We found Bryce and Stefanie on Instagram. We thought their posts were funny, informative and detailed, so we took the plunge to interview them, along with some other realtors before we listed our condo. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Lugos are such a wonderful, responsive and knowledgeable set of real estate agents. Selling in this market isn't terribly hard, but the Lugos still made sure our listing was presented in the best possible light (literally, the photos made it look like we lived in a light filled paradise). Buying in this market is a nightmare, but the Lugos didn't let us lose hope. They guided us through multiple house offer situations that didn't end up panning out (usually due to someone offering $40K above list price). For the home we ended up buying, Bryce was able to negotiate with the sellers to accept our offer even though it was the first one. We were going to offer a higher amount, but Bryce suggested we try a lower price first and it worked! The very next day, the sellers got a backup offer that was $20K higher than ours, which is insane. Even in this market, the Lugos managed to negotiate some seller credit for us, which is crazy! Since the Lugos have a lot of experience remodeling homes, it was always great to walk through homes with Bryce and get his input into what was doable and what would be probably too expensive to attempt. That added expertise was so, so, so helpful. Add in the Lugos' negotiating skills, hyper responsiveness and strong work ethic, and it was a no brainer. We will recommend the Lugos to all of our family and friends. read more

We found Bryce and Stefanie through social media and were impressed with how well they knew the Phoenix real estate market. When we started house hunting, we were concerned because of the crazy market and the lack of inventory across Maricopa County. However, the Lugo's kept us at ease because of their experience. When we put an offer in with the house we eventually bought, we were not aware of how difficult the seller would be during the escrow process. After numerous negotiations, Bryce reached an agreement with the seller to fix a majority of the repairs and drop the home's price, which was great. I could not have imagined how stressful this process could have been, but due to Bryce's patience and resiliency, we could buy the house. The other thing that I enjoyed working with the Lugo's was Bryce's experience looking at homes. It's almost like having an inspector tour the house with you. Additionally, Bryce's connections with various people such as plumbers, HVAC, roofing, etc. professionals made the process convenient because we could refer to them if we had any questions during the inspection process. If I could provide more stars, I would highly recommend any prospective home buyers look at using the Lugo's. read more

Met Bryce And Stephanie through Redfin app. We looked at a few places with Bryce but mostly open houses on our own. Our budget was very tight and a bit hard to work with. Bryce sent me only one house before it was listed on the market to look at. Nothing seemed to be right. Most places I found on the Redfin app. I asked for a referral for financing and he lined me up with a great company. The house we chose was out of my original price point but Bryce did a good job negotiating to get us into our house as there was a bidding war on the house. Bryce was always available to talk to, text, call. We are happy with the services Bryce provided and highly recommended him. read more

Absolutely love Bryce & Stefanie! They made the homebuying process seem like a breeze. It did take us a couple months to find our perfect home and there were some challenges, but The Lugos were always encouraging and offered great advise throughout our time searching for our home. Once we put in an offer they kept us in the loop of the process and checked in with us every few days. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful to work with. Their social media platform is on point too! I love following them on IG and still view all the information they post even though I'm no longer needing their services :) Seriously this is your go to realtor team! Thank you for making this process so smooth! read more

As a first time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better team than The Lugos. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Bryce and Stefanie by the loan officer. From the initial point of contact to beyond closing, I received 5 star top notch outstanding service. I had no clue the degree of patience a Realtor needs when interacting with their clients. When I tell you Bryce exceeds your expectations, believe me! You will have 100% confidence in all aspects and phases of the home buying (or selling) process. Bryce is not just an everyday Realtor. He has a background in finance, experienced in remodeling, when showing the property performs a quick visual inspection, superb response time, excellent communicator, and he's incredible at sales! Seriously what more could you ask for. Considering the current competitive market, low interest rates, a first time home buyer with a FHA loan, they got me into a beautiful place. I am beyond ecstatic and grateful to have had The Lugos on my side. Because of his strong work ethic and willingness to keep fighting for me, I have the best Christmas present ever. What a way to end 2020! Many thanks! Take it from someone who has high expectations of service and wouldn't settle for anything less. Call them today, you will be glad you did! read more

Bryce and Stefanie were referred to us by friends who had previously used them. Not only were we moving during the crazy rise of the housing market in the spring of 2022, but we were also moving from across the country. Bryce and Stefanie worked endlessly as if we were family members of theirs, helping us put offer after offer in during the crazy market. Bryce also walked through several houses for us and would FaceTime us so we could see the residence. When it came down to us vs another buyer, Bryce fought for us and helped us get our house. The process of working with them will put you at ease. I can't say enough when it comes to their effort in helping you with your housing needs! read more

