I would NOT recommend this establishment. I made an appointment to have my brows threaded but had…read moreto cancel It as my brows did not grow in enough to be threaded at that time. On the day before my appointment, I had just returned from a business trip and realized that my appointment was a day away. I called and explained to the stylist, but they charged me for the appointment in FULL and put through several charges so that when I looked at my credit card statement there were five attempts. I had only been there once before so I would hope that a business trying to establish itself would make an attempt to accommodate its customers. Of course, the person I spoke with was a stylist not management which is Unfortunate for the owners who will definitely suffer as a result of this type of poor customer service. For the owner: Words to the wise: your customers pay your bills and support your business. Treat them with the same treatment you would want as a customer and you will be a success but if not your business will become your failure.

I really noticed a difference when applying make up, it went on smoothly and even. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to trying some of her other facials. They all sound great. I go about 4 or 5 times a year, and I would love to go every month The skin care line from her is also fantastic The spa is so pretty, and she absolutely loves what she does. I would totally recommend you give her a try. I love when people give me good tips and just passing it on.

The facial spa is super clean and modernly decorated with beautiful displays for all face products they're selling. The front desk staff was really friendly and offered me water and chocolate after checking in. I love that Ashley went over my skincare routine and face concerns, answered any questions I had, and gave me the option of a silent facial or one where she talks about the different steps as she's going through it. I opted for the latter and learned a lot. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I'm really looking forward to my next facial! Thank you Ashley!
