I can't sing Kim's praises enough. If you're looking to get to the root cause of your illness, form…read morebetter eating habits, and overall embark on a journey of improving your life through food, I highly recommend working with Kim. I came to her experiencing weekly migraines, poor digestion and chronic fatigue/brain fog - 3 months later and I haven't had a migraine, my digestion has improved and I have consistent energy throughout the day. She was always available if I needed her, she made complex science/test results easy to understand, she tailored my diet/supplement program specifically to me and what my tests results told her. I'd also add that I worked with Kim remotely, as I'm based in Southern California and she in Northern. We had scheduled calls/check-in's and communicated via her online platform (both of which were extremely convenient for anyone with a busy schedule or in a different location). Kim changed my life - I really can't thank or recommend her enough.

I am long overdue in writing this review. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone who wants to get…read morehealthy in an organic way! I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Since finishing my last session with Sabrina I have continued to lose weight. It doesn't come off as fast because I am not super focused on it, but that is what I love. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her. I don't get on the scale a lot these days as I am more focused on feeling good than what the scale says, but every time I do, I am down a few more pounds.

The fact of the matter is, this is the best gym I have been a member of. I joined Raw Fit a little over a year ago after receiving a free 7 day trial. I knew after the first day that this was the gym for me, so I disregarded the remaining 6 days on my trial and signed up for a full membership. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Raw Fit has created an environment which welcomes people of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. They create workout plans which enable all members to achieve their fitness goals. They do all of this with avoiding gimmicks, not selling you on diet fads or supplements, or any other "get fit quick" schemes. Basically they show you if you put in the work and eat a sensible diet, you will see the results. That's it. At this gym, no one judges. Everyone encourages each other to do their best and get better each day. Because of the mixture of great trainers and great members, this is the first time in my life where I look forward to going to the gym each day. Truly a life changing experience. Is this the right gym for you? I don't know. If you go to the gym to be seen, show off your new workout clothes, chat and gossip, look at yourself in the mirror, etc...this may not be the gym for you. If you go to the gym to improve your health, be around encouraging people trying to achieve the same goals, put in an hours worth of work to see results, etc...then you should consider Raw Fit. I have nothing but positive things to say about Raw Fit and I hope to see you there!

He took the time to really understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and created a plan that built step by step instead of trying to fix everything at once. Within the first couple of months, I saw significant improvement, and over time, through treatments, supplements, and lifestyle changes, my body has truly started to heal. One thing I'd say--this process takes commitment. You have to be willing to stick with the plan and give your body time. But if you do, it's absolutely worth it. I'm very grateful for the care and guidance I've received.

Update: I came in for a complimentary consult today and had a much better experience this time…read morearound. Natasha was really friendly and helpful. She began by asking questions around my goals/history. She took my weight and explained all of the different numbers - weight, body fat percentage, etc. She then gave me a notebook so that I can begin tracking my food in order to gain insight into eating habits as well as what does and doesn't work to achieve my overall goal. I have booked a follow up consult with her to check in and review my food journal. ------------- I came in for a consultation several months ago and honestly felt like I wasted my money. The consultation was difficult to book because they don't open weekends and so I had to take time off work. Aside from that, the person I met with was completely unprepared. She kept shuffling for papers the entire time and ultimately was unable to provide me with any handouts or anything helpful. She then proceeded to regurgitate a little bit of info that is common sense or can easily be found online. I let her know I have a medical condition and wanted help/advice around how to eat better to manage the condition as well as achieve weight loss and I got nothing. She didn't help determine the amount of calories I need to consume to be in a calorie deficit, I didn't get weighed, she didn't take my measurements, BMI info. I honestly paid approx $70 for someone to tell me I needed to eat small portions, well no shit.

I received a gift cert for Christmas for a massage here. This was really one of the best gifts…read moreever for me this year, because I've been dealing with some major upper back, neck, and shoulder pain. I got there quite early so I had time to look around. The waiting room is very clean and nice, albeit a bit sparse and quiet. The receptionist was very friendly though and greeted me immediately. Dr. Todd asked me if I had any current aches or pains (Why yes, yes I do!) and then gave me a rundown on how he would perform my massage. He also let me know that I could have him adjust the pressure/touch at any time during the massage. I don't like my massage to hurt a lot, but I am aware that there will be some pain because I like have my knots and tight spots worked out well. I didn't need Dr. Todd to adjust the pressure, because it was perfect for me. Ahhh hurts so good! I could really feel the knots loosening up little by little as he performed the massage. I know that these things cannot be magically fixed in one appointment, but I could tell that my shoulders and neck weren't nearly as tight as they were when I walked in. There were only two aspects of my visit that weren't 100% ideal for me. It was a bit chilly in the massage room (which detracted a bit of that warm and cozy, I-just-got-a-massage feeling), and also the oil used left my back a bit greasy. Overall though, this was a great massage and I would like to return, and SOON!
