It costs nothing to be kind. If you are reading this now, maybe read one of the self help books on your displays, and take a cold shower.

It offers a very good selection of fine writing instruments at reasonable prices and an impressive selection of inks and papers. Above all, the service staff is very helpful, and always exhibits a strong knowledge of their product lines. I have never had a bad experience here, even during the holiday shopping season when the place can get mobbed, mostly with lookers, as opposed to connoisseurs or serious shoppers. Because they're a company store they don't offer the wide variety of brand names that one might find in other fine writing stores. At the same time, however, for many of us, a Cross is considered an excellent value and definately on par with other brands, - Waterman, for example. You can't go wrong carrying a Cross and you can't go wrong shopping here. Recommended.
