Too sick to do…read morenothing; not sick enough for the hospital, oh, and you're PCP isn't available (drug or doctor, you're choice ;-)) So, from that standpoint, this is a nice place to have available. You want to always have a treatment option available, no matter the day/time. Unfortunately the level of care you get makes me wonder if it is worth it. The facilities are nice and clean, but sparse. Not much in the way of interior design here. The front desk seemed more interested in their phone conversation than dealing with customers, but she was nice enough when we actually talked, and she correctly answered my questions as well. So-so experience there. The "nurse" (not sure if an actual nurse) who took me back seemed annoyed that he had to ask me questions, and more annoyed when I didn't have the answers right away (had to check my phone for some details). When I finally saw the doctor, I felt like I was on an assembly line. Ask about symptoms - check decide on treatment - check ask some other stuff to make it seem like I'm "digging deep" for the right answer to your issue - check dispense prescription for low-level antibiotic which won't do sh!t - check! I ended up having to visit my doctor anyway despite the "care" I so urgently received. I will try to avoid returning if at all possible.

I was in a lot of pain waiting to hear back and I could've gotten the prescription sooner had they called me. Since the Walgreens clinics are all closed I looked for appointments at the Kroger clinic. I managed to get an appointment for the next day (luckily). They were able to get me in right at my appointment time, no long wait, and the staff were very friendly and considerate. For being a litttle clinic I felt like he was very thorough and did not try to just give me a prescription and send me on my way, which has been mY experience in the past at other urgent care, clinic type places. I showed up a little before noon (when they opened), left the building at 1:15pm - and could not be happier with my experience. We were fourth to check - in. We were taken back immediately after registration for vitals then given a room. We only waited a few minutes for a nurse to come in. They ordered xrays of my daughters knee (which at the main campus usually takes forever) and within minutes were escorted to get her xrays. They even had results back within 10-15 minutes. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. Luckily, the xrays showed a sprain. But more than that, the doctor was so thorough in explaining what the xray shows, what to do and if she doesn't get better, she went through what signs to look for and what period of time to wait before bringing her back -- and the best case, worst case scenario. I felt completely in the loop and well educated on how to care for my daughter after the visit. When I got home I looked in MyChart and the x-rays showed only the inside edge of my hand (i.e. the thumb area), The radiologist only commented on the thumb area, saying it matched an x-ray from 10 years ago indicating I had no current damage. Unfortunately my injury was NOT near my thumb and the injury site was not even x-rayed. I'm now going to a specialist for an evaluation. Very disappointed in Trihealth Priority Care Anderson.
