The lashes started falling out that night. By Wednesday, there were barely any lashes left. I took photos and sent them. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude when I let her know how bad the lashes were. Ashley refused to make it right and tried to blame me. She even threatened me with police action if I tried to dispute it with the credit card, which is an interesting business practice. She sent me a series of harassing texts and blew up my phone with calls. The length this woman would go to not do the right thing for a new client over $300 is astonishing. So unprofessional and very poor quality work. She responds with lies about how she offered to fix her disaster, but that's not true. I have the threatening texts and the repeated calls as receipts. It was sent to the credit card company. Only an unhinged person calls the police to intimidate a client posts negative feedback on bad service. That's not how a normal business operate. Go somewhere reputable. That's certainly not here.

I went here for the second time this morning and last time they only charged me about $35 for a gel…read moremanicure and $10 for eyebrow today. I asked them for a regular manicure and eyebrows the last minute in the middle of doing my nails they asked if I would like to pay before painting them i said sure. Then the lady who wasn't even doing my nails it says that polish removal is $10 extra so that eyebrows were 15 today instead of 10 and my manicure was 25 plus polish removal 35 + 15 =50!! all for a regular manicure and an eyebrow wax and on top of this the waxing lady dropped hot wax all over my hair and then asked if I wanted baby oil to put in my hair to help it come off. It didn't help at all. You would think they would give me a discount or something for the mess up they made and last time they did not charge me for polish removal. It's a shame because I live two minutes away from here and now I'm going somewhere else. I hate when people try to take advantage of me for my money and I see right through them.

The stylists are all very nice people with good manners and pleasant personalities. The owner, Katie, is a great person and the stylists are all happy working at Beautique. Krysta specializes in blonding and has done baby lights for me and foils. She also cuts hair and helped me rehab my hair after a different salon really butchered my hair and over processed myI've been completely happy and satisfied with Krysta as my stylist. The salon itself is cute and chic! Very well appointed and a very welcoming atmosphere and ambience. They do carry hair care products and tools, as well as some bespoke clothing items and other small gifts, some of which are handcrafted locally. I discovered the salon through photos shared by women I grew up with as a kid. Their hair looked amazing and I'm so happy I decided to become a client here.

Due to a mix up on my part, I showed up on the wrong day and the owner, Maria, came over to see what was wrong, and within 15 minutes was cutting my hair. It was an amazing hair cut. I have been going back for the last 5 years and I am always impressed. They are friendly and professional and remember me although I only go in a few times a year. I change up my hair style a little every year and with only a few words to describe a change for something fresh and new, Maria comes with an amazing new style. They really know there stuff here. Its a great place to go.
