty of times. It can actually be surprisingly difficult to find tzatziki back home that tastes the way it does in Greece. Kairo's absolutely nails it. It's fresh, creamy, authentic and delicious. Honestly, everything we've tried here is packed with flavor. The best way I can describe walking out of Kairo's is this: You have a circus in your mouth! There are just so many different flavors going on, and somehow they all work perfectly together. GREAT PORTIONS WITHOUT CRAZY PRICES Another thing I really appreciate about Kairo's is the value. Eating out has gotten expensive just about everywhere, but you can still come here and get a fantastic meal without spending a fortune. We regularly get a huge platter with fries, drinks and tzatziki, and the value is incredible. You can easily have a great meal here for roughly $10-$12 per person, depending on what you order. They also have a surprisingly large selection of drinks, which is another nice touch. But as good as the food is, there's something even better... THE PEOPLE & THE SERVICE! For me, great service can completely change a restaurant experience, and the team at Kairo's is absolutely spectacular. They've had many of the same people working here for years, which says a lot by itself. Everyone is friendly, polite and welcoming, and you can tell the team genuinely gets along and enjoys working together. And I have to give a special shout-out to the manager, Griffin. This guy is AWESOME. He knows us by name, remembers what we order and takes care of us every single time we walk through the door. That kind of personal service is becoming harder and harder to find. Griffin and his team don't make you feel like another customer walking through the line -- they make you feel like family. The restaurant is also always immaculate. Every time we're there, somebody is cleaning, wiping things down or making sure everything looks right. The whole place is consistently spotless. After several years and probably more meals here than I could possibly count, Kairo's continues to deliver every single time.
