My son has only been here for a month. He was at his previous daycare since he was 2 months old (he…read moreis 19 months). Things we have noticed in comparison to his last daycare that we really like so far. They understand toddlers and are patient! The teachers (instead of standing back and watching) are down on the floor or always interacting. Which is a huge plus. At this age they need *all eyes on them*. The girls in his class are ALWAYS upbeat and happy and seem to have just a great attitude when it comes to working with these kiddos. This age is super hard because they cant communicate everything they feel and want and I greatly appreciate the patience they present. He has learned several signs, like, more, eat, all done. He says *yay* when going to school! He hugs and high 5s all of the teachers which is crazy awesome bc he was very shy and wouldnt interact with any of the front office staff at the previous daycare he had been going to for a year and 4 months, yet in one month (actually within the first few days) he was doing this with TLE's staff. I know you get what you pay for and in this sense it seems to really be paying off.

*** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE ***…read more (ZERO STARS) Ms. Paula (Prek-4 teacher) was by far the DRIEST most unenthusiastic preschool teacher I have ever met. Just there to collect a check. No energy, no personality, she would BARELY speak when dropping off in the morning. Always seem tired and overwhelmed. Complain a lot about not having enough help. NEVER had time to fill out the end of the day recap in my child's notebook (the notebook was pointless). I barely received photos of my child throughout the day, maybe (1-3 daily photos) and that's on a good day. (And it's no live video footage to watch your child). HUGE classroom volume compared to neighboring daycares. Regardless of "state ratio law" MANAGEMENT should know better! To many kids in one classroom (at this age) is NOT good for the child or teacher. An aid was eventually added but not sure if that helped. Nitika (the owner) was ok. Not great not terrible just ok. Henni (the director) was actually excellent with kids, they loved her. She was patient & communicated well, but ultimately everything goes through Nitika. Cost: $280 per week (4years old) I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone in the Pearland area with young kids! Please seek elsewhere.

We had been *happy* a customer at this KA location for nearly 7 years, our son from 4-10 years, and…read moreour daughter 7 months to 5 years. Then this happened. Despite filling out the registration paperwork for their before/after school care class 2 months ago, we were just informed (2 weeks before school starts) that they don't have room on their morning bus for our daughter (even with our son freeing up a spot in their bus by moving on to Middle School). We need before school care. So, we're now forced to seek a new childcare location with only 2 weeks before school starts, and she looses all her friends, teachers she loves, etc. They provided no good explanations of why this happened, beyond "we have other families who have multiple kids on the bus" and "we prioritize people who are already in the program" -- which are both BS because our son JUST freed up a spot AND she has been there for almost 5 years, so they've had plenty of notice we would be needing before/after school care. So, they pushed us out, essentially because we only have one child there now, in favor of other people who had more. I'll add that they own and run a second bus in the afternoons that they don't run in the mornings because "staff are expensive" except they are one of the most expensive child care options in the area. All of that said, it *IS* a good school, and this situation was handled in a really really bad way.

It is…read morevery well structured and there are always tons of activities going on to keep the kids busy before and after school and all day long during the Summer. The summer field trips are also fun! The teachers in every class are always engaged with the kids and never just standing around. We are greeted every morning and afternoon by every employee we pass on the way to her classroom. I can't say enough about this daycare and have recommended it to all of my friends with kids.

I strongly urge you to think twice before enrolling your child in this "daycare." My child attended…read morefrom the time she was 3 months old until she was 18 months. During that time, we saw a high turnover of employees. My child frequently had scratches on her face because the teacher had too many toddlers in the class and was unable to provide proper attention. They also did not change my daughter's diaper properly, and I was informed that they were not allowed to wipe her from front to back. Additionally, they charged my 2-year-old $10.00 for a couple of slices of pizza from Little Caesars. Then, they had the audacity to withhold my tax form and not inform me that I had a balance due when I unenrolled my daughter. I spoke to the director, Amanda, but of course, she never called me back. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

If it had not been for the cameras I would not have known the neglect my son would had received. I knew that it would be an adjustment due to him being home with granny for 20 months. I had no issue with him crying at drop off. But it was obvious the staff was not trained to aide a child in the transition from home to daycare. None of the teachers tried to soothe or calm my son down to stop crying. On the second day he came home with a diaper rash. On the third he was yanked, and plopped on the floor like a rag doll. I would not suggest this establishment to care for your toddler.

The new owners are there on a daily bases and take great interest in the kids, my grandson will not leave with out saying goodbye to the owners. I can not say enough about the director she is in-tune with the kids and their parents. This school has so much to offer such as bilingual story time, book fairs, parents night out and so much more. There are themes such as Dinosaur and story time characters month The first month there my grandson who is now 3 knew how to count to 10 in Spanish and some Japanese words. The teachers are very patient and take time to love the kids while they learn. I must admit my grandson is a handful but the entire staff works to keep him in line in a loving way. The ladies that take care of the kids in the morning are very helpful in assisting me with him so I can get to work. This is a great Daycare and they did not ask me to write this review, I was compelled to do so because am so impressed with my grandson progress.
