I left and ultimately came to the conclusion that I would move forward with services. I came in prior to the main appointment where information was discussed and told things like "you can be uncomfortable for a couple days" "it will feel like you did a bunch of push ups" WHAT WAS NOT DISCUSSED. Which lead me to believe something could be terribly wrong, or make me think "what's wrong with me" Not discussed: I would have 11 days of the worst pain of my life; there are simply no words to describe it. It was unbearable. Sharp, shooting, consistent, agonizing, persistent, burning, throbbing, nerve pain that no pain meds were easing. It was terrifying as this was not explained to me as a possibility. I was not told I would be confided to a single under garment for well over a month (I would have purchased a second one for the sake of hygiene) It wasn't shared that I would sleep for weeks on end upright Not made aware That there are weekly check ins in office for several weeks. That I would then need a higher dose of oxy due to the discomfort and more frequent dosage that on day 12 when I stoped the drug that I would then withdraw and have largest episode of depression and pounding migraine for several days No discussion that my results would take almost a half a year And That I wouldn't be able to use the restroom for 6 days. Being told AFTER "this is all normal" If this is all normal then why wouldn't you warn someone! As if that's not enough, the one thing that place had going for them was their customer service by their team, but today that has changed. I had an appointment at 12:45; I arrived over 5 minutes early out of respect to their time. I walk in and a lady on the couch next to two others says "good luck we've been here waiting" I'm taken back before them and sat in one of the treatment rooms. TEN minutes passed after my appointment time, it's 12:55 as I work on my phone and am checking the time I say to myself I'll give it one more minute but if no one comes back I need to get to my next meeting. At 12:58 (phone and time in hand) I go to the lady in the front and thank her but tell her I need to leave. I then receive a text saying that my appointment was at 12:45 and that I left at 12:52. Which is flat out incorrect. And above all, you have an upset patient and instead of making it right you meet them with defensive responses to make yourself seen as right, simply rubbed me the wrong way. AS IF THIS ISNT ENOUGH. I'm undeniably unsatisfied with me service/results thus far. My experience feels like I was told minimally expectations and truth around this to simply sale me something and once they received that then genuine care for the individual was no longer relevant. I've never written a review like this in my life, especially so vulnerably but I want people to know that this is not a place to trust your time, money, and most importantly your bodies with.
