Single mom, work hard, grew up on a farm, decided I could own a boat... Saved up, got something…read moresmall but newer with the hope to avoid maintenance... Because no matter the situation, I consistently wonder if I'm being taken advantage of and things cost more than they should. Couple weeks back, power steering goes out. A boat that drives like a tractor isn't very fun. Ugh. What's closest to Elm Hill? Boat Locker.... Eric communicated every detail from my first call. The wait time based on other customers ahead of me, the expected issue and possible cost, the bad news of trim system damage, alternatives, ordering parts, testing, repairs, payment and pickup. The experience truly felt like I was working with guys in my family giving me the right advice. Thank you for all your help and for fixing my boat!!!

My 1997 boat wouldn't start after 3 months with the I got a bill for 885 indicating a $33 part…read morerequired 4 hours of technical repair. Paid the bill. I took the boat home but wouldn't start. They told me to bring it back. I lived a half an hour away and couldn't get it back later. Had a mechanic look at it who told me I need a battery part. Bought the battery part. Brought it back. It was the wrong battery part complained about the absorbinant bill was told by Brett that there was nothing that could be done. I really felt that there should have been some form of return compensation for the amount of bill that I paid. I was not expecting the whole bill to be credited but just the fact that the boat never ran was upsetting. We've now sold the boat and have had no financial return or physical pleasure from driving that boat. It was a waste of time and money. If you use this company, be sure you check out their rates and fees before giving them the boat and have them give you an approximate time that the boat will be ready and if it's not ready then pull it because they're going to charge you more and more money. I will not go back to that company again..

What started out as a great customer experience with ASM has slowly soured since April. The initial…read morecontact, communications, test drive, and ease of transaction were all outstanding on the purchase of our used Mastercraft. However, after the sale, customer service has been very disappointing and frankly, extremely frustrating. As an out-of-state buyer, I am required by law to have a registered license plate on the boat trailer. To do so, I must present a trailer MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) to the license bureau. At time of purchase back in mid-April, I was told by ASM that they would get a hold of it. Well, it is mid-June and I still never received it! I made 14 phone calls to ASM over this period, only to be told every excuse in the book; examples: "they need a form from Mastercraft, just haven't had time to fill out form, just sent the form in, Mastercraft is not answering us, they are out on a test drive, can't get in touch with my MC rep, check back tomorrow, I promise to call you back, etc." Lots of excuses, ASM read "that" book, yet, NO RESULTS! Unfortunately, I was pulled over last week towing the boat without a trailer plate. Considering I was past the 30 day window, I ended up with a ticket. Long story short, without the MSO I had to purchase a commercial vehicle trailer license which cost considerately more initially and each and every single year. Just a word to potential out-of-state buyers that need to register a boat trailer, make sure you have the trailer MSO before you finalize the deal. Realizing Tennessee does not register trailers, it appears this area is not an ASM priority nor does it appear that an out-of-state buyer holds much weight after the sales transaction due to distance from their dealership.

I called the manufacturer myself and was told there were no parts on order for Aqua Sport Marine. Just so happen after I brought this to the attention of the owner, parts were delivered the next day. They had the boat from End of May til September. Not happy at all with service and communication. Rob was very rude. Will not be back. To add they always blamed it on Covid but when you call the manufacturer Personally, they have what we needed and was shipped out that next day. Why didn't Aqua Sport do that? (Oh but they said they did)
