All said and done it was 2 hours and 45 minutes to wait. The driver then told us he carried 1 delivery to vavenby, then to us in blackpool, THEN was going to little fort (hope they like cold food). Either staff up or stop taking orders past a point if you cannot provide good service. Ill be going in to get a FULL refund because at 48 minutes past my kids bedtime and they are still eating, I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay for that. Again, food is always good. But service is garbage. Hire more staff or limit your services accordingly to what you can actually accomplish. We ordered at 5:33 and got our food at 8:20pm. Thats says alot.

I have celiac disease so can't eat anything wheat-based. I specifically requested no croutons, several times, and was assured there would be no croutons and they would be careful. But, after I had eaten a few bites, there were croutons, buried in the salad. 2. The salad was otherwise awful! It was slathered in a slime-y dressing and it was not crisp and cold like a Caesar salad should be. Generally I will let these kinds of things pass by (except if I had been eating in I would have sent the contaminated salad back immediately) but I wanted my money back.
