    The Loft

The Loft is one of our favorite places to eat in Columbus. The service is excellent and the food is delicious! We had diner there tonight again. I had the Veggie selection of Sautéed mushrooms and French fries. Both were perfect. The fries were crispy and more than one person can eat. The Loft provides ample portions. One of the guys in our party had the fish special... and devoured his meal. It was Devine! Every time we visit during our business in Columbus, we make a point to stop at the Loft. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is great!

two plates of food on a table

Amazing food. Service was exceptional. Great atmosphere and a swell time. Our servers name was Lyndsey and she was great. Would definitely recommend if anyone was in the Columbus Georgia area.

    Soba noodles with beef tips

I always enjoy eating here and usually get the unstuffed chicken with mashed potatoes but they switched up their menu so I tried something new. I got their soba noodles with beef tips - medium rare and it was pretty good. I would say the beef was drier than I had anticipated but the meal was overall very well prepared and good! If you're not full after your meal you need to also try the triple threat chocolate cake because it's HUGE and it's enough to share with 4 people. Overall, this is a great place to go with a group of friends!

Pork chops, get them. Trust me on this.

This place is SOLID!!! Great food all around. We ordered the buffalo dip and pickle fries and both were very good, nothing mind blowing but good. I am tough to please for a five star rating for food but the Pork Chops were fu$king amazing!!!! I highly recommend them, very well done and perfectly juicy. I will def be back next time I am down in Ft Benning.

The herb pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini

Went out to dinner while in town with family. I will say I am slightly spoiled from the choices I get in the bigger cities, but this place lived up to the hype. A touch too loud and cramped for comfort, but I understand why they have to cram people in! My dad and I got the herb pork chop as we were told. They were it medium - which I will admit weirded me out, but by the time it got to the table and you were a few bites in, the residual heat cooked it 95% of the way through. Extremely flavorful and good serving size. The chips and homemade french onion dip are addicting. Lastly, the carrot cake. Oh my. My uncle raved about it for days and it was ultimately the reason we went. My dad and I shared it that night, and had enough to last us three more days! Decedent, dense texture, rich frosting. Overall spectacular dining!

A little too Salty but overall ok

Went on a Friday evening on a recommendation for the food; they weren't too busy so the service was pretty quick and efficient but the bartenders were snotty, rude and sarcastic. I didn't care for either one of them; which is a shame because I will overtip and continue to visit an establishment if i like the service. I'm a believer bartenders make or break your experience; in this case both young ladies broke it. I'm a very friendly and polite patron so I didn't understand where the snarky comments and attitude was coming from. Anyway the poutine we ordered as an app was salty but ok. I had the breakfast sliders and white cheddar grits; which were both delicious. My husband had the goat cheese burger that he says was below average along with the sweet potato fries. Don't think we will be going back. The attitude from the bartenders were enough to steer clear.. and with all the great places on Broadway I wouldn't recommend anyone make this a stop.

I came with a couple of friends to have dinner on a Saturday night. It was a very popular venue as there were no availabilities downstairs and were therefore seated upstairs. We had no complaints- the upstairs was well furnished and decorated and being upstairs didn't interfere with the waitress's attentiveness or timeliness of the food. I got the fried brie as an appetizer, the unstuffed chicken as the main meal, and the apple pie for dessert. I could've done without the brie- it wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. The unstuffed chicken was very well prepared. The chicken was juicy and the flavors mixed well together. I did think the couscous was very dry and bland and the portion was a little small. The apple pie. Wow. The apple pie was served in giant portions and was delicious. It was perfectly gooey and warm and delicious. Of anything else, I definitely recommend the apple pie!

Really good food and great drinks. This place is not cheap but priced fairly for the quality product you are served.

Food is okay but a little pricy and honestly not worth it. The waitstaff aren't friendly or attentive.

Peter is amazing and funny at the same time. His close up magic and mentalist capabilities had the whole room wondering not only was it actually "magic"...but also how he got his hands on so much of our personal information. I'd recommend his act for business and professional gatherings, too. Everyone will be entertained and forced onto YouTube to try and figure out his methods...but no one can learn his secrets...because Peter is truly magical.

If you are looking for something different for an entertaining night out, I would highly recommend…read morethis show. You need to book online ahead of time but they do allow you to cancel up until a day or so in advance, if needed. There was only one show scheduled for the month of October, on a Thursday evening. I think that Peter Morrison has regular shows in Atlanta on the weekends, so a show in Peachtree City isn't offered as regularly. The venue is the upstairs level of the Due South restaurant. You can reserve dinner at the restaurant in advance of the show and Peter will stop by guests' tables to present some warm-up tricks. These were quite good. A bit before the scheduled start time, ticket holders are gathered near the host station at the front of the restaurant and then head up via the elevator or stairs. The room where the show happens can hold around 50 people. Peter's show lasts about 90 minutes and was very entertaining. He does a variety of tricks - sleight of hand, mentalism, connected rings, etc. There is also some level of audience participation (you can buy a slightly upgraded ticket that puts you in the front rows and presumably means you are more open to on-stage participation as well). We had a good time and felt like we more than got our money's worth.
