I was only in town for a few days and thought let's see if we can get this done. Chatted with Pamela at first and she said they would be available next week. I said that sucks cause I'm not going to be in town after a few days I'm here visiting family. Pamela turned to Isaac and said can we squeeze him in? Long story even longer ... It makes sense why this shop is rated low, Issac is a good and kind artist which is why he's never available. So I booked my tattoo with Raymond the other artist. Now I understand being rescheduled once because you're sick. That makes total sense to me, but trying to reschedule your clients again who'd already placed down a deposit for god knows whatever reason and then calling your client unprofessional because she chose not to get a tattoo because she's turned off of the shop because of you is really not a good way to conduct yourself. The entire vibe of the conversation with him was just awful. I hope if you book with anyone in this shop it's Isaac. In summary, I won't return as long as Raymond is employed at this establishment. read more

I do not recommend coming here for a piercing. I came to get my rook piercing and it was not a pleasant experience. The guy who pierced me was not nice at all and was very aggressive with piercing. The people at the front desk were very nice though. Its been a few weeks since I got pierced and my jewelry has come undone twice. I can tell that it is not high quality jewelry because I'm pretty sure jewelry isn't suppose to come undone and fall out. Will not be coming back here. read more

My sister recommended the mad tatter to me a couple years ago and I went in for my lighthouse. Isaac did a great job and was super friendly and fast! Now that I'm back in town I recently went back in for my lion and he did not disappoint! I had a lot of picky ideas and he sat with me tweaking it until it was perfect. I have several piercings. One of those is my nose. I've had it pierced twice before. I went Sunday to get a new tattoo and decided to pierce my nose once again. Nick did such an amazing job!!! He is cool as heck, but an outstanding personality doesn't make you a phenomenal piercer. He was. THE ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had to pierce me!!! It was the least painful of any nose piercing I've had previously. 48 hours later and it feels like I've had it for years. It was not even sore the next day!! I'm blown away by how perfect the overall experience is!!! I highly recommend Nick for all your piercing needs. I'll be taking my daughter to him when she's old enough. My wife got a nose piercing done here and not only did they put in the wrong jewelry, but it was also butchered. We came back after a month of carefully following their instructions to keep the piercing healthy just to find out they had fired that piercer and told us it looked fine. We decided to go to a more professional piercing place and they explained to us that it was infected and gave us the materials to clean it FOR FREE. We came back here and explained that to the manager and still had to fight for a refund on the piercing. I can't say if it's worth it to get tattoos here, but definitely don't get any piercings done here if this is how they treat it. read more
