No energy, no personality, she would BARELY speak when dropping off in the morning. Always seem tired and overwhelmed. Complain a lot about not having enough help. NEVER had time to fill out the end of the day recap in my child's notebook (the notebook was pointless). I barely received photos of my child throughout the day, maybe (1-3 daily photos) and that's on a good day. (And it's no live video footage to watch your child). HUGE classroom volume compared to neighboring daycares. Regardless of "state ratio law" MANAGEMENT should know better! To many kids in one classroom (at this age) is NOT good for the child or teacher. An aid was eventually added but not sure if that helped. Nitika (the owner) was ok. Not great not terrible just ok. Henni (the director) was actually excellent with kids, they loved her. She was patient & communicated well, but ultimately everything goes through Nitika. Cost: $280 per week (4years old) I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone in the Pearland area with young kids! Please seek elsewhere.

We watched the camaras all morning just in case and as we expected the teachers took it out on the baby. 1. stayed in the same little chair from 10 am to 11:45 am even though it should be a 15 min time limit. 2.all the other babies were being rotated and playing on the floor. 3. in that same chair, he faced an empty wall away from other kids all by himself. 4. the teacher dragged his chair across the room instead of picking him up and moving him. 5. no contact from the director about the scratches or the neglect.

The director never corrects them as if she's having favoritism, she doesn't hire black women as she's racist or wants Mexicans and whites only working for her. Yes, as a Spanish speaker and I hear the gossip, very ghetto. I honestly don't recommend this place if you want diversity and your kid clean during pick up.
