This marina is quite lovely, with the slips set up in a pattern to accommodate boats of various sizes. There is ample parking and a restaurant on site. I dug that there was signage and obvious lanes to navigate in and out of this marina. The person whose boat I was on spoke highly of this place and seemed pleased to store his boat here. That's where I had my first Bushwacker! I thought the Marina was well laid out and felt very safe when getting on and off the boat. As far as boating on the Lake, the water was a little murky but I'm told it's because it's connected to the river. All in all it was a very fun day and if you have a boat and looking to dock it in Nashville, Blue Turtle Bay Marina is a great choice.

The chapel is the quintessential "country chapel" and I promise you will not be disappointed if you plan to have your wedding here. I have attended a wedding here in the spring when the corn field across the street is bright green and swaying in the wind, absolutely gorgeous. But I just had my wedding here last week surrounded by the autumn foliage and it was a breathtaking backdrop for such a quaint chapel. The lighting inside is perfect, there are large windows which overlook the country and allows beautiful golden light to shine through. My photographer didn't even need to use a flash on his camera, the lighting was perfect! The business owner, Carolyn, is the sweetest and takes care of all of the reception catering, she also makes the wedding cakes! She made my cake exactly how I wanted, I am so please with how my wedding turned out. Also, the prices for the rental of the chapel, as well as catering, are so reasonable. It made it possible for two college students to have a lovely wedding without going into debt! Imagine that... If you are looking for a beautiful stress-free wedding, then I highly recommend A Country Chapel.

A huge part of that was thanks to Elizabeth, one of the staff members who made everything run smoothly. From our very first contact, Elizabeth's hospitality, professionalism, and clear communication stood out. She was attentive, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process. She even went above and beyond by creating a beautiful family crest for us and arranging to have it displayed on the marquee--a special touch that meant so much to us. On the day of the event, she worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was taken care of. Her pleasant demeanor, willingness to assist, and ability to anticipate our needs truly made all the difference. Our Thanksgiving gathering would not have been the success it was without her dedication and guidance. We are truly grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend Office Now--and especially Elizabeth--for any event needs. Someone give that woman a raise!!!

I hit from the reds and for some reason my tee boxes seemed to be in the middle of the fairway more often than not but at nearly 5300 yards, I was none too happy to cut off a yard or two. It's a beautiful course with an island green, a large pond that affects several holes and a rock wall backdrop at times. The rough was that spongy grass that seems to suck up your ball so it's not hard to lose a ball in it even though it's not super deep. The pin placements were tough as times and paired with fast greens, it made for some tough putting experiences. Carts were nice with GPS and yardage stats. A cart lady was available often on the course. On course bathrooms were nice and had water to refill bottles. Staff was outstanding. Everyone we met was helpful and fun to chat with. We also took advantage of the free range balls before our round. Great experience.

Staff outside on the course made me feel like a child after we paid $500 to play here - telling my 70 year old dad to hurry tf up on literally every hole on the front 9. I thought that wasn't cool.
