A huge part of that was thanks to Elizabeth, one of the staff members who made everything run smoothly. From our very first contact, Elizabeth's hospitality, professionalism, and clear communication stood out. She was attentive, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process. She even went above and beyond by creating a beautiful family crest for us and arranging to have it displayed on the marquee--a special touch that meant so much to us. On the day of the event, she worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was taken care of. Her pleasant demeanor, willingness to assist, and ability to anticipate our needs truly made all the difference. Our Thanksgiving gathering would not have been the success it was without her dedication and guidance. We are truly grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend Office Now--and especially Elizabeth--for any event needs. Someone give that woman a raise!!!

I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this venue today…read more My daughter and her husband are currently away serving in the military, so she asked me to represent her and tour the venue for their November 2026 autumn-themed vow renewal and reception. Yesterday, I spent approximately an hour on the phone with Alyssa discussing their event. I was told the date we selected was available and would be held for two weeks while we finalized the details and submitted the deposit. I was instructed to come in today to meet with Mike, discuss the event details, and move forward with the arrangements. I arrived today with the deposit in hand, prepared to sign the paperwork and move forward. A friend even left work early to accompany me. Instead, I was told the date was no longer available because a corporate client had paid and signed a contract. I understand that a signed contract takes priority. **That is not the issue. The issue is that I was told yesterday that this date was available to my daughter, and less than 24 hours later, it was taken away without anyone contacting me.** If there was another contract pending or a possibility that the date could be lost, I should have been told. A simple phone call this morning could have saved my time, my friend's time, and prevented this entire situation. What made matters worse was how the situation was handled. Rather than taking accountability for the conflicting information I had been given, I felt dismissed, talked down to, and spoken to in an unnecessarily loud and confrontational manner. I was reminded that because I had not yet signed a contract or paid the deposit, technically the date was not mine. **Ironically, I had the deposit with me and was there specifically to pay and sign.** I was not asking for special treatment because my daughter and her husband serve in the military. But military families have schedules, commitments, and circumstances that do not always allow us to simply rearrange everything at the last minute. **You should not tell a customer that a date is available, have them make plans around that information, and then take that date away less than 24 hours later without even the courtesy of a phone call.** Customers deserve honesty, communication, accountability, and respect--regardless of whether they are a corporate client or an individual family planning an important milestone. The most upsetting part is that my daughter trusted me to handle this for her while she and her husband are away serving. I told her I was going to take care of everything, and instead I had to call her and explain that the date we had been discussing the day before was suddenly gone. **I feel that both my daughter and I were misled, our time was wasted, and we were ultimately left embarrassed and disappointed.** Businesses have every right to prioritize signed contracts. What they do not have to do is treat potential customers as though their time and plans don't matter. Unfortunately, after this experience with Alyssa, Mike, and the owner, I would not recommend this venue to another family planning an important event. **My daughter deserved better. I deserved better. And quite frankly, every customer deserves better.** Event type Wedding, Party, Other Capacity level 20-50 people Venue style Rustic, Elegant, Other

They had real wood fireplaces going. The decor was rustic farm yard. That seems to be popular in TN. It's the perfect size for a really small wedding or probably up to 40 people. They had separate areas for the bride and groom to get ready. We had the pork roast, vegetables and potatoes. Would recommend for a small wedding in Clarksville.

The chapel is the quintessential "country chapel" and I promise you will not be disappointed if you plan to have your wedding here. I have attended a wedding here in the spring when the corn field across the street is bright green and swaying in the wind, absolutely gorgeous. But I just had my wedding here last week surrounded by the autumn foliage and it was a breathtaking backdrop for such a quaint chapel. The lighting inside is perfect, there are large windows which overlook the country and allows beautiful golden light to shine through. My photographer didn't even need to use a flash on his camera, the lighting was perfect! The business owner, Carolyn, is the sweetest and takes care of all of the reception catering, she also makes the wedding cakes! She made my cake exactly how I wanted, I am so please with how my wedding turned out. Also, the prices for the rental of the chapel, as well as catering, are so reasonable. It made it possible for two college students to have a lovely wedding without going into debt! Imagine that... If you are looking for a beautiful stress-free wedding, then I highly recommend A Country Chapel.

My mother and sister had several meeting with Carrie and had everything planned out. Everything went exactly the way it was supposed to. We had our rehearsal dinner there which made things very simple. As soon as the rehearsal was over we sat down for dinner. Much better than leaving and trying to sit in a noisy restaurant, especially since there were children present. The food was good and fresh. The day of the wedding the bridal party arrived early and we had a beautiful suite with plenty of mirrors and outlets for hair and makeup. One of the bridesmaids and I went down to the men's cabin to check it out and my goodness it is gorgeous! It was a wooden cabin with a pool table and large flat screen tv to keep the boys busy while they get ready and wait. The wedding itself was supposed to be outdoors, but it was raining. No problem they moved everything inside and it was never a problem. The dinner after the wedding was delicious. Everything was so well put together and everything that my sister wanted. It was gorgeous! The staff made everything super easy and if there were any issues we sure didn't know about them. I also rented an inflatable from party station rentals for my sons 4th birthday. It was a surprise for him and they showed up early to set it up so he wouldn't see it. They had it set up quickly. It made the whole party! All the children loved it! I will definitely be using party station rentals for my parties in the future! So hassle free and easy.

This is a tough review to leave because these are without a doubt very tough and unprecedented…read moretimes due to COVID-19 and it's effect on event service companies. Although I don't think it's too much to ask for professionalism, which was shown to my fiancé and I by many other vendors we were using for our wedding, so I felt that this would be a fair review to leave. When my fiancé and I were engaged last October we had planned on a short engagement of 6 months, so we set our sights on April 25th, 2020. We centered our relationship from the beginning on the values of our Christian faith, and began to make living arrangements together in Nashville based around the move in date of April 25th. Therefore when the unforeseen pandemic "COVID-19" sadly struck our nation, it made the option of rescheduling our wedding to a later date not possible. We had planned a huge wedding celebration, with an expected number of 250 guests. Well as I'm sure everyone could guess, COVID forced us to change our plans due to government mandates. Therefore we decided to have a small intimate celebration with just close family. Which meant we wouldn't be able to have the huge celebration we had planned. Due to this we began to contact vendors to see what they could do for us, a few offered to pay us back our deposits over time, and some even paid them back fully, respectfully due to these circumstances being out of our hands and theirs as well. When we reached out to PSR events, we were told the $1000 deposit for tables, chairs, and linens was non-refundable. To be fair, my fiancé did agree to this in an email conversation with a sales representative, although I don't believe any contract was signed. My bigger problem is she was told that the owner would be reaching out, which never happened. I also reached out to the company with no response by PSR back on March 27th. I'm not saying that we deserve the whole $1000 deposit back, but I do think it would be professional for us to discuss some possible retribution due to no service being given. That's a lot of money, and look I get it, I'm sure PSR is feeling the effects like everybody else. Although I believe that true character is shown in the worst times, and sadly PSR has failed in my opinion to show a good level of character and professionalism that all businesses should strive for. I truly do hope this issue can be resolved and that PSR can reach out to us to at least explain what's going on and possibly discuss a way to make it fair for both sides. Update: Issue resolved
