The Lice Clinic is the BEST! Getting lice is the worst, but Darya and crew are so great at treating it. My car was in the shop and she even came to me!! We've had it twice now over the years. The first time I tried to treat it myself at home, then eventually gave up and called them. The second time I knew to call them right away. Thank you so much! read more

SO GRATEFUL THIS PLACE EXISTS! We got a call from school in the morning, Daria was available for midday, we all got checked & cared for and were able to sleep easy that night because we had a plan and a treatment started. Our neighbors all recommend/love this place, it's a complete gem and very kid-friendly. Excellent local business. Keep this place in your back pocket for whenever this situation happens to you/others! read more

After being around kids with lice, I was convinced I had it too--spent days feeling phantom itching and imaginary movement in my hair! I was able to get an appointment within just a few hours, and thankfully, no lice. Excellent service and fair pricing--highly recommend! read more

I would give this business 6 stars if I could. They made a house call the same day I called them and treated all 4 of us. The owner was so kind and knowledgeable and gave us super helpful tips and directions. I will recommend The Lice Clinic to any of our friends who are dealing with lice or need a lice check. The service and speed and peace of mind is literally worth its weight in gold. read more

Treated and cared for lice did not return and follow up was impeccable. Grateful this service exists. Thank you!

The Lice Clinic was amazing. It was very easy to book an appointment right away; the owner even called to ask if we wanted to come in earlier. The clinic is very bright and cheerful and great for kids (my daughter watched "Sing" while being treated.) I was able to get checked at the same time, and my whole network of friends/family is doing the same this week. They have me simple instructions for lice eradication at home. Overall made it very easily and low stress. read more

Talk about a nightmare scenario: my daughter comes home from school and I immediately notice a dark bug in her red hair. Cue the panic. I ordered $300 worth of lice shampoo on Instacart, Shipt, and Doordash because no one had enough kits for our family of five. I washed everything, spent hours combing the hair of my three kids- two of which are on the spectrum (that was a sensory nightmare), and had to take several anxiety meds before I felt some sense of calm. My husband checks my head and says all clear. So we go about our business. Crisis averted. Next day my mom is over and offers to double check my head. Immediately she hands me a bug. While she combed through my Nix covered hair I called Daria at The Lice Clinic in tears. From the second she answered I knew this was going to be a breeze. She is knowledgeable, funny, and an absolutely incredible help with my extra sensitive kiddos. If you told me she was an actual angel I would believe you. The clinic is so affordable, way cheaper than the frantic shampoo shop, got us in super quick, and my kids had a blast playing while they waited. I absolutely cannot recommend Daria and TLC enough. Save your sanity (and money) and come straight here! read more

These ladies are life savers. We had been living our best lives sans the threat of lice until last summer and all the summer camps. Somewhere along the way my 6 year old picked some up and we didn't really know for a few weeks as she wasn't itchy. Once we found the bugs, I went into panic mode. Thinking of all the negative stereotypes that have to do with lice. I was also zero confident on treating the little pests on our own. In one of my local moms groups, the lice clinic has been recommended so I Immediately called to book an apt. They were able to get us in relatively quickly, like next day, which was so helpful. They checked the whole family and turns out I had a couple, too, even though I also wasn't itchy. They treated us immediately after the check and then guarantee that we'll be lice free afterwards. They even have a 5 or so week guarantee if you feel itchy or have any concerns you can go back for free for checks. I was so anxious when we got there and they were so kind to help me not feel so bad. Turns out it's super common. Especially judging on how busy these gals are. I felt a little better as there was another family in at the same time doing the exact same thing - and same results - older daughter and mom with it and younger sibling and dad clear. We had such a good experience that we ended up going back a few months later when my daughter picked it up again when it spread around school. I also appreciate that they do a flat fee for check/treatments instead of by the hour. I have long thick hair and it would have been so much more expensive on a pay by the hour method. I also appreciate that they explain how to get ride of the lice from the home and was much relieved it wasn't actually a tedious process like I thought it would be (in my head I was thinking omg we have to bleach everything, have professional carpet cleaners in, etc) and it was super easy to clean/take preventative measures to keep them gone. read more

Daria was so sweet and calmed my teens nerves right away! She did a lice check and sqeezed us in during her very busy day! She is the best!!! This sevrice is totally worth the money!! read more

Got us in fast. Thorough. Discreet. Helpful info to clear the house as quickly as possible.

