JD and Dustin really helped me feel comfortable with my big move, and being new to the area. When I initially came in to tour the apartments they were super kind, sweet and very informative. They helped me get all set up and JD kept in contact with me while I went back to California to "close up shop". They both went above and beyond. Dustin is a ray of sunshine with the most friendliest smile! He has helped me recently figure out the speakers in the gym and the propane timer on the BBQ. He's very helpful! Eddie from maintenance helped me when we first moved in. He was great! It's like all Eddie has to do is walk in your door and everything is fixed and you are good to go! Eddie is very friendly too! I've recently met Brielle and she's amazing and friendly as well! I feel very blessed to live here. We love our apartment, and feel very safe....and it's been a pure joy living here so far. So glad we chose Encore!

The maintenance staff is amazing and care about the residents. the apartments are quite spacious (I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath), the kitchen is gorgeous and the amenities are also amazing; hot tub and pool with a propane grill, rather large gym with lots of equipment, dog park, kids playground, volleyball court, garden center and fire pit. I literally couldn't ask for anything more.

Let me start by saying I have lived here back in 2017 to 2019 then moved off to college and now…read morerecently after graduating and returning to the Tulsa area. Both times I have lived there have been phenomenal. I can't relate to anyone else and their issues they've reviewed about Marquis on Memorial. The price of these apartments for the luxury quality, peaceful atmosphere, pool, gym, tanning bed, dog park, beautiful landscaping and tall trees, garages and more can't be compared to anywhere else. Hence the reason I've moved here twice throughout my journey in life thus far. I've lived in both a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment and have nothing to complain about either one (they also have three bedroom apartments). Of course, I like the two bedroom better because there's quite a bit more room and the price isn't too far from a one bedroom. If they only have a one bedroom available and you're deciding between here and somewhere else I'd most definitely pick Marquis. Both size apartments have a great open floor plan, balcony w/ outdoor closet, granite, nice appliances, washer and dryer hookups, and so much more. Go view one if you're considering moving here and you'll see exactly what I'm saying. The girls in the office are also so sweet and kind. They always stay on top of things and are very helpful when I need anything or have any questions! Stop in and talk to Brianna or Aubany and you'll see for yourself! Another big thing many people consider in an apartment complex is the maintenance crew. Here's my honest experience with them: Back in 2017 and here more recently I have had the same exact experience. That experience is always fast and responsive service, friendly and honest guys working around the complex and in my unit for whatever I've needed fixed. From door handles, paint, peep hole, weather stripping, hot water issues, electrical, to whatever else needed taken care of. They have always been more than helpful to take care of anything in the complex! 5/5 stars and would totally recommend living here. I was not persuaded or asked to do this review- I wanted to give this review!

My fiance' and I have lived here for a year now. When we were looking for an apartment, we were…read moredrawn to this one because of the big floor plans and convenient location (It is right off of the creek turnpike at Memorial). We got a really great deal on a 2 bedroom apartment and have loved living here. When we moved in, we got new countertops, a new microwave, and new carpet. The tile is a little outdated (not old...just outdated looking) and the dishwasher and refrigerator could use an upgrade, but overall everything is in great shape. I was worried that our rent would be going up quite a bit upon renewal, because apartment complexes tend to do that, but we just got our notification and it is only going up 20 dollars a month. Pros: Nice open floorplans, big bedrooms, nice and friendly workers, any problems are fixed quickly, pretty quiet most of the time, right next to running trail, easy highway access, quick snow removal on parking lot and sidewalks Cons: Sometimes the stoplight to get onto Memorial doesn't work, so you either have to run it or turn right instead of left, apartment gym could use some updates

Never got it fix my apartment smell wet everytime I call the office they always say there are going to get someone out an never do or they will send a janky maintenance man out that don't know what he's doing ! Parking is horrible I had to park 3 buildings down from my building so you have to spend the extra money to get an a garage! Which is a 100 plus all the other fee property an stair wells have trash an dog feces all over the place , we been paying for trash valet an they just started picking up trash in February, we pay for pest control your better off calling on your own they suppose to come out once a week never happens unless you keep calling ! The manager Alex has a very bad attitude an very unprofessional when you call about updates the gates hasn't been close the whole time ive been living here everytime your lease is up they go up $300 on rent it's just not worth it save your money o an when you move make sure the apartment is good cause they will slap you with a nice big balance !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE a lot of residents are complaining about the same things I deal with you almost have to threaten them with calling the news or health department these good reviews are fake they ask you when you come in an tour or move in to leave a good review for them but they new management an staff unacceptable only good thing about this place is the location !!

Very visually appealing apartments. They LOOK like a nice place to live, built very recently. You…read morehave to pay what most people in the area have to pay monthly for their house. So with what you're paying you'd think the customer service would be top notch but that is not the case. When I moved in I put in a few maintenance requests for flickering lights, broken door lock that wouldn't turn, sink sprayer was BROKEN and blasted water into the bottom of our sink cabinet. You would think these things would be tested and fixed before a new tenant moves in but considering they move people out, "clean" the apartment, and move new tenants in within 2 days I guess they just don't find that important enough to waste any time on! It took way too long for these things to be taken care of and a couple reminders to the office were also necessary. The maintenance man likes to come in and look around and not really do anything either. He came in to change my air filter while I was at work, I get home and the air filter is still visibly dirty. I go to the office and ask for the new air filter and why the handy man didn't change my air filter. Get this, he did come in and he marked on his little piece of paper that he changed my air filter and even noted that I have a cat. The office women have no explanation for what he was doing in my apartment so who knows. I had to buy cameras because of the Icon Apartments staff. Now lets say you move in and everything is in top shape nothing is wrong. You settle in for your first night and wake up in the middle of the night to your neighbors dog barking non stop until 6am when you leave for work. Well you may as well suck it up and live with it! The office workers very blatantly do not care. You may as well get used to that dog waking you up 3 hours before you're supposed to get up for work. Do not move here unless the things I've listed above sound like a real bang for your buck! ($1100+ for a one bedroom)

Overall was Dissatisfied with that aspect. There's was always dog waste in the grass and breezeways despite the efforts of the main office, And finally After moving out we received a bill for carpet cleaning, I am very dissatisfied that they would just clean the carpet and not replace it for the next resident given the age of the carpet, nearly 5 1/2 years old with us and the previous resident I could not Imagine them just cleaning the carpet for a apartment where a resident had dogs for 5 years. I understand that it's probably expensive and time consuming for them to do ( I don't know how much more expensive than cleaning would have been) but it's not fair for future residents. Very disappointed. we loved the place, it was our home It had everything we needed close by, but it definitely needed some improvements. all in all a good place to live if you can deal with the problems above.
