What a difference, clean, excellent service and attitude with older staff to match a great food.

Have driven by this place daily for years. Stopped in the other night to get a take out order. Seriously thought about walking out before even ordering. Everything behind the counter was a horrid mess. Stuff slipped outside the containers, the prep table was unkept things just left sitting there in the open. One of the employees was more concerned with building her a bowl then serving the customers waiting. Really makes a person lose their appetite when seeing the mess at the serving areas. Won't be back that is for sure. Who is enforcing standards at these establishments anymore? Very disappointing when the oil changing place across the street is cleaner then this eating establishment. Disappointing Should have checked the reviews before stopping Next time I'm going just hit 7-11 for a microwave burrito. read more

Ordered a personal pickup up. I waited well over an hour for my pickup. They ended up giving us our pickup ticket and told us to wait in line for the bowl. Waited in line for another 20 min, finally got up there and they were out of ingredients. They were overwhelmed that they forgot to put my protein on and didn't give me my chips or drink. I felt uncomfortable and sad for the workers who were obviously doing their best, but there was so sense of order or leadership. Do not go to this location. It's worth driving to the next closest one, you'll get your food faster and correctly. read more

This place is a disaster. We came here at 6:00pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was trashed (food and garbage all over tables and floors). There were NINE (9) people working in the kitchen. They had no white rice available because it was cooking. Worst of all, they had run out of chicken and didn't have the courtesy to tell anyone standing in line until we got to the front to order! We had already waited 10 minutes with 2 young kids....not cool Chipotle, not cool at all. When we asked the manager why we were not informed that ALL the chicken in the store was gone, she said "My boss won't let me put any signs up letting people know." This Chipotle location needs help. They have received terrible reviews for years and nothing has changed. Stop giving them your $. read more

What is going on with this place.... I came in to get some food because I didn't feel like cooking and wanted something quick and relatively inexpensive... Big mistake. I get to Chipotle and there are many people standing around waiting for their food. I go up to the counter and notice that food isn't in any of the food stations. Nothing. Now I am thinking, am I going nuts because I see people and they are waiting... That's when I overhear an employee from the back yell, only online orders. I think, okay I can join this craze and order on the app. Big mistake. I order my standard chicken bowl. Done. The app says the order will be ready in around 10 minutes or so, give or take. I wait. I watch the app in anticipation. Waiting and waiting. What is happening is the employees are now serving food in the front corner so that customer can't see what the employees are serving and it's just an overall weird set up. The employees are cramped and were obviously overwhelmed by the amount of orders. It was around 30 minutes or so when the show really began. The employees became visibly overwhelmed due to the amount of orders and people were becoming visibly annoyed. I finally see that my order is ready but its really not... I asked for an update and they cant even find my name and order in the sea of orders that they have. On top of that, this guy, maybe the lead would say things, "alright guys, figure it out and see who was here the longest" and "alright guys, its been 20 minutes, wash your hands." It just added to the overall absurdity to the situation. After about 45 minutes or so, I gave up. I talked to the supervisor, Lindsay (Lindsay did try to help and offered free beverages to customers waiting) and was told I would have to call 1-800-Chipotle in order to get my money back. I called them and got my money back but they offered no additional incentive. Nope. Don't come here and eat somewhere else. read more

Idk if it's just a bunch of reterds working on DoorDash orders or something but I have ordered three times from this restaurant multiple hours before closing and have had me wait for over an hour each time before canceling my order right before they close. read more

Even at 1:30 in the afternoon there is a line of people waiting to give their orders to the first lady behind the glass counter. She quickly puts the Chicken Al Pestor into a container with a choice of various things asked of you, such as white rice or brown rice, and black beans or Mexican beans with a resemblance of pinto beans. Then down the line you go and more can be added in but I opted for only cheese, which, as you can see in the photo, was nicely heaped on the top of the $9.50 meal. Place a drink order, pay and off you go to the drink machine to get your ice and drink. Next to the machine are the napkins and plastic utensils. The tables inside mainly are high top, community style with stainless steel tops and comfortable stools. Outside are much smaller tables, under umbrellas. Now, as to my meal, in a word or two, the food was spicy but quite plentiful in the bowl. Instead, you can have large soft tortilla shells, which were offered to me, but I opted for the bowl, as it was a lot of food and I certainly was not going to eat the (inedible!) bowl. A lot of rice (brown for me), cooked and diced and spiced chicken, beans and the heaping cheese all made for a good lunch. Yes, I recommend Chipotle! read more