Updates to another five star since he is always so great to work with. I just recently purchased second house with Bryce and it was even more painless than the first house. As it is very competitive out there, Bryce works hard to get in touch with seller agent and make sure our offer is always been look at. Super happy and highly recommend! read more

The Lugos were great. Buying during the pandemic and from out of state presented unique challenges, but they made it work for us. We were given a virtual tour initially and once we decided that we needed to see it live, Bryce gave us the tour with a proper face mask and practiced good physical distancing. Furthermore, they helped us to negotiate the way that we wanted to and we managed to get an excellent deal with minimal hassle. We would highly recommend the Lugos. read more

We had a difficult time deciding whether to sell or renovate our home. When we finally settled on selling, choosing realtors was a much easier decision. We were familiar with Bryce and Stefanie Lugo through social media and after one meeting with them, we knew immediately they were a good fit. They clearly saw what we loved about our home and how to translate that into a competitive listing. After mere days on the market, we sold our home for top dollar -- more than we'd ever expected -- thanks to the Lugos' marketing strategy and attention to detail. The Lugos are attentive, informed, punctual and precise realtors and it was a joy to work with them. read more

I cannot thank Bryce and Stefanie enough for helping us buy our dream home. As first time homebuyers there was so much that we didn't know when it came to what to look for in a home and how the market and buying process worked. Bryce and Stefanie taught us so much, answered all of our questions, and truly kept our best interests in mind. It's clear from day one that they care about finding each person they work with the best home possible, not just making sales. They helped us throughout the entire process, from the search,to finding a lender, and even the move after closing. They are invested in being experts in their field and keeping up with exactly what's going on in the market each day to provide their buyers and sellers with the best information possible. I can't believe I haven't already posted this review because the Lugos are truly amazing & deserve all the praise! Last February they helped us find our home just as COVID was entering the scene & the market was getting crazier than ever. We initially met with the Lugos a year before (it's really never too early to meet with them if you're thinking about buying or selling) & they stayed in touch, but were not at all overbearing & as soon as we were ready to start actively looking they were there every step of the way. Bryce & Stefanie are a great team and there is truly benefit from having them both in your corner. They don't miss a thing! They are huge advocates for their clients & will push back on a bad offer, lacking communication from the other side, etc. They helped us navigate all the inspections, follow-up & negotiations & helped us get all of our closing costs covered by the seller. Not only that, but they've been there for any odd questions we have since we've moved in. My husband just messaged Bryce the other day & he quickly responded. They are really with you every step of the way & I'm so grateful we found them & know exactly who we'll be going to for any future home purchases or sales. Give them a call! read more

Bryce and Stefanie helped me look at what seemed like hundreds of homes. I finally found a great home that had plenty of roadblocks but Bryce and Stefanie negotiated and negotiated the deal and we got an accepted contract. There were many times where the deal almost fell through but Bryce saved the deal by working countless hours to ensure we closed. I cannot recommend Bryce and Stefanie enough. They are intelligent, savvy, knowledgeable about Phoenix, and zealous advocates for their clients. I am happy to say not only are they my realtors, but also they are my friends. read more

Bryce and Stefanie made our first time home purchase a breeze! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. They were there every step of the way to educate us about the process. The Lugos were quick to get us in to every house we were interested in and went above and beyond to show us things they thought we may like. Another fantastic thing about them is they have remodeling experience. They were able to tell us if the quality of the finishes in the home were good or if there were any red flags. When it came to the offer, they advised on the market and what we should go in at. Everything happened so fast and seamlessly. We truly could not advocate for them enough! Thank you Bryce and Stefanie for helping us get our first, dream home!! read more

Bryce and Stefanie are like a blessing in the Real Estate industry. We worked with them on getting a new house in the Phoenix area this year. They were always available for questions or ideas that we would have, and ensured that we were comfortable and understood the process of buying a house. Considering how many things can come up and how many issues you could encounter during such a process, ours was just like a dream. The Lugo's were there "holding our hands" in every moment; and didn't just cover the process to search a house, but were there before, during and even after the closing. We can affirm that working with them is one of the greatest experiences ever lived. I would definitely encourage anyone reading this interested in selling or buying a house to contact them, because they are just wonderful! read more

The Lugo's are great individuals to work with. They helped us buy our first house. They were there from A through Z. We never felt short handed. The competence they have for real estate is OBVIOUS. We couldn't have asked for better agents. Bryce and Stephanie answered all of our questions, taught us a lot along the way and were always so quick to respond. They gave us so much info and made sure we knew exactly what to expect and when. It was a little overwhelming being first time home buyers but all of the info they shared is exactly what we needed. Bryce saved us from buying a house that was covered in mold and would have cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. If it wasn't for his knowledge and experience we would have moved forward with the sale and been in a really tough spot down the road. When it comes time to buy again I will absolutely work with Bryce and Stephanie again read more