Very sweet and efficient. Awesome explanations and amusements. Hopefully will never need their help again- but if we do, we would return read more

10/10 experience here. I had a scare and thought I needed a treatment, I was able to get squeezed in for a head check and confirmed I was clear. There was absolutely no judgement, I was given very helpful advice, and it didn't hurt my bank account. I highly recommend making an appointment with the lice clinic if you need help! read more

The lice clinic was excellent. They saw us immediately and were professional, thorough and honest. On the same day half our family went here and half went to "lice knowing you" with very different results. The lice clinic took half the time, was half the price, and did the best job by far. The Lice knowing you clinic, on the other hand, Took twice as long, cost twice as much (because they charge by the minute) and the lice didn't go away. We ended up having to go back and get it fixed at the lice clinic. next time we will only go to the Live Clinic and not return to Lice Knowing you. read more

I'm so glad we came here! My kids and I have been dealing with super lice and none of the OTC treatments have been helping. Here the time and care was taken to get rid of these pesky things properly and naturally...I'm so grateful and impressed. My kids enjoyed the experience as well. Kind of set up like a kids hair salon. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who care... read more

The owner or the employee whatever she is, is rude. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment and the lady who did our families hair was very rude in text messages. I notified hours in advance and she was still mad about it. I should've said sorry I had a family emergency had a loss in the family that we had to cancel our appointment sorry the death in the fammily was such an inconvenience for her.. I notified her hours. In advance and the woman who did our families hair cried about it how she drove from some other city that she lived in.. I didn't like the experience I've had with the woman that did our families hair but if you don't mind working with a woman with an attitude go head and book with her. There are plenty of other lice clinics to choose from. read more

Upon finding out my son contracted lice and spread the love to my daughter and I as well (some how they skipped my husband) I purchased over the counter treatments and already threw everything in the wash before I got the confirmation call from the school nurse. After my third comb through on him there were so many I panicked and called around, one place could get me in the next day but Daria offered a same day but again in my panic I forgot I was having groceries delivered so I had to call her back. After our thorough conversation I was so pleased I ended up canceling my appointment with a closer office and scheduled with her. She was so sweet, considerate, caring and knowledgable. We met her today and my kids adored her and we felt so taken care of. I feel so much better and her service is top notch! I would highly recommend her for all anxious parents read more

This place is a lifesaver! Truly - we found lice at 8 am and they had us in a chair and being treated by 10 am. They were so calm, kind and professional it was amazing. I would recommend them 100%. They created a relaxing environment for our kiddos so that they were able to hold-still, be treated quickly, and get 100% of the lice. It is a stressful situation to find out you have lice and they helped on the journey to know what to do and how to respond. read more

Upon a stressful move to Seattle... I found out I had lice. No idea where or how as I never had it growing up and wasn't too familiar with the process. After weeks of intense itching and trying over the counter products, I found TLC and am so glad I did. Having lice is pretty embarrassing, painful, and just downright uncomfortable. I called Daria and she was able to get me in the same day, which was amazing. She got to work right away and I instantly felt relieved as I knew a professional was taking good care of me. She was very kind and communicative throughout the process, which I really appreciated. She was able to get me in and out fairly quickly and painlessly. I went back a week later for a check in and was all clear! I would definitely recommend calling TLC and getting their services when/if you may need it! Thanks! read more

