He also had a ton of allergies - milk, seafood, and tree nuts. We visited over 7 schools for him and read every single review for each of the places. We were most impressed with Primrose. Miss Natalie was professional and patient with us during our tour as we asked question after question. I also loved their system of having every kids picture in the classroom with their allergies listed next to their face. They seemed very organized. When we started, our son would still cry at drop off and took longer than most kids to adjust but the school helped us through it. The teachers were loving and looked out for our son and I would literally call every 1-2 hours and ask for an update and they would often send a photo through the portal when I did. About 6 months into our time there, we started Oral Immunotherapy for our son's milk allergy. As a part of that, we were able to trial and error small portions of foods that contained milk. Every Monday, Miss Kari and I still go through the weekly menu and talk through what foods my son should try for the week and what portions. Now my son has overcome his milk allergy and the school was a huge help in getting us there. Other praises I'll sing: even though kiddos can switch classes every 6 months - 1 yearish, the teachers are so phenomenal that neither our son or us have had a hard time with the transitions, they were seamless. He also was behind on walking and his vocabulary when he started and both improved dramatically when he started. Now he goes into school with a smile on his face and talks about his teachers and his friends at home. It's a home away from home for him. Great job Primrose!

This review is based ONLY on the summer camp for the older kids. If the review is too long, just…read moreskip to the last paragraph where the most ridiculous thing happened. PSA: at the bottom of the page there is a "not recommended" button. Be sure to read that review too, it shocked me but I do not doubt it. The daycare is okay. Positive thing about this is the week to week payment, so if you are not going to make it there a week you don't have to pay unlike some other primrose schools I've been too. The front staff are friendly for the most part. The teachers in the summer class classroom in the morning are usually very sweet and welcoming. First issue is the parking lot, if you can't find a parking spot good luck turning around to get out. It's a one way in/out and is a small parking lot with no turn around. It wasn't such a big issue for me but can be annoying when you try picking your kid up at 5 and there are no spots. Second issue is how many kids there are, in the explorer class for summer there were so many kids, all crammed into a classroom, when I went to pick up my child the teacher was always yelling at them to sit down and probably because there were too many kids for her to handle. And not speaking loudly for them to hear her, she was literally yelling at them. But okay.. Well, for a 4th of July party they had a list for each classroom to bring something for their class party if they wanted too. I signed up for fruit since only one other parent did too. That day I went to drop off my child and picked him up, he said that he didn't get any fruit, no one in the class did. (He was really looking forward to it when we bought it too.) He said he saw the closing teacher take both trays and left the classroom. He had one square of pizza, Cheetos and a cookie. He was still hungry but that was all he got. (Everyday he said he was always still hungry) I was confused about what had happened with the item we brought but he had told me after we'd got home. So I brushed it off. The next day the school was closed then I dropped him off Friday, his potential last day. I picked him up and he said he had fun and wanted to stay another week. Okay, I thought maybe I made a big deal and he enjoys it. Then he TELLS me this, what happened in class; he said "a kid threw up and the teacher made him clean it up." My boyfriend and I looked at each other and busted out in a laugh. Not because it was funny but because of how ridiculous that was. I've worked in a daycare in the past and work with children in a schools setting so I know if a child vomits, you get gloves and proper sanitizing equipment and clean it up and have the child sent to the nurse or front and have a parent called. You should NEVER make a child clean his/her own vomit. That is embarrassing and just wrong, if that was my child I know he'd be crying and upset. I sure hope that child told their parents. My child the tells me after I asked if they sprayed anything on it, he tells me "no they just put a towel over it." ... when I worked at a daycare (another primrose at that) our responsibility if a child threw up was to properly sanitize the area with disposable napkins and our sanitizer spray that we even used for diaper changing stations. Kids could get sick if something like that is not properly cleaned. That is when I decided, that Friday was his last day. Unfortunately, this being the closest primrose my child will not ever be attending this primrose again due.

That level of connection speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care for each student. It creates such a safe, welcoming environment where children feel seen, known, and loved. The curriculum beautifully blends faith, learning, and play, helping children grow not only academically but also in character. My kids are thriving, and it's so nice to know that they supported spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually each day. NGA is easily the cleanest daycare that I've ever stepped foot in. The camera and check in systems make us feel at ease and we can easily communicate with the front office or directly to the classrooms each day.

We came from a chain daycare that was kind of traumatic in how little they cared about my 6-month-old. They couldn't even pronounce his name & our son was miserable and cried all day long, as he was left in containers or on a boppy with no interaction. NGA was a little further away, but my SIL loved it, so we moved and it's night and day. He smiles at the staff every day when I drop him off, so excited to be at school. Staff inside and outside the classroom say hello to him by name and comment on how happy he is. He's thriving and we drop him off, knowing he's loved and happy.
