They are terribly invasive at any house they hold open. She required our full name and cell phone number that she could text to verify. We get 2-3 calls a day as it is from real estate people asking if we want to sell any of our properties. If we get to know an agent and like them we might work with them directly but not the pushy types from this launch realty company. No thanks. Won't go to any of their listings or open houses or ever call them to list anything. Crazy. There are plenty of other agents that are friendly and earn our business and trust. read more

Our house was built in 1941 in central Phoenix, and my parents purchased in 1970. My mom passed away in January 2018 and my dad passed in September 2021. We did not intend to sell the house, but realized soon it was the logical decision. We contacted Bitsy who lives in the neighborhood. She understood this was highly emotional for my brother and I, and was understanding and compassionate. It was hard for us!!! We received an offer 2 days after it was listed, and there was quite a bit of negotiation, counter offers, etc. and I believed all along that was Bitsy was on our side, and fighting for us. Our childhood home, also known as the "koolaid" house went for sale on 7/27 and closed on 8/31/2022. Short on ethics. A buyer baled out but Sam Jandel lied about the excuse citing the inspection. Which had minimal repairs. I'm sure it was due to the appraisal and we had an appraisal contingency in the contract so he had to find another excuse. Would not give me an excuse and ignored my calls.
