I asked what the cost would be as a cash patient with NO Insurance. I was informed the total fee for my 5 minute visit would be $130.00. I agreed to proceed and paid in full the $130. About 3 week after the visit I noticed an additional charge of $146.00 posted to my credit card from CareFirst? I didn't give anyone permission to keep my credit card information or authorize additional charge! THIS IS FRAUDULENT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!! I have contacted them multiple times to resolve and NO RETURN CALL!

First doctor didn't believe in fibromyalgia at all and gets his medical advice from Trump. Second doctor didn't care to help me with my issues and walked out of my appointment with her before I was done telling her what was going on. This last doctor refuses to see me now because I accidentally missed an appointment. He was my diabetic and mental health doctor. Now I have no doctor and my meds are running out and I'm screwed. Nice, clean hospital, with what appears to be the latest technology. The wait time wasn't long with…read morean appointment, and the staff were very friendly; although, I encountered at least four of them who were wearing WAYYYY too much perfume. (I would think there would be a policy against that, since sick people are pretty sensitive to that kind of thing). I was sneezing all the way to the exam room. The doctor was extremely hospitable, and looked into my eyes when speaking with me, instead of down at a computer or clipboard. He even told me of his personal health journey and familial experiences. I felt like a person he cared about, and not just patient number 846677. I plan to stick with this hospital for my primary care and specialized care for the foreseeable future.

Had to visit this center today. Look, I know that nobody wants to talk about having a colonoscopy,…read morebut most people get these after a certain age. Everybody there was very professional, friendly and answered any and every question. I like the way they warm their blankets for you while you are waiting for the procedure. Was a little worried as when we got there the entire waiting room was almost filled. I arrived at 9 am per schedule, and they called me back at 9:05 which pleased me. Nobody wants to be made to wait for something that isn't altogether a pleasant thing to think about. I would come back again when the need arises.
