We were told we could not go out on the water due to the weather, so we asked about alternative dates. They would not let us book a holiday, refused to pay back the extra money we paid for the holiday we originally booked (MDW), and refused to answer the phone before it was all over. When asked for a refund, she yelled that I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Truly the worst service I've ever received, ever. If you book with them, just hope everything goes perfectly and I can almost guarantee you'll still walk away saying how miserable the staff is here.

The boat cruised us out to a perfect party cove, dropped anchor in warm, waist-deep water, and the good vibes took over from there. It was the ultimate chill party setup--music playing, drinks flowing, and everyone just relaxing in the water or hanging out on deck. Kasey is an amazing captain--laid-back but super professional, and she really knew how to create the right vibe without being overbearing. Before Amy took us on our tour, another staff member explained how the headphones worked and what type of music plays....includes 70's, 80's and 90's, Country and Pop/Rock. At one point everyone was listening to YMCA and doing the dance that goes with the song. Tour is about 12 minutes long and we cruised through the atrium which took us through every section of the resort. There are lush gardens, waterfalls and it is very peaceful even with the music. I jammed out to Opalite by Taylor Swift and Amy and I chatted about her recent wedding and how happy we are for her! It was so nice that I plan to take another regular tour during my time at the resort. FIVE STARS!