Melissa did a great job with my daughter and me. I couldn't get all of the nits out after hours of combing. I'm so glad I called the lice clinic. They got me in the next day and we were done in an hour and a half and no more lice! They were kind, prices are reasonable, and it is very kid friendly. Thanks! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Melissa did a great job with me and my son. We came from Lice Knowing You after a terrible experience. The owner, Daria from The Lice Clinic quickly made an appointment for us. We were treated with kindness and care. I also had the same experience as another client. The Lice Clinic took half the time, was half the price and my son wasn't in tears during his check up. My son said he would go to The Lice Clinic even if he didn't have lice because they are so kid friendly! Great staff helping people in a stressful, panicky situation. Highly recommend! read more

What a life saver! Daria is an angel! After my step son came home with lice yesterday, I tried to handle it myself...BAD IDEA!!!! The directions on the at home kit I purchased at Safeway were so confusing! I washed and washed his hair but I still saw hundreds of eggs attached close to his scalp! He can't go back to school until he is nit free and there was no way to get them out! The comb in the kit was a joke and did nothing! I tried picking each one out with tweezers but almost lost my mind after 5 minutes! I looked online and thank goodness, I found the lice clinic! Stop what you are doing at home and call Daria RIGHT NOW!!!!! She will come to your house the next morning and save your life! After checking everyone out in family, she got to work on my step son... He has long hair and it was a breeze for both her and him. He sat for an hour and played video games while she worked. Very reasonable prices (I'd pay her again and again if it ever returns) She is so kind, informative and knowledgeable! She answered all our questions and was very reassuring. In 24 hours and one day off work and school, are family is calm, cool and lice free. How wonderful is it that someone so sweet can come out to your house and fix this horrible problem..where was she went I was a kid!? Please, if your kids get lice, call her! She will literally save the day and your saintly!!! read more

We were on our second round of lice and needed a quick fix. Daria was able to get us in the same day and taken care of quick and easy. Even easier was the check to be sure that the lice were gone. As much as I dislike when my children have lice, it is always a pleasure to see Daria. Her TLClinic is bright and pleasant, with plenty of things to do for kids. My daughters love it there! She is efficient and thorough and very well organized, so we were always seen very quickly. Thank you, Daria! read more

We had the most wonderful experience with TLC. I am so grateful to Melissa for going above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. Our family had lice for the first time and we were overwhelmed. Melissa treated us so kindly and never made us feel ashamed. Instead we are now well educated on the topic and feel better prepared for any future encounters. I highly recommend getting professional help rather than trying to save some money and DIY. Thank you to Melissa and TLC! read more

I used to have nightmares about getting lice . . . that each time I sat down next to someone these giant creepy crawlies would jump boing-boing-boing off my head onto theirs. LICE HAPPENS TO YOUR BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER. AND YOU FREAK OUT!!!!! And then you call the Lice Clinic if you're smart. I could have gone to another clinic - which shall not be named - and sat around for hours, and hours, and hours. Instead, us first time 'licers' experienced the magic of Kelsey. Professional, engaging, informative and thorough Kelsey CAME TO OUR HOME. What this means is that while my daughter was laughing and naming her "egglets" while getting her "heated head massage" in our kitchen, I took care of the laundry and cleanup. . .in my pajamas. Talk about turning a crappy situation into no big deal, and since I could do the cleanup during treatment, we were able to head out and goof off the rest of the day. Two nights later Kelsey came back at 7:30pm to check the rest of my family. Talk about dedication! Thank you thank you thank you. read more

Our family has been through the lice ringer...have used other lice companies in years past....tried myself at home....but this is the ONLY way to deal with the lice! Mobile...Pain free...Guarenteed...Chemical free Comfortable at home getting lice clean! So nice compared to going to an uncomfortable awkard place for hours to treat the family. (Plus she will give you a set price vs by the hour.... ) Very pleasant, much more like a spa experience than torcher. Plus this way my whole family is getting checked at once for free. Seriously there is a Lice-o-demic going on these days... just something to deal with! I recommend just getting it handled, don't try to do it by yourself I have wasted so much time and frustration. I also expressed my resistance because last time a year ago I spent $400 at another place, just to get it again from school. Daria said they will follow up if we get it again, so I feel The Lice Clinic really is on my side & not just about money. Daria will handle for you! Ask for the family rate! read more

