To be honest, we were planning on using this center as a fill in until a spot opened up at another daycare, but we will not be leaving.

When we started our new daycare they were impressed at how many signs he had! I think it's important to mention that these are kids and things don't always go according to plan, but the entire staff handles the tough situations professionally and with compassion. We moved to a different side of town and it's the only reason we left. Otherwise no question my kiddo would have been there until school-age.

She was apart of the Pre-K program for 2 years because of her September birthday. She learned the 50 states, continents, famous paintings, math, phonics, basic science, handwriting, and so much more. The teachers are very loving. My second child is only 9 months and been there since 6 weeks. She absolutely loves Mrs. Yanti, one of the infant teachers. She is already participating in circle time and doing art work! The teachers do what ever they can to make sure both of us are comfortable. I would totally recommend this center to any of my friends in the area. FYI: I have been working at MGBLC for 5 years. I am stating this because I know the ends and outs and still would never put my children anywhere else. I have been attending college since I started working here and am not always at the center when my children are present but I have never had any concerns for their safety, education or the love they receive.

I toured a few daycares and none were as welcoming as Primrose West Pearland. I use to worry leaving him at the beginning, but now I feel very comfortable that he is in good hands. Primrose West Pearland met all my standards and expectations that I was looking for in a daycare, very clean facility, the teachers are very nice and the curriculum is great. I would highly recommend this daycare.

That's not what the specialize in. I had numerous of issues with this location. They do not have cameras and I caught my 2 year old running around with a map pencil when I spoke to the front desk they stated they will make sure to let the teachers know. I asked the front desk why they allow 2 years olds to play with map pencils, I was responded with an attitude. When we received a call because my child continued to bite other kiddos ( a habit he learned at this school), the administration looked shock when I told them my child was speech delayed. I told them I notified this school multiple times since Nov of this. This just shows how out of touch this place is. Good luck having your child attend this school. They do not watch the kids. The ratio is 22 kids in a room with 1 teacher and 2 help staff. I regret not taking my son out sooner. They never respond to parent messages barely send pictures, when I heard other school actually sending videos to parents, I was shocked! I didnt event know videos were an option in the procare app. The kicker is when they said they tried doing sign language to help communicate with him, I responded and said that was for two days after I told yall he can speak sign language. Needless to say, the constant notes started when I was extremely upset with this location because my child came home with a swollen knee on Friday and I wasnt notifed. I had to take him to ER because of course the teacher who released him to my husband didnt know how this happened. P.S. If you ask quite a few parents who sent their kids to primrose schools they will express the same concern.

He often came home anxious and frustrated, even having to hold in going to the restroom because of strict policies. It was heartbreaking to watch him become so stressed at such a young age. Thankfully, I found Masterpiece Acton Academy in Pearland, and it has been the greatest decision I've ever made for his education and well-being. From the moment he joined in February, everything changed. He immediately felt welcomed and said the other learners felt like family. Miss Amelia and Miss Melanie are extraordinary. They truly care and create an environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. My son has become happier, more confident, and more independent. The learner-driven model allows him to go at his own pace and take ownership of his education, something that matters so much to me. I'm forever grateful we found this school. After experiencing Acton, I can confidently say we will never go back to a traditional public or charter school. Masterpiece is where he belongs.

