The bar keep was a very friendly Scottish lady who made you feel at home! The beer was cold and reasonably priced. It's Folkstones oldest pub dating back to the 1400's. Permanent fixtures are the Belgium beers in bottle and the bar snacks, which included homemade scotch eggs and a little cheeseboard. This place is well worth a look if you find yourself thirsty in Folkestone.
