Nice location despite lack of signage. The main dining room would have been nice but it was fully booked and no room for us. We were placed in the group dining room and to one side. At our table one of the guests was in a wheelchair, and staff didn't seem comfortable for some reason. Our side location proved to be to our disadvantage as we overlooked for drinks and service. People who arrived after us were served before us. Our waitress was new, and young, and her lack of supervised training on the job was disgusting to endure. I had cutlery thrown at me from my fellow dining companion to my left side. I had cutlery issued from the left side on another occasion. Our food when delivered was great, except one of the orders was overcooked, and the male waiter didn't understand and refused to do anything about it. We had request drinks order be taken. The dining room was void of any staff. The head chef walked out 3 times. The first time to have a conversation with a woman who was assumedly his wife to gave him directions to talk to a particular guest. All within our earshot. The other two occasions he walked passed us and other guests to go a particular guest, never once making eye contact or contact with anyone else. The service was appalling and doesn't make up for the good food. read more
