The entire duration of my lease…read moreterm was full of misrepresentations, excess nickle and diming, and a landlord representative who is bipolar. The original unit was advertised for rent to include water, wifi, and cable. Up until the point first month's rent was due this was the way it was advertised. The landlord representative, made the biggest uproar about amending the lease to reflect a deduction in the rent for the misrepresentation. Likely due to her being bipolar, she snapped on us as tenants, and cursed us out due to our request of having the rent adjusted. Also, the the landlord representative delivered to us the apartment in a disgusting fashion!! The walls were covered in grease, oil, with stains. The carpets had dog hair, juice stains, and crumbs embedded. The kitchen stove had been plastered with hardened food, leftover dirty pots and pans. The refrigerator had been left with a hardened milk and juice spill and a rotten smell. I moved in on the day I arrived in Atlanta, and had to take off for the next 6 days for business travel. Once I returned with my fiancee we let the landlord representative know that we'd like to have the place clean. Biggest RIOT ever, the woman's bipolar kicked in and she had the nastiest attitude about having to call a cleaning crew. When the cleaning crew arrived they thought we were moving out! Then the landlord rep had the nerve to act as though she was doing us a favor! Like it was uncommon for landlords to clean units prior to people moving in them. The landlord rep then proceeded to strike even with me so she began to try to nickel and dime me for every little thing. When we first discussed the apartment, I was disappointed to hear the property management did not have an on-line database that allows tenants to pay directly for convenience and record keeping. She reassured me that it would be no issue, as I could pay over the phone free of charge and they would email me my receipt. This was done once, then when I went to pay for the second month she states that a 5% interest fee would be charged to use this service. So now I'm required to walk 6 blocks to the closest BB&T to deposit the money straight into their account. But wait there's more, the rent must be due by the 3rd. Despite the fact that the 1st is on a Friday and the 2nd and 3rd fall on a Saturday and Sunday respectively. I went out of town one week from Thursday to Monday, where there exist no Godforsaken BB&T to walk to. I return on Monday to pay the rent and what does my bipolar landlord representative have to say for the late rent? 10% fee charge! There is no sense of customer service at this establishment. If you're demanding any standard accommodations that other establishments typically afford you, the bipolar landlord representative seeks to bite you first, followed by an attack on your wallet. Do not rent from this establishment. Run!

I can spray and kill the mold yes but if the problem is not fixed it will continue. Also we are left to tend to the mold growing on the walls and in the carpet. If I were to cut the carpet out to get rid of the mold I would be breaking the lease. However this company does not find that mold is any type of health hazard AND DENIED our claim for repairs. I will be reporting this company to the proper authorities. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Just moved out after a year lease at 3458 Hill Pond Dr. When we moved in we did a walk through and…read moreasked that the living room be painted because it looked like it had not been painted in quite some time. They refused. We put a couch in front of scuffed wall to hide the marks and hung pictures over huge nail holes and chipped paint. One of the bedrooms was a stark white when we did the walk through but the day we moved in they had changed the light switch cover and the paint peeled and it left a huge purple spot from where they had painted over a purple room. We had to paint the room ourself and now it is a nice neutral color even though the current listing still shows the room as white. I think they are using pictures from years back because I doubt they repainted that room back to white. Now we get a move out report and we are being charged for the scuffs and holes even though we complained about the very scuffs and holes when we moved in. We left the home in far better condition than we found it yet they are holding money from our deposit. They even charged us for not changing light bulbs upon move out which is not true. In addition to the rent we were made to pay for weed treatment and half the time our yard was not sprayed. We called to complain a few times because we have security camera and thought they'd like to know but were told they do not spray the back yard. We also have security video of them in our back yard on two occasions so we just assumed they did treat the sides and back. Use caution when renting from this business and make sure you take pictures and keep records. It's not enough to be a good tenant and pay early and make improvements to the place. You may be hit with ridiculously high charges upon moving out.

Tomorrow is a bank holiday so I don't know if we're going to get paid today or at all? wasn't the direct client -- I was the seller working with the buyer's lender, Baker Collins & Co. However, I've been very involved in coordinating the closing because I'm scheduled to leave the country for three weeks and wanted to ensure everything was settled before I go. Unfortunately, communication with Maureen Lewis has been unnecessarily difficult. Simple questions -- like whether the office would even be open on Veterans Day -- went unanswered or were met with vague replies and smiley faces and snide remarks like "I'm not the owner" instead of clear information. A two-minute confirmation turned into a multi-day back-and-forth. I understand they handle a lot of closings and that everyone's busy, but professionalism means taking responsibility and providing straightforward answers, especially when a client's (or seller's) transaction is on the line. We still haven't closed yet, so I'm a little concerned about how this will play out -- and that's not a feeling anyone wants before a major financial transaction.

There was never a time when I saw a property and wanted to see it, that they were unable to help me see it within 24 hours. 3) They are very knowledgeable of the North Atlanta, Dunwoody area. 4) While I was having last minute problems with my mortgage broker, both Patty and Mary Beth answered questions I had about the loan process that my broker would not respond to. This wasn't necessary but certainly helpful. 5) They are very good at helping you through the negotiation process and very forthcoming with information about what can be negotiated for, what can't be, what may need fixing, and what you need to be concerned about on a property. 6) They learn your likes and dislikes and help cater to what you want in your price range. 7) They are super patient.
