I would not recommend this farm to anyone. It starts out good but then it goes downhill. The…read morelisting does not describe the atmosphere of the facility. While it the price is semi-budget friendly. Rules are only enforced when convenient, there is no standard for quarantining auction or new horses coming in and if there is concern for welfare or care of a horse it goes in one ear and out the other. The pictures in the post do not support what the fields look like now. They are over grazed and management has not reseeded in over 2 years. Barn Manager left her colicy horse in the indoor thinking the extra space would be ok while she went to church. Another boarder walked her horse until the vet came and eventually put it to sleep. Then the deceased horse was buried next to a natural spring 48 hours later. Said Spring is a water source for 2 pasture. The footing is good on both the outdoor and indoor arena and the lights outside are nice. Be sure to ask a lot of questions before you think of going to this farm.

Oliver and Timmy were the sweetest horses. Very gentle and friendly. Kaitlin clearly loves the horses and she was very clear in her instructions, as well as quite patient with us, as newbies. We rode indoors, as it was a snowy day. But we can't wait to go back, and get to a point where we're no longer in need of lessons, but instead just freely riding. Definitely recommend.