We started our child here in 1st grade, but they offer pre-K and Kindergarten as well as upper elementary grades. I feel great knowing how well-cared-for he is by the teachers (guides). The administration is passionate about creating the best environment for children to learn, and it shows. Kids spend at least an hour outside, and their way of doing grades teaches to mastery and eliminates testing anxiety. I'm ecstatic to have a happy, healthy kid who enjoys going to school.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE SENDING YOUR CHILD HERE…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience. My son started at this daycare about two weeks ago. He's only a year and a half old and still adjusting to being away from me. To help with the transition, I've been staying for a few minutes during drop-off to comfort him--especially since he can become overwhelmed and sometimes throws tantrums that lead to vomiting. I've only ever stayed briefly, and always with the goal of making things easier for both my child and the staff. One morning, while I was outside pushing him on the swing (which his teacher had told me was okay and even helpful during the adjustment period), a director named Ms. Alma came outside and, in a very dismissive tone, told me they hadn't done a background check on me and implied I shouldn't be around the other children. While I absolutely respect the need for safety protocols, the way she approached me was unnecessarily rude and made me feel like a threat--when in reality, I was simply supporting my child with the teacher's permission. If there are specific policies around drop-off routines or parent presence, that's completely understandable--but they should be communicated clearly and handled with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that's not the only concern I've had. My son fell backwards off a chair one day, and I was never notified. There was no incident report, no mention at pick-up--nothing. On another occasion, milk was spilled on a child, and instead of being cleaned up promptly, the mess was left unattended for nearly an hour. I saw multiple children slip and fall in that area while staff members seemed to ignore it. These may seem like small things individually, but they reflect a troubling lack of attentiveness and care. As a parent, I expect a safe, clean, and communicative environment for my child--this has not been my experience here.

Speaking from being previous lead teacher at a different Kids R Kids, when it's a child first day you wanna make sure you comfort the child and the parents, because it's always nerve recking on the first day for parents and the child. You wanna make them feel welcome. I didn't feel welcomed what so ever. After dropping my daughter off, I was on the camera and saw she was crying for at least 30 mins, the teachers picked her up a couple times and then for a good minute my daughter was in the corner crying by herself on the other side of the classroom while both of the teachers and students were sitting on the carpet on the opposite side of the classroom. Again! I was a previous teacher at a different Kids r Kids, I would have never had any of my students in a corner crying by their self. I had great assistant teachers that would help them relax and ease in also. I spoke with the director about how I didn't feel very welcomed coming into the class. After speaking with her I was still gonna try to see how the first week went. When I went to pick my daughter up her teacher still wasn't very interactive. (The director says she's a new lead teacher, she might be nervous since it's her first day) On top of everything else, once I went to pickup my daughter her teacher tells me my daughter got bit on her left arm! I went to the front to ask them about my daughter getting bit. The lady from the front desk and the director didn't know what happened. I told her no one informed me that my daughter got bit nor did her teacher do a report. ( my daughter was bit at 11am, the bite mark still showed later in the afternoon around 4pm) At Kids r Kids, the teachers are supposed to make a report the second the incident happens, take a picture and the front office should call the parents! They didn't do that what so ever! I understand biting happens sometimes especially in my daughter age group. What made me upset was that they didn't follow their own rules and let me know what happened. So I lost all trust there. Mind you this all happened on her first/last day. I go back today to tell them my daughter wasn't no longer gonna be attending the school. She told me she understood and said "I'm sorry that we didn't meet up to your standards" and if you're wondering no, I didn't get a refund. I expected way better especially being the same company I worked for. Very disappointed.

As a former educator and district leader, this demeanor and abuse of positional power is disgusting for anyone who calls themselves and educator, let alone the school leader. Please read my husbands review for the full recap of this horrible experience (Jeremy W.). When she called to discuss the assessment my son and I were just there to she abruptly questioned if I was concerned about his safety. As I sought clarification, she sharply interrupted me and accused me of "having an attitude". This is a tried and true micro aggression that she had no problem throwing around which shows she felt she had the right to control my tone all while hers was one of disrespect and condescension. When I attempted to express my confusion, Ms. Conn's response was to rashly announce that she would "just take him off our list." Throughout our conversation, Ms. Conn wielded her words and tone like a weapon, showcasing an unsettling display of privilege and power. As the school leader, we expected her to foster a sense of collaboration and partnership in the enrollment process, bridging the gap between families, students, and other school stakeholders. Instead, we encountered an individual who took pleasure in her gatekeeping role, someone who reveled in the ability to dictate, limit, and control access. Ms. Conn's entire attitude was unarguably condescending, her demeanor cold, and her empathy was nowhere to be found. We consider ourselves fortunate that we could glimpse her true nature before we made the mistake of entrusting our son's education and emotional well-being to her. Zero stars.

So that tells me that they never changed her bottom. Then I realized they weren't making her bottles right, or cleaning them, like they said they would.
