We always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn in Pleasant View because it is very clean and the staff courteous plus it's very close to her father's house. But on this occasion there was a glitch in the payment. They had not received the payment from Expedia. However, Mark was able to track down the issue and personally solve the problem. While walking into the hotel we had to avoid a pile of dog crap in the lobby that her dog left... Not everyone likes dogs and I'm guessing less people like stepping in dog crap. This place is disgusting and I could not imagine eating food there.
