I just love the entire staff at this restaurant. They never failed to make you feel welcome and their soup is out of this World.

I LOVE a toasted sandwich and had high hopes for 6 mile eats. I ordered ahead of time and had a very quick pick up time. Parking is in a strip mall so not too bad but a little crowded. When I walked into the restaurant, there was only one other customer sitting down to eat, but I did go around 2 PM so that's to be expected. I did a pasta salad as my side and brought the food home to eat. The sandwich was lackluster. It was sliced roast beef, deli meat, and not too much swiss cheese. It was a pretty large sandwich for the price but nothing to write home about. The side of au jus was small and only enough for about half of the sandwich. The main star was definitely the pasta salad! Elbow, macaroni noodles, and a big hunks of feta in it. I might have to try something else as this place does have some really good reviews, but not quite sure that the sandwich was the same as other people have gotten as I did see other reviews that didn't look like mine. read more

Stopped here on our way home from Charleston. I had the club. Sandwich was just "ok". Bread was great, but the sandwich had about 4 thin slices of meat. Definitely not a club where meat is usually stacked. Bacon was cooked perfect. Yellow mustard was off putting, would have been better with a different type of mustard. For the price it was disappointing. My friend had a salad which looked great and she said was very good. Can't really comment on the service as it's an order sit and clean up after yourself. This is a very cute sandwich shop in Mt. P. I had a turkey sandwich which was pretty good. The service was great and the server helped me to pick a sandwich and let us know his favorites. I enjoyed my food and I'd like to try a salad next time I visit! read more

Excellent! We've lived here for 2 years and were looking for somewhere new to eat. After reading the reviews, we thought we'd give it a try. I had the fajita salad and my wife had a melt sandwich. The food was outstanding. Everything was sooooo fresh and the salad was substantial (not the skimpy ones you get for like $15 these days). The woman working the front was great. I've been hearing from online referrals and a couple friends at this place was pretty tasty... I research the menu before I went in and decided that they had a pretty good selection of sandwiches and salads. Although this trip, I took my kids in and we stuck to the sandwiches. I did get a small side of potato salad. I have to say the service was fine. It's a walk up in order type of situation, they give you a number & there's ample indoor space to sit... We sat & got our order in a timely manner. We did have to substitute a few things because I have younger children that are picky. I did very much enjoy the grilled chicken club. I was able to get it spicy. It was very good... I also added sprouts which I am super excited they have because not a lot of places offer. The prices were very reasonable. We had a really great visit and next time I go I'm definitely gonna try that cobb salad. read more

I am in town from Texas and stumbled across this hidden gem. Had the club for dinner and came back the next day to try the Ruben. Both were amazing. I plan on going back for dinner to try their special meatloaf sandwich. You can tell the chef takes pride in every sandwich or wrap that she makes. Absolutely delicious. read more

We met my sister and her family here after a day at the beach & downtown Charleston. There were 8 of us and there was a large table that seated us all. Some had sandwiches, some had salads and I had the gumbo. The gumbo was full of medium sized shrimp, chicken, sausage and the usual assortment of veggies like tomatoes, okra & beans. It had a little kick but nothing too hot. My wife had the chicken Ceasar and my sister had the fajita salad. Both loved them! In fact everyone liked their food. That's extremely rare in a group this large. We don't live in the area but will be back next time we are. I highly recommend stopping here if you want a great sandwich or salad. read more

Very casual lunch spot. I ordered the Cobb salad and to my delight it was delicious. At $11.50 I got a loaded Cobb salad that included very tasty chicken. Beware, this salad is dense, as in there is a a lot. Definitely a good bang for your buck. My sister ordered the flatbread which was fine but the dough could have done with a longer bake time. The sandwiches appear to need a bit more of a boost in order to be charging $11 for a sandwich, no sides included. All in all, a good lunch spot for something easy and casual. Ate lunch at Six Mile Eats yesterday for the first time. I'm debating if the Rueban sandwich I had was the best I've ever had or not. If not, I don't recall where I've ever had a better one. It was EXCELLENT. My wife had a chicken sandwich which she also thought was quite good. This is a small, nondescript restaurant; but, it will be worth your while going there.
