Rebecca and Katie have a strong knowledge of our dogs' different personalities and needs, and are able to accommodate them both during every extended visit. My high-energy puppy also attends doggy daycare ~2x/week and LOVES it. He waits at the back door with his tail wagging every morning, hoping that this is the morning he gets to go visit all of his doggy friends. He comes home exhausted from all of the socialization and mental stimulation and we all sleep peacefully. I recommend The K9 Spot to everyone we meet.

After working with Alex, we realized that her biggest issue was that she was "over-excited". Alex recommended her to be on anxiety medication which we found was VERY helpful and needed. He also explained to us how to monitor her levels of excitement by using commands and waiting for her to calm down before she became jumpy, nippy and barking. We also realized that we needed to use a muzzle when new people came in and around our 2 year old to make sure she's not nippy with them. All this and the commands gave us huge relief. We had 4 sessions with Alex and have had her for 3 months and we feel so much better. We definitely recommend Alex. He knows what he's doing and he's so kind with the dogs.

For anyone looking for a Goldendoodle or Labradoodle breeder, Yesteryear Acres is the only breeder…read moreI'd ever go to. We've had two Yesteryear Acres Doodles, Elmo and Taffy, and they were absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best dogs we've ever had.  That's saying a lot because we've not only had many fur family members throughout our 36+ years of marriage. We also raised Service Dogs, for Canine Companions for Independence, for many years. I can honestly say, that Elmo and Taffy were the absolutely the best dogs we've ever had the pleasure of loving.  The dogs you'll get from Yesteryear will not only be of the highest quality, but your dog will also be bred by an incredible family, who's committed to the absolute highest standards, and with the greatest love for the dogs they breed. The entire Sigman family is also just amazing. They are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You'll be able to see that by checking Yesteryear Acres Google reviews, their website, their Instagram, their blog, and their Facebook account!  They also offer the best dog training available! If you'd like to see to it that your dog is taught excellent manners, you'll want their adult daughter, Amelia to do your dog's training! I used to say that Elmo was the most polite dog we'd ever had, until we got Taffy, and she had also received excellent training from Amelia. Both Elmo and Taffy were just a joy to have in our family!  If you're looking for police level training, their adult son, Austin, can provide your dog's training!  Everyone in our family agrees that our lives have all been so incredibly blessed because we've had two Yesteryear Acres Doodles and our family recommends them very highly! We wouldn't go anywhere else for a Goldendoodle or a Labradoodle!