This is for their customer service...which is amazing. After we were recommended to Lice Knowing You and had one child treated and my husband and I checked, our older son was checked and they discovered lice. Lice Knowing You then charged us and sent us on our way, with instructions to call for an appointment the next day (they said they didn't have time to treat him). Not wanting to spend the night with a child with lice, I called the Lice Clinic, who was able to come out BUT warned us that Lice Knowing You wouldnt accept their treatment towards their guarantee. The Lice Clinic said they were happy to come out but that they wanted to make sure I was aware. Knowing that I was already conned out of an extra $25-50 because Lice Knowing You made my son sit and wait an extra 15-30 min for no reason (then asked for a tip), I knew they would definitely invalidate our guarantee if we went with the Lice Clinic. The honesty of this business is awesome. I will never go back to Lice Knowing You again, and highly recommend the character of the Lice Clinic. read more

My 4 year old daughter was sent home yesterday with lice. Didn't take long to figure out that mama also had a headful. Oofta. I had never heard of professional lice removal, but the school suggest having someone come over to make sure the job was done thoroughly. Best money I have ever spent. Daria is amazing. What a crazy job, but the way she explained the treatment and her knowledge of head lice was just downright encouraging. They can be defeated!! And fairly easily! Having her come to our home was comfortable and made the whole situation, which is very stressful, so much easier. Not to mention she is just a lovely woman to talk to and get to know. If I could give Daria and her business a thousand stars, I would. She saved my sanity tonight and that is no small thing. read more

Definitely the pro when it comes to lice. I was freaking out mid December cause my daughter had a lice case so I got the Kix kit. It was the day before we travelled to Hong Kong and we need to be at Sea Tac by 5am. Fast forward last night I thought the lice are coming back cause I found her hair filled with tiny white round eggs. I emailed The Lice Clinic after doing some research and also thank you all the reviewers at yelp, you made my decision to contact the Clinic. This morning I got an email and a call back from Daria. She is so awesome. Checked 4 heads and turned out it was false alarm cause of my anxiety of itch. So it is definitely better to have a pro come in to say no it is a case of dandruffs. We learn a lot about lice from Daria. Thank you The Lice Clinic!!! You definitely save my sanity. read more

Going out on a limb here. Big time. Yes, a kid in my family had lice. Not proud not al all, but hey it happens. I am so happy that I didn't have to deal with the chemicals and removal of these disgusting blood suckers. I never thought I could pay someone to do it, but I DID. Christina was amazing. She made us feel at ease and checked all of our heads to make sure we were ok. She gave us tips on how/what to do with our house. 2 weeks later we are all good with no sign of those little creeps. I am not surprised because she was so thorough and made sure I knew that she would come out to my house (Woodinville) to retreat if said kid had any itchy sctatchy's. This is an embarrassing thing to go through and horrifying for your kids. I am thrilled that this an option. Totally worth the $175. read more

Thank you! Had to do a visit to make sure my kids were lice free. Easy to set up an appointment and got right in when we arrived. Dealing with lice is nerve wracking and anxiety ridden. The Lice Clinic gave me peace of mind. My 14 year old daughter realized she had a head of lice yesterday and Kelsey was able to treat it the following morning. Her "bed side manner" was calming and confident. The set up is all nicely self contained and efficient. And most importantly Kelsey took the time needed to get it done right. I hope that I won't have to hire them again but if lice shows up again in our family (in the far future) , I will not hesitate to contact them. read more

We had a bad experience at another lice clinic and after lice returned to our family about a month later we decided to try The Lice Clinic. I cannot say enough good things about Daria. She was so kind, warm, knowledgable, gentler, and all around excellent! The clinic itself is adorable- lots of entertainment for kids (video games, coloring, Netflix, books, etc.), clean, cute, complimentary water, coffee, La Croix, treats. Although I hope that we won't have to visit again I know that if we do we will have a great experience and the treatment will be gentle and easy. read more
