I called, got put on hold, to be hung up on 5 minutes later. I call back and the woman answers to take my order, this was at 5:33pm. I was informed there was 6 orders infront of us (knowing they are slow i expected that to be an hour and a half to maybe 2 hours) so I proceeded. 2 and a half hours later I call because it just seems excessive. She tells me the driver has it and will be there within minutes. 25 Minutes later!! I call again and express my opinion on how unacceptable it is, to be, basically, shrugged off by Tat, the woman on the phone. Almost $75 for 2 pizzas, wings and bread. All said and done it was 2 hours and 45 minutes to wait. The driver then told us he carried 1 delivery to vavenby, then to us in blackpool, THEN was going to little fort (hope they like cold food). Either staff up or stop taking orders past a point if you cannot provide good service. Ill be going in to get a FULL refund because at 48 minutes past my kids bedtime and they are still eating, I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay for that. Again, food is always good. But service is garbage. Hire more staff or limit your services accordingly to what you can actually accomplish. We ordered at 5:33 and got our food at 8:20pm. Thats says alot.
