The staff have always been friendly, and that has made shopping here feel special. I'm truly disappointed and sad to hear that market is closing. They did not have any blue chia pudding because no one made it that morning, they didn't have any mango chutney, AND they didn't even add granola in my bowl like the description stated. Highly disappointing. Second, I got their tropical smoothie (don't remember exact name) which has orange juice, passion, and other fruits I can't remember plus a swirl of coconut cream lined on the cup... The drink was not aesthetically pleasing. Didn't see a coconut cream swirled. The drink tasted just like straight orange juice only but blended with ice. I always go to New Leaf in Capitola on 41st Avenue whenever I visit and they've never messed up on my orders (except for once when they didn't have mango chutney either). But the drinks they've made for me and the açaí bowls were yummy and good looking. The workers at the juice/coffee/açaí bar here just seemed very lazy and I've been here 5+ times.

Really is a bit of a random location, but I think it probably is primarily set up to serve small…read morerestaurants (they have freezer chests of restaurant-sized bags of stuff), and allows regular people the opportunity to purchase as a sort of afterthought, maybe? Also, the Google Maps location is a bit off, so you might need to wander around a little to find it in like the next building over. Once you're there, just go past the counter to the back and check out the freezer cases of goodies. Be aware that it is a mix of vegetarian ("vege" in the name) and vegan items, so some things may have milk products in it (but I don't think anything had eggs last I checked). Also, their selection of items changes, so just because you found it there on e doesn't mean you'll find it again (like those Lypid thick cut "bacon" slabs). Other thing to be aware of is that payment is either by cash or Venmo (and the Venmo goes to a person's name rather than "Vegefarm"), so be prepared for that! The offerings are more diverse than what you'll find at most Asian markets' vegetarian section, and the prices are a bit better, too (not to mention the apparent turnover). They do have some little specials posted on a piece of paper on the front of the freezer cases, too, so keep an eye out or ask the person at the front desk. Each time I have gone it's been the same lady, and she's always been helpful and friendly. The place is kept reasonably clean (on par with most Asian markets I frequent), too, but the hand written prices can occasionally be tough to read. Pretty sure I'll be a regular customer going forward now, though, LOL!

They have their own little parking lot that is separate from the other shops in that center. Clean Eats is restaurant that offers a variety of health foods. You can order online, call ahead or order in person. You can even have your meals delivered to you. They have convenient pre-prepped meals and cater to special diets like vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, keto, gluten free and paleo. The inside of the store is clean and tidy but very small. They have outdoor seating for you to enjoy your meal there. I ordered a pork Chili Verde with rice and beans as well as a breakfast burrito. The pork Chili Verde was so delicious as well as the Spanish rice and beans. The burrito was packed with eggs, potatoes and turkey sausage and came with a side of salsa. My husband really enjoyed his burrito for breakfast. It was very filling. I love that they list the macros and nutrients, ingredients and instructions for heating on each package meal. These meals are so convenient. And you can pick and choose your proteins, carbs, and veggies to your barrier. All ingredients are freshly displayed behind the clear plastic shield where you place your order. They are so many options to pick from. The employee working there was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to try other items.

I was still eating pretty healthy and was active during the pandemic but since I took a promotion at work, everything went downhill. I developed insomnia, skipped the gym due to work, started binge eating... there are days that I did not want to get up. As I slowly work my way back to my old self, I stopped by here recently to get some food for myself w/o guilt. I do enjoy the keto pizza. I just wished the macros are available. The meatballs were good, but I'd recommend dipping them in hot sauce, zero-sugar sauce, or their Clean Eats' condiments to kick it up a notch. They're not dry but since I was trying not to consume simple carbs, I ate it plain like that. The salad was fresh, very yummy. The parking is small and the intersection this place is located gets rather busy during the rush. If you know what you are ordering, suggest ordering for pickup to save time. I love how it's like a healthy Chipotle w/ all things protein-related (protein shakes, protein chips, protein cookies, protein candy, etc.). I love having this place as an option when I cannot decide what to eat or if I don't have time to cook.

Unacceptable Service & Dishonest Behavior at the Seafood Counter (Friday Oyster Promotion)…read more I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the service I received at the seafood counter on Friday, October 9th. Every Friday, I take advantage of your oyster promotion. On October 9th, I placed an order with the following timeline: 4:23 PM: I ordered 3 dozen oysters to be shucked and requested a pickup time of 6:00 PM. 5:03 PM: Since a few more friends were joining us, I called to add 1 dozen more oysters to the existing order. 6:18 PM: I went down to the seafood counter after buying wine with my friends to pick up my complete order. When I arrived at 6:18 PM, the staff informed me that my oysters had not even been started yet. When I provided my order times, an Asian employee blamed me, claiming that the delay was my fault because I added 1 dozen oysters later. While I was waiting, other customers arrived to pick up their oyster orders. Out of curiosity, I asked them when they had placed their orders. They replied that they had ordered at 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM--yet their orders were ready, while my 4:23 PM order was not even touched. What frustrated me the most was the employee's complete lack of honesty. If they had simply admitted that they forgot my order, I would have understood. Instead, blaming the customer with an obvious excuse was completely unacceptable. If the additional dozen was the issue, they should have at least prepared the initial 3 dozen I ordered nearly two hours prior. Furthermore, after I voiced my frustration over this unfair treatment, the employee seemingly refused to handle my order and called the manager to shuck the oysters instead. Blaming customers for internal mistakes and showing an attitude toward feedback reflects very poorly on your team. I strongly suggest that Whole Foods conduct proper customer service training for the employees at this counter to handle such situations with honesty and professionalism. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

It also comes with three additional toppings that tasted like pudding. You also get to choose one cream top and one topping of your choice with it. This was so creamy and tasted like a dessert. I would do 0% sweet as the toppings and cream make it already quite sweet. Also tried The coconut coffreeze which reminded me of a drink from dutch bros but stronger in the coffee flavor. The sunset guava tea was refreshing but could use a stronger tea flavor because it mostly tasted like syrup. The matcha cloud was very milky and doesn't taste like matcha at all. If there's one thing I'd get here it's be the milkteaway or other plain milk teas, because I wasn't super impressed by the matcha or fruit tea. The workers are very nice but they seem understaffed so you will have to wait a bit for your drinks. The place is casual and well kept. They have games available and are open late everyday, making it a fun spot to hang with friends or family. Overall: 3.8/5
