Forty-five minutes prior to that appointment, I received a call from her office informing me that my appointment had been scheduled on one of Dr. Murti's days off. I took a day off work and drove for 2.5 hours (128 miles) only to find out that her office had scheduled my appointment on her day off. Her office staff had over 5 months to correct (reschedule) an appointment that should have never been scheduled in the first place, yet they waited until the last minute to try and do so. Why would anyone entrust their healthcare to an organization that they can no longer trust simply to schedule an appointment? Suffice it to say, I have a new GP now.

No meds now until maybe next Monday. I also called the office this morning at 7:45 to remind them the medication had not been called in to pharmacy. This is purely neglect from this office.
