My 16 year older son needed a school physical. I was able to go online to schedule a walk-in appointment for the same day. When we arrived, there wasn't a wait of any kind, and the nurse was funny and professional. The entire visit, start to finish, was 30 minutes. I got here 5 minutes before they opened. I was first in line. I sat in the waiting chair for 25 minutes before they even checked me in. Then I was advised they needed to check in other people that came in after me before he could see me. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! I am sick and want to get in and out. This is ridiculous. I walked in on Sunday, 2/18/24, at 3:40. Office closes at 4. I was told that appointments came before walk-ins, but there was not another patient there. The front desk person was very rude and told me I needed to find another Minor Med in town. I needed them to confirm that my daughter had an ear infection and prescribe antibiotics. Made an appt on line because I was incredibly sick & my PCP office was closed. Was given a time slot for 5:30pm & once there was told I wasn't in the system. Showed lady at desk(who was rude) the screen shot of the appt from their on-line appt. She continued to say I didn't have an appt. Told her I think I have the flu & strep & was extremely sick. Meanwhile, her child kept coming out of one of the PT rooms telling her I'm ready to go home. Other patient's we're sitting in the waiting room who witnessed this. She told me I couldn't be seen until the next day & when I went back the next day I told the NP I think I have flu & strep. She only tested for Covid & flu. The NP was rude & it took me 2 DAYS to get my script sent from the clinic over to the Pharmacy that's in the SAME store! The clinic room wasn't clean & they didn't have sheet paper on the exam table you're told to sit on & didn't clean it before asking me to sit on it. This is the second time I've used the Clinic since location reopening from Mass Shooting. The first visit the PA was rude & seemed not to know what she was doing. Again, clinic room not clean & no sheet paper on exam table. This new team staffing the clinic since reopening are awful! I will NEVER use this location again. If you don't like working or dealing with people then find another job. Both visits staff acted as if the patient's were a bother to them. Absolutely ridiculous & they should be schooled on how to do their jobs or sent to work elsewhere where no patient contact is required! read more

This was the worst clinic I've been to. I got in fast but the care was not good. Lady refused to give me tests I'm requesting and seemed to have a pride issue. I presented with covid & strep symptoms, have full painful ears with loss of hearing from being full and gave history of strep and ear infections. I asked for a Covid exam, strep test, and to check my ears. Thank goodness I have experience and this wasn't my child being treated this way. She examed me, finally agreed to give tests with me insisting it, acknowledges I have full ears, and then refuses to give me anything for my ears. Instead gives me script for over the counter allergy and cold meds. I already told her I was taking allergy meds. And a paper for how to treat my ears for infection at home with warm compress and if it's not better within 3 months or gets pus I can come back. I would think this was her just being ridiculous but it's printed on the company letterhead so this is company policy on how to treat ear infections. They need some more training from an ENT. My ent had to clear & wash out my ears twice, and took ear drops to clear this up saying if I would have waited I could very likely had permanent hearing loss. The cherry on top was the fat shaming paperwork sent home with me about needing to watch my bmi and exercise when I wasn't there for those issues and they were never discussed in our appointment. I had to get a tetanus shot after stepping on a nail (ironically, I was hammering down the nails so no one would step on one... yeah). I couldn't find my files for when I had last gotten one but the last time I remembered getting one was in high school so I figured I'd go ahead and do it. I was in an out pretty quickly. The lady was totally cool with me calling a friend while she gave me the shot. Everything went smoothly for me and if I needed to return I'd have no qualms about it. read more

Seriously the worst dr experience we've ever had. First- a few months ago, I had strep. The dr was very rude & didn't explain anything. Not even the medicine she was giving me nor did she tell me how to use it. She also didn't ask if I was pregnant or breast feeding (in this case I was breast feeding so I had to look up if she medicine was okay to take while BF). Not to mention- one of my "diagnosis's" from the dr was OBSESE. I had just had a baby 1 month before going to her and in fact, am not over weight for my height. Also- when I told her I was allergic to amoxicillin she didn't say a word & was just typing on her computer for a good 10-15 mins. I'm assuming she had no idea an alternative for amoxicillin so she was doing "research?" Not sure. I'm not a dr, but I know anytime I've ever been to a dr they don't just sit on their computer after I inform them of my allergy. Then Dr "called in" a prescription & it wasn't called in. Had to call and remind them to call it in hours after my appt. Finally got the medicine & it didn't work after 5 days of taking it. Called them back & they said "let me inform the dr and she'll call you right back!" Never called me back so I went to see a different provider. THEN- my husband went in for pink eye recently. Same experience. Terrible bed side manor, very rude. Also, didn't call the prescription in & had to call & remind them. His throat has also been killing him, and she didn't prescribe anything for his throat, didn't even tell him if he had strep or not & just ignored it like nothing was wrong. Not sure why I did this, but I stopped by The Little Clinic while grocery shopping. I asked if they did cholesterol tests. The woman at the desk yelled in to the little office next to her and asked the "Dr." if they did. "Dr." said, (this was after a convo (between the two back and forth a few times) said they only do screenings. I asked what was the difference and the "Dr." could not explain to me the difference. She stumbled on her words and I said, I guess you don't know. Unbelievable. So much for second chances. read more

This is the worst Little Clinic I have EVER been too. Nurse Practitioner, Toni Williams was 20 minutes late, which is a long time when you are ill. The front desk is rude but will yell out to an employee with a birthday!!! We were here for 30 minutes waiting, however that didn't stop Toni from taking the lady that arrived 3 minutes ago. After a day in pain, and unhappy at the thought of spending another night tossing and turning, I went to The Little Clinic on Byhalia Road. I have always been pleased with the outcome when I have visited there. Today was no exception. Toni Williams, FNP-was professional and so kind. I did not feel rushed. I have found the reception area person to always be hospitable and today, -I found that to be true once again. Thank you for making me feel better. would not issue antibiotic because symptoms had not been 10 days. had green discharge on initial visit and 10 days later worse, called clinic for antibiotic and she asked me if discharge was green. it was green on day 1. should have had medicine on initial visit! I visited this clinic on a Saturday morning. There was no wait. I needed help to get a prescription filled after my primary physician retired. I was having difficulty getting an appointment at the clinic where he previously practiced. My situation was a bit unusual and outside the scope of what is normally handled at The Little Clinic. I met with Clinic Manager, Toni Williams FNP-C. It would have been easy for her to "dismiss" me and politely tell me that her clinic could not address my situation. Instead, she took my information, called the Physician who reviews and approves her cases, and received permission to help me with my situation. She promptly followed up with me to let me know she could help, and she even encouraged me to use the online feature to save my place in line upon my return. On Sunday, I went online and saved my place, re-visited the clinic, and I had my prescription in hand 20 min later. She even explained to me how I could work with their clinic on an ongoing basis to save me time in getting my future refills. Toni was very nice, very knowledgeable, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and certainly went the extra mile to help me. That was a refreshing experience in a healthcare clinic. Hopefully I will not get sick anytime soon, but if I do, I would not hesitate to go see Toni again in The Little Clinic. She was super helpful!! read more