The question that prevails for this establishment: what could improve? Literally everything. The previous time I had gone into this location, they were out of everything. Left immediately, because what is the point of waiting for food you don't *actually* get. This time around, I ordered Door Dash (which to the normal day to day experience tends to be pretty quick--but not today!). We waited two whole hours for this food as if Chipotle had forgotten the term "fast food". Arguably, as fresh as they claim, the food would've grown a colony of bacteria by the time it was ready and delivered. Tried to call the number listed and it's all an automated robot that is about as helpful as a GPS that just says "good luck". Honestly, I'm not sure what I was even waiting for anymore. Perhaps the third world war would've occurred before we got our food. Apparently big ol corporate is turning a blind eye to this particular establishment--ahem, catastrophe. If I could give them zero stars I would. I walked in at my pick up time, to come face-to-face with 10 other people who had been waiting for their mobile orders for over an hour. With utter shock and horror, I walked up to the lady making the online orders, and before I could say anything, she snapped at me saying I could sit down and wait. I was pretty shocked to see the lady checking temps of the food stick the thermometer in EVERY food container on the order table without washing the tip. Then the employee fixing the bowls gave half a scoop of chicken and said that was a full scoop. We've had bad run ins with this chipotle a few months ago so we stopped coming in to give it time to hopefully improve. Never thought in a million years management would be so horrendous I'd write a review.... But here I am Manager Kilee Sommerville One of the worst managers I've heard of or seen in action, she treats her co-workers like they're walking garbage. Has nothing nice to say, she seems like a miserable manager to be under. As I went in to order food she was hounding on the poor college student about every little thing she had done but nobody else when they would make similar mistakes. Seems to pick favorites for sure. Chipotle needs to really make sure the managers they are promoting/hiring do a better job at customer service as well as being a leader. Note to any college student looking for a job or simply looking to get food stay away from this place unless you love drama and a horrible work experience. read more

I have been to this chipotle in the past and the service was terrible! New management has occurred the employees were so nice and friendly they gave Rich portions and we even enjoyed conversation with them. The food was so amazing they weren't out of everything the food was So good. The atmosphere is a bit better as well. They said new management happened and several employees were fired. Came in for lunch to Mrs lynn who was yelling at customers to not enter through the front door during deliveries. The employee making my burritos was kind and calm and apologized for the disturbance. When I got to the front of the line to pay, Mrs Lynn had disappeared into the back for several minutes and no one else was cashing people out. She came back with her mouth full and chewed throughout conversation, providing no eye contact or smile. Also, there were no napkins or forks available. Customer service and experience are lacking and the chicken seasoning was a little lackluster compared to other times I've tried Chipotle. read more

I only visit this chipotle about every six months because it is always such a negative experience. I usually come here out of desperation due to its location in an area with not a lot of healthy options. The employees have been subpar for years. They hate their jobs and I think they generally try to make sure you have a negative experience. I have never been in here when it is clean and fully stocked. I like to think that a bunch of negative reviews will get the attention of someone and they can turn things around, but I am constantly amazed every time I come in here that nothing has changed at all! I'm not sure why they can't get their act together. It's not that hard! read more

They only had online orders with 5 employees working but two were on their phone. I've been waiting for over an hour over the time I ordered to pick up and others have been waiting even longer. The employees running online orders also are not calling out the orders to the 20 people waiting for their orders making everyone get up and check if it's their order. I will not be returning to this chipotle. I didn't even want to leave a star. When I got home and looked at my order I received only Beans Chicken Corn and Lettuce with no Chips. This might be the first one star review I've given. This location is horrible. It is so dirty and messy - extremely unsanitary. I will never eat here again. Not to mention they didn't have half the food/toppings even available - out of white rice, out of lettuce, no cream cheese. Several staff members were there and no one was wiping up any corners in the kitchen or the seating area. If you have allergies and fear cross contamination especially avoid this location as there is cheese and other toppings all over every counter. read more

The average review of a 2 star doesn't lie, one of the worst run chipotle restaurants I've ever ordered from. No line service, online only with no signs or heads-up. Just chairs turned upside down and people standing around. My order was slopped together without the extra fajitas I requested in the online order I was forced to put together (vs line service I was expecting). I reminded them about the extra fajitas I ordered (I'm a vegetarian so it's an important component of the order) and they just said "sorry we are out of those". I let corporate know about this experience and they were attentive. This location needs a lot of help. read more
