They take care of the docks and slips and are very friendly to you. I like the extra security of all the docks being locked up. Located in Hendersonville on Old Hickory Lake, Creekwood allows you to easily get onto and around the lake from its location. There's plenty of parking for you and friends if you want to spend a day on the water. Slips can be pricey, but that's kind of part of owning a boat. And you see all different kinds of boats at Creekwood, from small fishing boats to huge houseboats. And there's a place to gas up right at the end of the docks before heading out for the day. It's location protects you from really choppy waters and there are plenty of little inlets to anchoring your boat and floating that are very close to the marina itself. Also, side note, there's a gas station right across the street if you run out of beer. I have always enjoyed my time and Creekwood and my friends who have slips here have been pleased as well. If you are interested in docking here give them a call. Also, they are part of the Nashville Boat Club, in case you want to take one of their boats out as a member...they have reasonable hours for those as well. I would recommend this place to seasoned or new boaters.

We were told we could not go out on the water due to the weather, so we asked about alternative dates. They would not let us book a holiday, refused to pay back the extra money we paid for the holiday we originally booked (MDW), and refused to answer the phone before it was all over. When asked for a refund, she yelled that I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Truly the worst service I've ever received, ever. If you book with them, just hope everything goes perfectly and I can almost guarantee you'll still walk away saying how miserable the staff is here.

Do not do business with this company. Read the reviews about "the $200 cash deposit being taken due…read moreto a damaged prop." The exact same thing happened to me. They require $200 cash only for a deposit upfront. This company will claim that you damaged their prop, and that you were at fault, therefore you will not get your cash deposit back. They did not take pictures prior to getting in to the boat. But they will blame you. I never like to leave bad reviews, but this company deserves it. Stay away from these guys.

However,after buying a boat you're gonna need service. This has been a hassle every time. I'm gonna skip to my issues now. Bought a 50k boat in 2020,and took it to be serviced and it set outside for almost 2 weeks and they weedeatted my tires and crap was all over it from mowing. Need it serviced again today and they said i cannot make an appointment that I need to bring it and it will sit outside for 2 weeks until they can get to it bc they have been stood up by people and had an empty shop a couple hours. That is complete bunk that I have to let it sit outside for weeks. My boat has never set outside and I would bring it couple days before they can get to it but not a couple weeks.

This is the best Customer service I've had from anywhere- and I'm not just talking about a boat…read moredealer! I took my boat to get winterized there last year and they noticed that my Radio on the back of the boat the screen was cracked, my wife hit it with her knee on accident - but it was never really used so I wasn't going to mention it to get it fixed. But they noticed it and replaced it and dealt with Yamaha warranty all for free without me ever saying a word! This year they are doing the same thing with my ballast bags.
