It's a small, stand alone building on Redmond Circle, on the right past the Bojangles on the left and before Sassafras Grille. This won't help you in about a week, though, because the place will be moving to Shorter Avenue. Of course, I had to try the tongue taco. I didn't like it. It was made with a corn tortilla and sprinkled with onions and cilantro. Not my cup of tea. The tongue tasted like extremely tender beef. I'm glad I tried it, but I won't be a repeat consumer of that delicacy. Instead, I really liked the seafood burrito, stuffed with tilapia, avocado, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and cheese and covered with a creamy orange sauce that I'm sure is terribly unhealthy. Rice and beans came on the side. I will be venturing to their new location just to have this dish again. (Hopefully the walls of the bathroom in the new establishment won't be so blindingly yellow.)

The restaurant was not crowded, nor even close to full. I placed my order and waited for 52 minutes. At 45 minutes, I went and asked what the problem was, they said they were just busy. I saw two tables, get their food, who had ordered after I had placed my order at the cash register. It being Mother's Day, I would've understood if they were extra busy. But they were not. I was also very disappointed at their lack of compassion, maybe I'm not sure what I would call their attitude, but I was very disappointed. All I got was two taco salads, one order of nachos, a shrimp cocktail, and cheese dip. Nothing different or extraordinary.
