I did the 90-minute trail ride and had an amazing experience. The horses were incredibly well-trained, and the instructors did an excellent job giving clear directions while checking in on everyone's skill level before we started. Both instructors were so kind, encouraging, and calm throughout the entire ride, which made me feel really comfortable. I haven't ridden since I was a kid, so I wanted to start with something easy--and this was exactly what I was looking for. One of my favorite parts was that they stopped along the trail for photos and made sure everyone got a few pictures. That made the experience feel really special and memorable. If you have never done this before, even through i did not search around for other places. My mother made a great pick with Livingston Ranch, it was her birthday and Rob and Ashley were great, informative on what to do and how to be around the horses. Very easy to be around and communicate with! We had a very nice enjoyable ride and any question we had about our lack of knowledge of horses was answered. I want to think them again for a great time and letting us enjoy doing something different. I will be returning for another ride with them. We had an amazing and unique girls' day riding with Ashley! The horses are well trained and happy, and we received instruction prior to our ride for the girls that aren't familiar with horses. I've been horseback riding several times, and The Livingston Ranch experience really stands out. Ashley is the owner and was the guide for our group. She was organized, timely, and fun! She took time to get to know everyone, and helped an 8 year old in our group feel comfortable on his first ride. My wife chose to celebrate her birthday with a ride at Infirmary Park. I assumed it was a costume party and dressed accordingly. It was the best time. My ride was a lovely. I am considering taking lessons and wanted to get a feel for the instructor and horses. Ashley is a delight! She is warm and fun and obviously knows her stuff. (I can't imagine what time she gets going to have all the horses ready to go by 9AM!) She was kind and encouraging to all of us, the nervous and the experienced. Absolutely phenomena! We had a gorgeous day and beautiful adventure thru streams and the park! Both our guides were absolutely amazing! They were both sweet very knowledgeable and great at explaining to my 8 year old exactly what to do when as it was his first time! The Livingston Ranch is such a great place. I actually had a photoshoot here. They have beautiful well kept horses and a beautiful scenery.They are very welcoming. I had no issues at all booking was easy and accessible, so was the location of the Ranch. The Ranch owners were great very helpful and super sweet. I could not ask for a better experience! Ashley is so knowledgeable and kind. She is an excellent guide and clearly loves what she does. Her horses are in excellent shape and are treated with the highest level of care. The cost of the experience was beyond reasonable. We brought a bag of carrots with us which she allowed us to feed them after the ride concluded.
