WORST DOCTOR ON THE PLANET!…read more This woman is not a doctor, she is a monster with zero positive bones in her body. I've decided to change providers, since she was the absolute worst doctor I've ever encountered in my entire life. She never even bothered to go over the entire list of issues that I actually have. The main purpose of my coming to her was a serious pain in my side, which I've had for almost 3 weeks now (which I STILL HAVE). Instead, she chose to be incredibly rude by attacking, insulting, belittling, and bullying me about my life's choice to help my special needs child as a stay at home mom who home schools. I got lectured on how my daughter needed to be in public school and I had to get a job, because God forbid something happened to my husband, I would have to get a job working. She seemed unhinged that I was a home-schooling stay at home mom, and she told me a minimum of 4 times that I needed to get a job. One of the items that I had on my list was weight loss help, and she had zero problem saying that "Clearly I have some work to do." I own a mirror. I'm aware that I have a weight problem. Another turn off was the fact that she had her hair dyed about 12 different clownish colors. She looked ridiculous, and it was completely unprofessional for a doctor's office. I came in with six items, and she helped with 1-1/2 of them, and those were with a contingency attached. She was disgusted with my existence, and I felt like I was in a twilight zone with this berating monster. I immediately switched doctors, but I felt that this needed to be told. A caring doctor would actually read the notes, and not focus on the fact that I was unemployed. What does that have to do with the fact that I was in need of medical attention? I'm still in pain, w/ zero resolution. ***** I knew I wasn't crazy when I found these other reviews on this website that said: https://www.healthgrades.com/physician/dr-holly-leeds-ytsd2 Inconsiderate, rude! Acts like she knows everything even your problem before you describe it. Types on laptop the whole time not personable at all. Very difficult to speak with, grills you looking for alternative agenda. I felt like she was anticipating drug seeking behavior. I did not come to the Dr for any medications.... I would not recommend her! I will be looking for a new Doc!! She acts bothered to see you. Dr. Leeds clearly has her own agenda. There seems to be no effort towards a professional practice. She does not seem to care what the patient expresses...she believes she knows what she knows and that is the final answer. This Dr. does not seem willing to work with you in managing your health care. It seems that it will be her way, or the highway. Good luck if you place your trust here! ***** Also, what does it tell you when on WebMD, when there were 27 ratings, and 100% of them were a 1-star? http://doctor.webmd.com/doctor/6868471/holly-leeds-md-ratings

After reading the reviews on this site and other sites, I was worried! When we arrived at the clinic and met with her, she was nice, patient, professional and thorough. I made an appointment for colon hydrotherapy. What is that you ask? Colon hydrotherapy is a…read moretherapeutic procedure designed to cleanse the colon. This process helps remove accumulated waste, toxins, and gas, promoting better digestive health. Colon hydrotherapy sessions involve the gentle infusion of purified water into the colon, facilitating the expulsion of waste material through a closed system. With my crazy schedule, I called to make the appointment. She was very sweet on the phone and suggested I look online to book an appointment, when I told her I was driving and about my schedule, she was able to help me. So I arrived pretty early to my appointment. It's right off 49, across from the sleep shop behind the Thai restaurant. Parking in the afternoon can be tight, so I prefer morning 10 am appointments. Amy was at the front desk. Along with 2 pups behind the counter with her. It smelled amazing as you walked in. She was very nice and it was comforting that she answered all my questions. Since it was my first time, she told me how the process goes, what to expect. I followed her to a dimly lit room with infusers that filled the rooms with relaxing smells. They use Doterra. The scent Breath is what they happen to be using. My favorite. She showed me the huge machine that you get up into and relax in. She pointed out the "discovery channel," which I didn't think anything of. Before she left, she showed me the call button on the wall. Then Amy left the room and I got into position. I inserted the piece myself, laid back and pushed the call button. The water was at 100° and she turned it on. Warm purified water started pushing its way in and Amy left me to my own thoughts. Now I know what the discovery channel is, lol. It was a mirror positioned at the tubes below you so you can watch what comes out. YES I was fascinated with seeing everything. This session was eye opening. This is exactly what I have needed for my bloating and constipation (tmi? Oh well!)! The water was constantly flowing and breaking up what needed to come out. I was feeling instant relief in just the first 10 minutes. There was something passing almost the whole time (especially during your first session)! The machine your sitting on holds about 8 gallons at a time. You get about 12-16 gallons following into you in about an hour session. Amy came in a couple times to fill the tank (she turned a simple knob and it added more water) or if i pushed the call button. Sometimes, the water would start to get too warm and lucky for us, it stops pushing water in. I appreciated the medical grade purified glass of water Amy had given me each time, plus the pieces of ginger candy in case I got nauseous. I was so fascinated by how much waste left my body, I hardly looked at my phone! At the end of my session, Any turned the machine off and told me some people sit for 5-15 minutes after their session to allow the rest of the water/ waste to pass. Afterwards, they is a water spray nozzle to rinse yourself off. Wipes to clean yourself. Your waste goes straight to the sewers. I couldn't imagine if they had to clean it themselves. When I came out, Amy had a probiotic and a small cup of water waiting for me. Since I flushed out everything, she said we needed to replace the good bacteria. I asked about the other services they offered and I am absolutely interested in coming here for more services!! I have just had my 3rd session and since I started early this month. Amy recommended 3 sessions. The first gets out the majority. The 2nd a little more, and the 3rd is like a completion. My food has been digesting better. I don't feel as heavy. Zero bloating since coming here. I look forward to using more of the services. Coming here has put me on track to a healthier me. I am very interested in doing the infrared sauna, the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the thermolog... as well as future sessions of colon hydrotherapy! Thank you so much, Amy, for a great experience. The information you gave me about this and other procedures makes me want to keep up with a healthier me!

