They are very nice people, but seem unorganized and not timely. My first treatment, they did the freeze, and then took 15 minutes to do the zimmer treatment. I had learned that they needed to do the zimmer immediately following the freeze, and questioned them. They downplayed the wait and said it wasn't a big deal and wouldn't change my results, when everything I've read said that it does. I've been back twice for the vanquish treatments. The second time, they reached out the week before to reschedule me for an hour later. I arrived for my re-scheduled appointment, and I have been waiting for 15 minutes past my appointment time. So, while I haven't been coming long enough to see whether I am getting any results, I do know that they are not very organized and don't value their customers' time. read more

Signed up for a 3 treatment plan for red light. People were nice and space was relaxing. However when my wife went to schedule the 3rd appointment she was told we only subscribed for 2; even thought everything said 3. Not sure it really did anything but I really don't like when they change the terms on us. My wife and I thought we could try the 3 treatments and decide on if we wanted to try something different, but we we both surprised to find we did not have 3 treatments. Hate when people cheat you... so I booked an appointment for this afternoon at 3pm. I arrived early and assumed that the suite door was locked either due to break or client services. However 3pm, no one came out or went in the office suite. I called to verify what was going on and was informed the office would call me back. turned out it was the same woman. she verified my location as well as I clearly stated I was sitting outside the suite inside the building. this woman told me to go into the parking garage. I wasn't understanding and asked her why to which she said hold on. then she repeated for me to EXIT THE BUILDING AND GO INTO THE PARKING GARAGE!! she wouldn't give me an answer why and hung up on me. Super nice staff but I can't say I saw any results. Granted the list of things you're supposed to do to see results is essentially just being an insanely healthy person who drinks 64 oz of water a day, exercises within 30 minutes of a session, wearing waist trainers after your session, not drinking alcohol, on a low carb high protein diet, taking a supplement to flush your liver....the list goes on. I only did a little of that which is probably why I didn't see results. The whole thing was novel though. I got a Groupon for something but was told at my initial consultation in Poway that it wasn't as good as a different, more expensive service. Upselling irritates me. I ultimately was able to try two types of treatments and have to admit that the Groupon option is crap. I did the remainder of my sessions in La Mesa. I won't be doing it again but it was an interesting experience at least. read more

Best experience ever. I went in and they put me on a machine to get all my stats. Then I lied down on a table in my skimmies and they strapped these red lights to my stomach, both my arms and both my thighs and I lost a total of a 1/2 inch off my waist on the first visit. This is a review update after finishing all my sessions. I ended up doing 12 sessions of EMSculpt and 1 vantage session. All in all, although it was a good experience, I did not see much of a difference in the end. I usually schedule my appointments in advance and there was a week I got the stomach flu and had to reschedule 2 of my appts that week. 2 weeks later, I ended up getting my menstrual cycle (which I shouldn't have to explain to them) and I did not feel comfortable doing the EMSculpt so I again tried to reschedule my appointment and spoke to Brianna. She told me that "they've been letting me slide with rescheduling that if I wanted to reschedule my appt, I would lose that appt". Why did they never mention anything like that on the last 2 appts I had to reschedule? That made me very upset it's not like it's a $20 session. As I mentioned it was $700 for 10 session that I bought on top of the Groupons I purchased prior. I was initially looking into skin firming of the abdomen afterwards but After that, I just finished the sessions I had left and did not want to return anymore. It wasn't a bad experience , everyone else is super polite and the husband and wife are so lovely! Just had that one person who didn't make me want to come back anymore. read more

I have only used 2 machines at The Lipo Lounge. The EMS and Lipo Melt. During my running/training season it was so helpful to use the red light therapy for inflammation and shrinking my fat cells. Once I hit my goal and lost overall 10 INCHES, I decided to use the EMS and strengthen my core and booty. Both machines were beneficial and really relaxing. I would highly recommend trying their different machines and jump starting your fitness/health journey.
