I've came here on two different occasions. Yesterday and 1 week ago…read more First, the açaí bowl I got last Sunday was completely wrong. I ordered their tropical blue crush bowl. They did not have any blue chia pudding because no one made it that morning, they didn't have any mango chutney, AND they didn't even add granola in my bowl like the description stated. Highly disappointing. Second, I got their tropical smoothie (don't remember exact name) which has orange juice, passion, and other fruits I can't remember plus a swirl of coconut cream lined on the cup... The drink was not aesthetically pleasing. Didn't see a coconut cream swirled. The drink tasted just like straight orange juice only but blended with ice. I always go to New Leaf in Capitola on 41st Avenue whenever I visit and they've never messed up on my orders (except for once when they didn't have mango chutney either). But the drinks they've made for me and the açaí bowls were yummy and good looking. The workers at the juice/coffee/açaí bar here just seemed very lazy and I've been here 5+ times.

I continue to be surprised by the flavor because I am not a fan of reheated food in general. I had an enchilada, which was more like a wet burrito. The salsa has a nice flavor to it. I think this would just be better as a burrito but I did eat almost all of it soooooo.... However I did add a little extra cheese and eat an avocado with it. Still really happy with the food from here.

Also, the Google Maps location is a bit off, so you might need to wander around a little to find it in like the next building over. Once you're there, just go past the counter to the back and check out the freezer cases of goodies. Be aware that it is a mix of vegetarian ("vege" in the name) and vegan items, so some things may have milk products in it (but I don't think anything had eggs last I checked). Also, their selection of items changes, so just because you found it there on e doesn't mean you'll find it again (like those Lypid thick cut "bacon" slabs). Other thing to be aware of is that payment is either by cash or Venmo (and the Venmo goes to a person's name rather than "Vegefarm"), so be prepared for that! The offerings are more diverse than what you'll find at most Asian markets' vegetarian section, and the prices are a bit better, too (not to mention the apparent turnover). They do have some little specials posted on a piece of paper on the front of the freezer cases, too, so keep an eye out or ask the person at the front desk. Each time I have gone it's been the same lady, and she's always been helpful and friendly. The place is kept reasonably clean (on par with most Asian markets I frequent), too, but the hand written prices can occasionally be tough to read. Pretty sure I'll be a regular customer going forward now, though, LOL!

They have convenient pre-prepped meals and cater to special diets like vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, keto, gluten free and paleo. The inside of the store is clean and tidy but very small. They have outdoor seating for you to enjoy your meal there. I ordered a pork Chili Verde with rice and beans as well as a breakfast burrito. The pork Chili Verde was so delicious as well as the Spanish rice and beans. The burrito was packed with eggs, potatoes and turkey sausage and came with a side of salsa. My husband really enjoyed his burrito for breakfast. It was very filling. I love that they list the macros and nutrients, ingredients and instructions for heating on each package meal. All ingredients are freshly displayed behind the clear plastic shield where you place your order. They are so many options to pick from. The employee working there was very friendly and welcoming.
