The base is made of pineapple, banana, and spirulina (giving it its pretty blue hue)... but it mostly tasted like a banana puree so make sure you are good with a strong banana flavor. It tends to overpower everything! The fruits and toppings were really fresh and they also use local raw honey. I should've asked for less honey because the combo of honey and banana made the bowl overwhelmingly sweet for my tastebuds. Mentioning this ahead of time, I know he will most likely respond defensively and not accept that changes need to be made to improve the business.