He gave me an incredible massage. Even though English wasn't his first language he was able to communicate effectively about comfort, pressure levels, and what I was looking for in the massage. I was recovering from a torn trapezius and he really helped ease the pain. For the entire hour he was able to apply really intense but consistent pressure. His techniques were much different than other massages I've had but it really helped ease my pain. He had me doing some passive arm movements while receiving the massage and it really alleviated my pain that other masseuses could not get to. I am looking forward to visiting again.

I am sorry to be writing this review. let me be clear! it has nothing to do with the employees or…read morethe service they offer. I am extremely happy with the company, in particular therapist Adam. I will continue to go back and give them a 5-star rating!! However, what was a great massage session today turned into a disturbing series of events half way into my massage. Another customer came in and had a female therapist in the room adjacent to ours. Because the facility is an "open space " facility with no walls for privacy, conversations in other massage rooms can be heard easily (unfortunately). The female customer was extremely loud, obnoxious, and had absolutely no filter!! And what made it worse, made it the reason I had to write a review ( which I have only done once before in my life), was the subject matter she was spewing from her hateful mouth! Amongst many rude, demeaning, and disgusting comments on her POLITICAL VIEWS.... she stated that her and her friends "were only disappointed that our former President Trump, who had just been shot and nearly lost his life, was that the shooter MISSED!!!!and didn't kill him!!! They say liberalism is a "mental disorder ". Well this woman who just wished another persons death, is obviously mentally disturbed!! So why write this review? Maybe to help prevent another person this same horrifying experience from happening again. Monsters could put up some signs around the individual rooms and main waiting room asking their custOmer's to keep the volume down, use a low voice, and to respect others in their sessions. A person like that, you are not going to change their hateful rhetoric, not worth the effort. But hopefully next time, everyone in the building won't be subjected to it!!! Thank you for your service and consideration on this matter.

Kathryn was a delight and I appreciated her warm, kind demeanor and willingness and desire to help me and patients improve their health, medical condition(s), and quality of life. BAD - Locked out of office for 20+ minutes by employee Reily when 37 degrees outside after Reily asked me to arrive 20 minutes early for my 8:45A blood appointment. Later office manager Alex lied about calling my cell phone when call log/transcripts show no calls received from their office. A few hours after I had my blood drawn, I started feeling lightheaded and sick so I sent message to Dr. Heidi and called the office. I did not hear back from Dr. Heidi or anyone at their office after becoming sick until 5 days later. Blood draw results/report office gave me had my gender wrong and missing blood type. Dr. Heidi sent me message apologizing and employee Reily apologized also but the updated blood report was still missing blood type and my patient information; this office never provided such. Blood type I paid for, I never received; Office manager/Alex confirmed that the ABO blood type test cost $10; I already paid this $10 as part of the $697 paid for per Invoice#***96. Employee Reily cancelled 3 of my tests due to having my gender wrong and gave me the wrong prices for such tests; Reily said they put the wrong gender on my chart and she told me Whoops! The front desk staff/office manager Alex cancelled my appointment with Dr. Chelsea and two appointments with Dr. Heidi causing me to wait one month and 3 days until I saw Dr. Heidi. Then office manager Alex and Dr. Heidi lied about cancelling and deleting the 3 appointments in their patient portal but the history/screen shots I saved show the cancelled appointments. Dr. Heidi was 20 minutes late for my appointment and did not answer my verbal or messaged questions; then I was dismissed early and charged 60 minutes for a 42 minute appointment. I received message from Kathryn/PA that indicated Dr. Heidi is never late and had a very difficult patient before me causing my experience. UGLY - Dr. Heidi Hook violates do no harm requirement for doctors/healthcare professionals. Dr. Heidi sent me messages saying she knows why my body/cells are in a constant state of stress, why I became sick after my blood draw at their office, and why I experience severe anemic symptoms and offered follow up appointment to review such with me. But after I inquired about the overcharges and front desk trying to sell me 4 supplements that I was already prescribed/taking, Dr. Heidi refused to help me and do follow up appointment, discriminated against me and because I have medical disabilities, including anxiety, which PA and Dr. Heidi both confirmed, and retaliated against me because I told truth about errors by the office staff. What kind of doctor tells a patient/person that they know what is wrong with the person/patient and why they are experiencing sickness, anxiety, constant stress and then refuses to help the patient/person? What kind of doctor tells a patient/person that they can ask any questions using a patient portal and then reprimands and scolds the patient for asking questions about supplements prescribed, appointments cancelled without reason, and being overcharged? I asked multiple times to move forward/resolve any differences so I could receive the treatment only Dr. Heidi knew I needed. Instead of holding the office staff and office manager accountable for errors made and obtaining resolution(s)/moving forward for the benefit of all, Dr. Heidi chose to cover up the truth, fraud, and harm committed by office manager Alex and front desk staff.
