It's located in a shopping center at the end of a strip of restaurants, so it looks pretty unassuming from the outside. There were about four people ahead of us in line, and it took around 10 minutes to place our order. After paying at the cashier, we found a table, and our food arrived about 10 minutes later, which felt reasonable for the lunch rush. The employee who brought our food confirmed our order and later checked back to see how everything was. The food was the highlight of the visit. The coleslaw was delicious, the tortellini salad was good, and my husband really enjoyed his Cuban sandwich. My burger (the rock), though, was one of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly juicy and flavorful, especially considering it was cooked on a griddle instead of a grill. Meals come with the main item, and you can order sides separately if you want them. The menu is extensive, with burgers, sandwiches, salads, build-your-own options, and even breakfast items. The only downside is that if you come during the lunch rush, you may have to wait for a table. Even so, the food made it well worth the visit, and I'd definitely go back for that burger.

It can actually be surprisingly difficult to find tzatziki back home that tastes the way it does in Greece. Kairo's absolutely nails it. It's fresh, creamy, authentic and delicious. Honestly, everything we've tried here is packed with flavor. The best way I can describe walking out of Kairo's is this: You have a circus in your mouth! There are just so many different flavors going on, and somehow they all work perfectly together. GREAT PORTIONS WITHOUT CRAZY PRICES Another thing I really appreciate about Kairo's is the value. We regularly get a huge platter with fries, drinks and tzatziki, and the value is incredible. You can easily have a great meal here for roughly $10-$12 per person, depending on what you order. They also have a surprisingly large selection of drinks, which is another nice touch. But as good as the food is, there's something even better... THE PEOPLE & THE SERVICE! For me, great service can completely change a restaurant experience, and the team at Kairo's is absolutely spectacular. They've had many of the same people working here for years, which says a lot by itself. Everyone is friendly, polite and welcoming, and you can tell the team genuinely gets along and enjoys working together. And I have to give a special shout-out to the manager, Griffin. This guy is AWESOME. He knows us by name, remembers what we order and takes care of us every single time we walk through the door. That kind of personal service is becoming harder and harder to find. Griffin and his team don't make you feel like another customer walking through the line -- they make you feel like family. The restaurant is also always immaculate. Every time we're there, somebody is cleaning, wiping things down or making sure everything looks right. The whole place is consistently spotless. After several years and probably more meals here than I could possibly count, Kairo's continues to deliver every single time.
