My family has used party station rentals on 2 different occasions. The first being the biggest and that was my sisters wedding. I don't feel it could've gone any better than it did. My mother and sister had several meeting with Carrie and had everything planned out. Everything went exactly the way it was supposed to. We had our rehearsal dinner there which made things very simple. As soon as the rehearsal was over we sat down for dinner. Much better than leaving and trying to sit in a noisy restaurant, especially since there were children present. The food was good and fresh. The day of the wedding the bridal party arrived early and we had a beautiful suite with plenty of mirrors and outlets for hair and makeup. One of the bridesmaids and I went down to the men's cabin to check it out and my goodness it is gorgeous! It was a wooden cabin with a pool table and large flat screen tv to keep the boys busy while they get ready and wait. The wedding itself was supposed to be outdoors, but it was raining. No problem they moved everything inside and it was never a problem. The dinner after the wedding was delicious. Everything was so well put together and everything that my sister wanted. It was gorgeous! The staff made everything super easy and if there were any issues we sure didn't know about them. I also rented an inflatable from party station rentals for my sons 4th birthday. It was a surprise for him and they showed up early to set it up so he wouldn't see it. They had it set up quickly. It made the whole party! All the children loved it! This is a tough review to leave because these are without a doubt very tough and unprecedented times due to COVID-19 and it's effect on event service companies. Although I don't think it's too much to ask for professionalism, which was shown to my fiancé and I by many other vendors we were using for our wedding, so I felt that this would be a fair review to leave. When my fiancé and I were engaged last October we had planned on a short engagement of 6 months, so we set our sights on April 25th, 2020. We centered our relationship from the beginning on the values of our Christian faith, and began to make living arrangements together in Nashville based around the move in date of April 25th. Therefore when the unforeseen pandemic "COVID-19" sadly struck our nation, it made the option of rescheduling our wedding to a later date not possible. We had planned a huge wedding celebration, with an expected number of 250 guests. Well as I'm sure everyone could guess, COVID forced us to change our plans due to government mandates. Therefore we decided to have a small intimate celebration with just close family. Which meant we wouldn't be able to have the huge celebration we had planned. Due to this we began to contact vendors to see what they could do for us, a few offered to pay us back our deposits over time, and some even paid them back fully, respectfully due to these circumstances being out of our hands and theirs as well. When we reached out to PSR events, we were told the $1000 deposit for tables, chairs, and linens was non-refundable. To be fair, my fiancé did agree to this in an email conversation with a sales representative, although I don't believe any contract was signed. My bigger problem is she was told that the owner would be reaching out, which never happened. I also reached out to the company with no response by PSR back on March 27th. I'm not saying that we deserve the whole $1000 deposit back, but I do think it would be professional for us to discuss some possible retribution due to no service being given. That's a lot of money, and look I get it, I'm sure PSR is feeling the effects like everybody else. Although I believe that true character is shown in the worst times, and sadly PSR has failed in my opinion to show a good level of character and professionalism that all businesses should strive for. I truly do hope this issue can be resolved and that PSR can reach out to us to at least explain what's going on and possibly discuss a way to make it fair for both sides. I will start on the positive, the reason I gave them two stars: the facility was decorated and arranged as stated by Jennifer, the coordinator. Jennifer told me that I would have a chef. I did not. I ALWAYS ask if the vegetables are canned (I cannot accept paying for canned food when it is catered), Jennifer assured me that everything is fresh, nothing canned. The vegetables were canned. The roast tasted like a salt-lick, roasted chicken - shoe leather, biscuit things were hard as rocks. I was told I would have a specific bartender. I did not. I spoke to this bartender on the phone prior to the event which was obviously a waste of time, since a different, not very well trained, bartender was there. Jennifer, the coordinator, was not at the event. I dealt with Carrie. I had never met her before, but was not pleased with her attitude when I complained about the food a bartender. She was sorry, but made no effort to reconcile the situation. I asked her to taste a biscuit. She put it in her hand, but never ate it. I cannot say that I blame her. Lastly, as I am enjoying the company at my party, I notice an employee of Carrie's dancing on the dance floor and drinking bottled beer. The beer I bought. Ridiculous. FYI, I told Carrie while complaining about the food that I did not want a monetary discount or refund; I just wanted what I was told I would have. When I called a week later to speak to Jennifer about the chef, she informed me the chef moved to Florida. I am currently planning an event for 200 people and was planning on using this service. When I told Jennifer I would not be doing so, she informed me that Carrie has a good business, so it would not hurt them. This was a Christmas party, so I will do better next year in finding a venue. I am thankful this was not my my wedding or another once in a life memorable experience. read more

I used PSR to rent table linens for my wedding. They knew the type that would work best for the type of tables we had which was very helpful to me since I was completely clueless. When I initially walked in it was during their off hours (I had no idea not was I paying attention to the time) but they were still very helpful in explaining to me about going online and submitting exactly what I would need. I picked up my linens and paid with no problems. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I hope to do business with them again! read more

I have been getting ready for my wedding for over 1 year now and I have not had a helpful experience with this company. Everyone acts like they don't have time to work with you or return your phone calls. 1. I was a referral from someone else and they told me about their company. I went to the facility and they were close during business hours. I called and left a message, no one returned my call. 2. I visited the place again and when I entered, no one said welcome until after 5 minutes of my arrival. It sounded like they were in a meeting. It was 3 people there. One person was talking to me from behind the wall asking me what I need. I was telling her and she stated here is our card go on the website and look at the prices. What's the point, when I am there in your face and you can go over everything with me. They didn't know who I was or what kind of money i had to spend that day. 3. I was given Carrie the owner number to call to ask her about a certain item and to tell her what went on, she brushed me off about the item and put me on hold to get the price. She left me on hold, never came back and the phone hung up. I called back and she didn't answer. It's been 4 days and she still has not called me back. I will not ever use this company or refer them to anyone. read more