The Lugos are just simply the BEST husband and wife real estate team ever. I just can't emphasize this enough. My husband and I decided to sell and buy during the pandemic when things were so uncertain. Bryce and Stefanie walked us through all possible scenarios, provided a proposal and advised in what I consider was the best way to our benefit. We had a very difficult journey during negotiations and even our buyer backing out 2 weeks before closing, it was debasing, but Bryce managed to get us back under contract within couple hours... to me this is unheard of, It was such a great relief knowing we were back in the game and on our way to our to our forever home. Bryce and Stef are seriously the whole package deal, I can assure you won't get this combo anywhere. Bryce will point out any things that can be of concern on a house during showings, he will negotiate every penny possible, and will ensure you are happy every step of the way. Communication is huge for me and Bryce ensured we were in the loop from beginning to end. Oh! and did I mentioned that they both managed to continue proving us with an amazing service and kept working business as usual as they had their newborn baby Grady arrived into their lives? I know!... AMAZING right??? They are the sweetest couple and my husband, and I LOVED having them by our side during the biggest and most important transaction of our lives. read more

Bryce and Stefanie were a perfect fit for helping my fiancé and I find our home. I remember the first moment I met Bryce he did things I never thought of doing. I have never purchased a house, I had no idea what to look for. Bryce walked into houses and had "Realtor X-ray vision." He would check all the things that buyers probably often skip over. Bryce checked the age of the water heater, age of the HVAC, under the sink, cracks in walls, the roof etc. Having Bryce and Stefanie by our side during the process of looking and the process of us repeatedly saying "this isn't the one" was priceless. They never once were upset with us for taking their whole Saturday to look for our home. When we finally found the house Bryce worked tirelessly to ensure the deal didn't fall through with what must have been 3-5 roadblocks. At every corner Bryce had our back. I think people often just chose whatever realtor randomly shows up at an open house or a card they pick up at a grocery store pin board, but I have to tell you, that's a mistake. Choose Bryce and Stefanie, they will make sure you get the home you deserve. read more

I could not have asked for a better realtor team than Bryce and Stef! They listened when I voiced what I liked and did not like in the SEVERAL listings that they showed me! I dragged them practically across town because I was torn between scottsdale and central Phoenix. Highly recommended!! read more

Bryce and Stefanie took care of us this year and did an outstanding job. They met with us over drinks and took copious notes with regard to what we were looking for and identified several different restaurant spaces for us to look at. We had an amazing experience with Stefanie and Bryce while buying our first home! They were very responsive and available for anything we needed. We seriously CANNOT recommend Bryce and Stefanie enough. We were first-time homebuyers (with all of the first-time homebuyer questions and worries and confusion) and Bryce and Stefanie made our home search process in the super competitive Central Phoenix market absolutely seamless. Bryce got us the perfect home for under listing price (and under the appraised value!) with seller concessions and seller assistance with repairs. But that's just the bottom line - Bryce and Stefanie are SO MUCH MORE than that! Stefanie has an incredible sense of timing (maybe ESP?) and always knows when to reach out to see if you have questions or concerns. She is incredibly intuitive and has identifying her client's needs down to a science. Bryce is an incredibly patient explainer-of-things (I now know things about roofs!) and a dynamite negotiator who builds positive relationships with other agents and vendors throughout the whole process. We're not from the Phoenix area, so we needed suggestions for literally every vendor and ended up working with so many incredible professionals who were consistently punctual, client-focused, and highly skilled. We seriously cannot believe how lucky we have been throughout this entire process. Bryce and Stefanie are both always available via phone (and we never, ever missed seeing any home we were interested in) and always in your corner. We ended up closing on our home during the COVID-19 pandemic (!) and their steady patience made what could have been an incredibly stressful time as worry-free as possible. We don't plan on moving for a very long time, but when we do, we will undoubtedly list with the Lugos! read more

My husband and I are so glad we chose Bryce and Stefanie as our realtors. From the moment we asked them to help us find a house, they were there to answer any question we had. They paid close attention to what we were looking for and sent us so many great options, and were available anytime we wanted to go look at homes. We had a long timeline from when we first reached out to when we wanted to move, so they were there for us for months and as many houses we wanted to see. While they had many clients while they were helping us, they made us feel like we were their only client because of how responsive they were. You can tell that they really take a team approach to helping clients, meaning you have not one but two great realtors working for you. Once we found a house, they fought for us to make sure we got the house and got a great deal. We even closed early and got most of our closing costs paid for.
