I showed up a little before noon (when they opened), left the building at 1:15pm - and could not be happier with my experience. We were fourth to check - in. We were taken back immediately after registration for vitals then given a room. We only waited a few minutes for a nurse to come in. They ordered xrays of my daughters knee (which at the main campus usually takes forever) and within minutes were escorted to get her xrays. They even had results back within 10-15 minutes. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. Luckily, the xrays showed a sprain. But more than that, the doctor was so thorough in explaining what the xray shows, what to do and if she doesn't get better, she went through what signs to look for and what period of time to wait before bringing her back -- and the best case, worst case scenario. I felt completely in the loop and well educated on how to care for my daughter after the visit. We have come to this Urgent Care three times over the last 3-4 years and have such a great experience every time. THANK YOU, Children's, for offering such amazing service to the West Side!
